- Marcell (1/5): Terrible management, dirty and unsanitary villa - Unfortunately there was nothing that I liked, I’m really disappointed... After our arrival we quickly realised that something is wrong with the Villa and started looking around… We noticed that it was not cleaned after the previous guests. Smells like pee and mould and everything was full of smudges and hair, even the bed was full of curly hairs!
We right away communicated these to the management company and was connected to Roger. We told him that we are leaving to another accommodation and sent all the pictures that I also attach here and asked for a refund. After 2 weeks I still don’t have a refund, which is unacceptable!
It is advertised and priced as a luxurious apartment, but the manager company was able to ruin it. Roger never apologised for the inconveniences that they caused and he is not responding to my refund claim via booking.
I’m really sad and angry about the situation and I feel scammed. The management:
At foremost I’m disappointed by the management and not the Villa. It happens that it is dirty and goes unnoticed, but there was no hospitality or apologies from the management at all!
- Roger is not helpful at all, never apologised or offered anything for our inconvenience
- I have to start a dispute on Booking to get my money back because Roger claims that he approved the refund, but the approval never arrived to booking according to the customer service.
- Haven’t felt any kind of hospitality, proactivity or solution oriented thinking from Roger
- Roger claimed that they used those 2 days that we haven’t stayed to clean and redo the Villa while he also kept my money!
About the apartment:
-Trash on the floor in the bathrooms between the plants
-Pee smell in the bathrooms
-Mould on the walls which is a health hazard and smells bad
-Hair all over the place, on the floor, chairs, hanging from the stairs, even in the “clean” beds. Some curly ones as well.
-Smudgy floors and windows
-Brown marks in the toilet…
-Thick calc in the bathroom, kitchen sink
-Food leftovers in the kitchen sink
-Thick dust everywhere
-Worn out. The Villa is less than 2 years old, but it’s heavily worn out. Lots of marks on the walls and around the bed, massive drain marks under the ACs…This places is heavily rented, but never renovated
-The pans in the kitchen are indescribable, not even close to the one on the pictures in the ad
-Used glass was in between the clean ones
