Afafe (1/5): Très très mauvaise expérience, la honte vraiment - C’est une vrai arnaque, à fuir à fuir, vous allez perdre votre argent!!!! Personne ne s’est présenté le jour de l’arrivée alors que tout a été payé. On n’appelle personne ne répond, après un long temps d’attente on nous envoie un message comme quoi il y’a un problème technique dans l’appartement et qu’on allait être remboursé, depuis, plus aucune nouvelle et on a jamais été remboursé malgré plusieurs messages à l’établissement et à booking. C’est la honte, grosse arnaque !!!
Eden (2/5): - - On a du attendre pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir la porte et receptionner les clefs. - On ne nous informe pas que la piscine est indisponible TOUS les lundi et quil faut un bracelet pourtant nous avons posé la question a la personne de contacte. Nous avons fait une réservation du lundi jusqu'au mardi 11h00, on pouvait donc profiter de la piscine le mardi matin mais nous n'avions aucun pass et la personne de contacten ne nous repondais PLUS DU TOUT! - Les prises des 2 salle de bain sont deffetueuse. - personnel tres desagreable
