- Alin (1/5): Evitați acest hotel ! - Nimic nu mi-a placut Camera a fost execrabila, mirosea in camera foarte urat, au parfumat după camera si am tusit toată noaptea si ne-au usturat ochii . In descriere scria ascuns ca nu au geamuri la camera... acesta ar fi primul detaliu care trebuie dat, sa nu poți aerisi o camera niciodată e groaznic. La 6 dimineața urlau zici ca venea războiul. A fost ce-a mai proasta cazare ce am luat-o pe booking .am spus ca platesc extra sa ne de-a o camera cu geamuri si nu am mai fost bagati in seama . Evitați acest hotel. Personalul de curățenie si de la sala de mese e super ok dar recepția e groaznica . Mulțumesc booking ca mi-ai stricat ultima săptămână de vacanta si lași detaliile importante sa le ascundă acești proprietari de hoteluri

Peut-être l insonorisation !!! Le petit déjeuner pas assez de choix pour moi ..manque de viennoiseries ...vous me direz nous sommes en Asie ...

- e1362b45916b725b3f7efaf085e1ae7d (7/5): Werde das Hotel in diesem Zustand nicht mehr Buchen sorry 😪 - Zimmer war groß Badezimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt an der Zimmertür war der Sicherungshebel abgebrochen es war ein starker Wechsel an Busgästen zu vernähmen dadurch in der Nacht und früh morgens lautstarke Unterhaltungen am Gang vor dem Lift es fehlt eine Schallisolierung 😬

- Wandervogel (1/5): - Sehr freundlicher Checkin. Sauberes Bett. 2 Flaschen Wasser, Zahnbürsten. Starker Schimmelgeruch schon im Fahrstuhl, auf dem Flur und im Zimmer. Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Eingangstür sah aus, als wenn schon mal aufgebrochen. Kabel direkt neben dem Kopf beim Schlafen. Was man anfasste, klebte. Statt Dusche, Badewanne. Wir sind nach 1 Nacht abgereist.

I told her 12:30pm late check out. later I called I’ll be out by 1:30pm she said o. k. Then I went down at 1:20pm. She said I need to pay 30% sir charge for late check out. I didn’t pay it. Noise from other rooms was terrible.

But the room I booked had no windows (no windows at all, how could I find it on booking.com description??). They changed my room with a more expensive room with window without any payments

Overall they made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel is a bit outdated. It can used new paint. A few things didn't work but the staff were quickly there to help.

The staffs are very sweet, friendly and helpful. Although we booked one Superior Twin Room, they upgraded it with more spacious one. Can get laundry service as well as motorbike rental.
- Adriana (9/5): It was a nice room near the beach which was nice, I would go back but with a group and not alone. - Where it is located I didn't feel safe because on the first day of my stay they moved the lock of my room. I tell the receptionist about it and it didn’t happen again but I felt worried anyway.

- Liezel (8/5): Friendly, Helpful and Polite Staff - The 2 receptionist are so polite, helpful and friendly even the room attendant are the same which make us feel so relax, and one more thing was, they kept on smiling everytime i talk to them or whenever they see me and my mum. - Andrea (1/5): Terrible experience, loud, dirty hotel for families on vacation - The room was a good size. We got reimbursed for the nights we didn't stay. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. There were holes everywhere where they could get in/out. The matress is as hard as wood. The noise of the traffic was really loud even being on the 11th floor and with windows close. There were people coming in and out from the elevator with wet clothes from the beach. Terrible experience, we were booked for 4 nights, we left immediately after the first one.

The rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was right in the centre. I had a room without a window or natural light, so that wasn’t really cosy. And I had some problems at breakfast too getting a coffee.
