Jordi (8/5): - Conveniently located outside Wadi Musa, if you have a car it is a perfect location with available parking by the road. Close to Petra and they have early breakfast from 6am so you can go to Petra at the best time to avoid crowds (at least for a little while :) One of the receptionist was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant in town (Elan Restaurant do not miss it!), as well as tips to visit Petra, which was really helpful. The turkish bath was closed and the swimming pool is really cold since it is outdoor and shaded all day.

The food was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. I honestly felt like I wasn’t just staying at a hotel, but at a home filled with warmth, kindness, and care.
Elsa (3/5): Major Issues with Elevator, Hot Water, and More - The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. First of all, the elevator wasn’t working. We were taken to the upper floor without any prior notice, and they only told us about it when we arrived at the hotel at 22:00 o'clock. The bathroom had a horrible smell, and there was no hot water. I had to call reception to resolve the issue. The breakfast was poor, definitely not up to the standards you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. It didn’t match the description on Booking.com. Additionally, I had booked 5 rooms, and all my guests complained about the same issues.

Shaiful (4/5): An overpriced and underwhelming stay in a nearly empty hotel that didn’t live up to its 4-star ratin - Only the Bed in the room we liked. Not Worth the 4 Stars – Disappointing Stay There were several aspects of my stay that I found quite disappointing, and I don't believe this hotel deserves its 4-star rating. Breakfast: The mini buffet was extremely limited, offering only some cold maize with no other proper breakfast options. The breakfast area was completely empty throughout my stay, which made the hotel feel eerily deserted. Room Amenities: While the room featured a large TV, the WiFi was very slow and unreliable. The wardrobe was just an open cupboard with a few hangers and no real storage space. There was no safe in the room initially; after requesting one, staff brought a unit but were unable to reset the password, so it couldn't be used. Bathroom Essentials: The bath amenities were very basic—no toothbrush, toothpaste, or other commonly expected items were provided. Other Issues: The hotel is only two floors are above ground, while the rest, are below ground level. The swimming pool was empty and not in use during our stay. On top of that, we were given misleading information by staff on our first day. The only positives were a comfortable bed and a functional shower. However, considering the price and the overall experience, this hotel felt overpriced and underwhelming.

Ilya (9/5): Overall impresion is good - Nice place with great views. Located near entrance to the city, around 10 minutes by car from Petra Visitor Center. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is located on the street, in front of the hotel. Bathroom was old and not very comfortable. There wasn't bodywash in the bathroom. Breakfast was very simple. For instance, there were only boiled eggs.

The most welcoming front desk staff, ready to solve any inquiry or issue. Great room - large and cozy. Beds are awesome, AC fully functional and effective. Totally recommend. Overall, it was our best stay across Jordan Seems like we stayed during the very low occupancy rate. Only a couple of tables were prepared for breakfast. There was no buffet. The waiter brought a cold plate (an assortment of cheeses, jams, butter, olives etc.) + breadbasket. Additionally a small portion of scrambled eggs was prepared for each person. It is fully understandable with the very low occupancy - no blame here. It was a bit unexpected though.

Vip (1/5): Disappointment - Nothing! The dealings were not tactful and professional, the dealings were material with distinction! Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist asked for an extra charge and claimed that they were taxes that were not calculated during the online reservation. Although during booking the price that appeared to me indicated that it included all taxes and service. Although I showed him all the evidence, but he insisted on asking for additional money, which made me not comfortable with this deal and does not make me book this same hotel for the next time because of the hidden taxes and their bad treatment unfortunately!!

Barbara (9/5): Really attentive staff (but building not finished) - The staff was very welcoming and tried to accommodate every wish. We were provided with an extensive breakfast package to go in the morning before we left for Petra. The rooms are big and include all necessities (even a lot of free soft drinks!). The location on Google is not the actual location (it’s further out), and because the place has been renovated recently, the pool is not ready yet. Access to the Hamman costs extra (25JODpp), and there is no gym (even though indicated on booking).
Margherita (8/5): Very good - Very elegant hotel, really nice staff, generous breakfast, clean and wide rooms. Very good price-quality ratio. The address of the hotel made it look very close to the Petra Visitor's Centre (12 minutes by foot) but it was in fact more distant (40 minutes by foot) so we had to take our car. We asked for lunch boxes and just the first day had a discount as hotel guests (the second day we had to pay full price, and it was expensive). Apart from that it was a very good hotel.
