- Lili (3/5): Only recommend for a night’s stay after a concert at the O2 - Location was great after a concert at the O2, easily accessible by bus. Bus stop is a 1-2 minute walk away. Price was okay. The place was very dirty, it’s as if they forgot to clean before we arrived. There was no hand soap, no shower gel, only half a roll of toilet paper. The floors were dirty, the bedsheets had hair on them, the bathroom was even worse, we didn’t even attempt to take a shower there. The place was also quite cold.
- Gill (9/5): -
- Ahmed (10/5): - Good
- Kirstie (8/5): Overall pleasant - The property was perfect location for our event at the o2. It was a really good size a really nice accommodation and easy to access had everything you needed. I would only recommend for 2 people. Myself and 2 friends stayed here and there is one bedroom with a nice comfortable double bed and the sofa bed in the living area- sofa bed is very uncomfortable- would recommend bringing a matress topper if it’s for me than 2 people or maybe a suggestion for the renter is provide a matress topper for the sofa bed
- Ahmed (10/5): - Good
- Max (9/5): - Good value for price, very cosy and comfy like the name suggested A few cobwebs and the door lock sometimes not locking, but for the money I paid, perfectly reasonable
- Lisa (9/5): - The space was great. Very quiet, free parking was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and clean a long with the living area and the bathroom. Location for the 02 was fab and bus stop very close by. There was some food left in the fridge possibly by a previous guest.

- Martyn (5/5): Adequate for a night, wouldn't stay longer - Cheap, host was patient Bathroom was tiny and awkward, mattress was uncomfortable

- Khiren (7/5): I really enjoyed my stay. Access is via your own private entrance. I would stay again - Ideal location, plenty free parking available, easily accessible
- Sharfuddin (10/5): -
- Cynthia (5/5): Not what I was expecting 🤦🏽♀️ - Nothing Though the room was a bit okay, the bed was well laid but the toilet was just too small and the whole room wasn’t smelling nice at all, it was as if they made food in it and forgot to open the window so the smell could go out.
- Kelly (8/5): -
- Sirrah (8/5): recommendable for short stays! Close to O2 arena. - near to bus stops, close to O2, fairly quiet neighbourhood bed is comfortable. With fridge, microwave, kettle and own toilet toilet small but manageable

- Mamadu (9/5): -
- Bence (8/5): -
- Maria (5/5): Was okay for the night - Room was spacious bed was comfy Bathroom was far too small sink was ontop of the toilet which was very very small wasn’t able to access the kitchen even though it shows it on the website
- Viktoria (4/5): It is not worth the money - I liked how close it was to the O2 The property wasn’t clean, it was full of dust and huge spiders. We found a used condom on the top of the wardrobe and the cleaner came to remove it, however we still didn’t feel any better about the place. There was hair in the shower, crumbs on the bed sheet and dust and spider web everywhere
- Joanna (6/5): Good for the price, expected better bathroom - Quiet, private Small bathroom,

- Viktória (7/5): -
- Bakhonabantu (8/5): Your place is awesome - Quietness, privacy and comfort of the bed. The shower knobb needs attention.
- Naomi (8/5): Great place to stay for the O2 - Came for a concert at the O2 and this was the perfect overnight stay. Good bus service to the O2 and is only 15/20 minutes on the bus. The host was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room itself was lovely, very quiet and we were not disturbed by anyone. The bed was really soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very small, however we were impressed with the ingenious use of such a small space (wouldn't recommend for anyone over 5 ft 4). Overall great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again if we needed to visit the area. Need to bring your own soap and toiletries, thankfully I did have some but this might catch people off guard. Shower could do with a bit of bleach around the edges.
- Claire (8/5): Value for money location in London - Easy to find, free on street parking is a bonus in London. A short Uber ride from the O2. It was very hot weather, but the hosts had provided a fan.
- Giles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (5/5): Okay location. Poor communication on check in. Could have more products provided. - Good location, quiet street and free roadside parking. No hand soap or hand towel in bathroom. Instructions not clear on where to find keys and host did not answer 3 phone calls, text message or booking.com message. No cutlery given (only teaspoon) no bowls or plates provided. Shower head holder missing and shower pulses hot and cold. TV is also slight damaged and has a repeat picture.
- Александр (8/5): Very good - Bathroom not very clean, don't have any soap and shampoo
- Richards (8/5): Very good - Felt like home
- Janet (8/5): Very good value for money - Great value for money at only £60 for the night, on a Saturday at the end of June. Full size fridge and a very welcome floor fan, as it was 34° in London when we stayed! The blinds and curtains were closed when we arrived, with windows open, which was good given how hot it was. Good instructions in advance on how to retrieve our door key, with directions as to where our room was. We were able to park for free in the street nearby. The shower and toilet were crammed into such a small space, with absolutely no where to put toiletries etc (not even on top of the toilet, as the teeny tiny sink was built into the cistern). My 5' 9" tall husband struggled to fit his knees into the space when he was seated on the toilet! Water pressure was poor in the shower.
The outside space, with astro turf and a table with chairs, was good. However, no parasols or shelter meant that we weren't able to enjoy sitting out in it, in full, very hot, sunshine. I get that wouldn't normally be a problem in England!
- Dilyana (5/5): Passable -
- Rosie (7/5): Good -
- Rosie (8/5): Very good -
- C (10/5): Exceptional - It was exactly as shown in the photos, so we weren't misled in any way! Basically, it is COSY & COMFY!
The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.
It was hot weather whilst we were there, but there was a fan supplied. Also, a fridge, microwave, kettle, and complimentary tea & coffee.
Ten minute Uber drive into Greenwich (cost approximately £12.99) so quite near to the hustle & bustle. The only thing I personally didn't like was that the mattress on the bed was too soft, but that's my preference. Others might prefer the opposite!
The sofa is rather low & didn't suit my disability but again, that's a me problem. There's nothing wrong with it at all, so we're extremely happy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Duane (7/5): Good - Was quaint and nice Says parking on site but wasnt .. just parked on pavement outside
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ade (10/5): excellent - nice and easy location. no stress at all. i will definitely use again some plates would be fine
- Danil (7/5): Nice and cosy! - Clean, warm and easy to get to The O2.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - excellent service from the host, lovely settings and top notch service
- Ikenna (5/5): Just ok - Walls are so thin…
- Christopher (4/5): I slept fine. Design and local integration of unit was terrible. - The price. Bathroom layout. SVP into the space. Building site outside.
- Ademide (7/5): Good -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helena (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness
Peaceful area
- Malla (7/5): Good - Room is big. Toilet is to much small.
- Aaron (6/5): Pleasant -
- Oumar (4/5): Disappointing - The place was OK. The bed was not clean, the duvet was smelly.
- Cheryl (10/5): cosy - it was a lovely small place to stay. Bus stop was right out side so you could bus to the village/ blackhealth/ shopping centre had a freezer and not a fridge.
it is a little walk to local shops
- Joanna (6/5): Pleasant -
- Eric (1/5): I’d never recommend that to a friend. - Absolutely nothing. Everything.
- Waisserová (6/5): Pleasant -
- Katie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mikayah (4/5): Disappointing - The room and bed was a nice size. The bathroom was tiny. The sink being on top of the toilet wasn’t hygienic and it was difficult to brush teeth. The shower was very low, I’m 5”3 and my head was hitting the ceiling. There’s no kitchen sink or anything to wash cups out, there’s no cutlery to eat with. The entrance to the room was a bit dangerous especially in night time. It’s okay for a short stay but 3+ days it might not do well
- Julie (5/5): Convenient for where we wanted to get to. - Location. Bed quite comfortable. Price. Not sure all the bedding was clean.
Only one towel. No loo roll. Shower didn’t drain. Bathroom just too small. Sink on top of toilet cistern not really acceptable or accessible.
- Ade (6/5): Pleasant - It was truly cosy. And if all the things I have put in the Don't like field can be addressed, than I can surely stayed there again. As a solo female traveller, tjat needed someone to rest my head for the night. I couldn't sleep all night. My eyes were wide open all night, and I could wait to leave. As i felt very unsafe.
Firstly, I wasn't comfortable with property security.
Apart from the main entry door, which had a key, the actual apartment had no key to enable you to lock the door once you get in. ( need sensor light at the pathway) had to use my phone torch to see.
You are also not able to lock the garden door, which leads to the room.
There are 2 other red doors towards the bathroom, which I believe are part of the main building. Was worried anyone could come in while I sleep. I'm so sure someone came to peep at the window in the morning.
You definitely need a new cleaner as the bathroom room /shower was blocked. Toilet had to clean myself before using.
- Ola (8/5): Very good - Served the purpose Communication on the day
- Aaron (10/5): Interesting but enjoyable - The room was cosy and unique for me and my mrs enjoyed the night well. The entry was abit different but was ideal
- Paul (9/5): Superb - The garden
- Sharfuddin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Osei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nuala (8/5): Good price for size of room and facilities - We needed somewhere fairly close to the 02 arena, this was about a 15 minute Uber ride away. Good bus links too and had lunch and breakfast easily delivered. It's a basic room just somewhere to get your head down for the night. Nice big back garden. As pictured the bathroom is small but we were only there one night so wasn't an issue.
- Saša (3/5): London is great, but I missed cleanliness. - The garden was nice. It wasn’t clean when we got there, there was hair under the shower.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Will (8/5): Very good -
- Olaoluwa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evelien (7/5): Good - It was a Cosy room with a nice garden. The bathroom was very small and it is quite a bit from the city centre.
- Táňa (4/5): Disappointing - host didn’t talk to me in person, only across the door.
Wanted me check out at 9 am although at booking says 11 am.
- Feby (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (10/5): Swift and easy check in and check out. Overall great. - Spacious, clean and garden dedicated to the guests. Tv a little bit too low
- Jayne (10/5): Brilliant - Would highly recommend this accommodation. Self check in was easy, clean and the room was at the back of the property with private access to the room. It had a fridge too.
- Lorna (7/5): Comfortable and cozy place to stay but can also be improved. - We like the double bed, modern TV with control, working fridge but we did not use, compliment tea/coffee with milk, electric hot water kettle, two drinking glasses, two mugs in a tray and the working toilet. When we arrived there was a problem of leak in the property, and there was no cold water when we tried to brush our teeth. In the morning my hubby wanted to shower but he could not because there is no cold water. The shower room is quite low, if you are 6 feet you will find it hard to stand upright. When we arrived they were busy cooking and we could smell the food and the noise of the food processor, while we were trying to have a rest before we watch the show at O2 arena. I don't like the cleaning stuff next to the toilet, it could be stored in the central heating room. There is only one chair available to sit, I think it should be two.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Alma (7/5): Good -
- Casimir (8/5): Very good -
- Kenneth (5/5): An experienced best not repeated - Private toilet Had to climb over the toilet to access the shower. Also there is a window inside the room from the main property so was concerned about privacy especially after the shower when changing.
- Devkota (8/5): Very good -
- Ronan (8/5): Very good -
- Marchant (1/5): I would not pay £20 to sleep there disgusting - Bathroom very small not very clean sheets pillows disgusting could not wait to leave no hot water the room was freezing cold
- Morton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cadee (10/5): it was lovely only stayed for a night - it was clean welcoming and lovely nothing
- Mark (5/5): Passable - Easy booking in
Didn't see the owner but heard them
The self contained room had everything required for short stay
Double bed, wardrobe, kettle, microwave, fridge The bathroom was ensuite but it was extremely small
Shower with toilet with miny sink built on the top part of the cistern.
My main grumble was the temperature of the room!
It was cold
- Oyekunle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daryl (9/5): Superb -
- Sharfuddin (10/5): Exceptional - Very good room and clean
- Douglas (6/5): Pleasant -
