Ļoti atsaucīgs personāls, pēc mūsu lūguma ieteica mums restorānus un pat rezervēja to. Jauks sagaidīšanas sveiciens ar vietējo maizi, augļiem un kafiju. -

• Maria (10/5): We love it!!, definitely referring this property and coming back to it - We appreciate the welcome basket with bread, fruit, etc. The patio/terrace was beautiful. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Ricardo thought of almost every detail needed. I would've liked to have a washer machine, because this was our 7th &8th day traveling, and were running out of clothes. But by all means not necessary. A clothes line for the towels to dry fresher & faster, perhaps would be the only thing I would add. Everything else was perfect. We love it!!

A localização da casa é ótima porque é muito perto da rua principal (com pastelarias e supermercados próximos). A casa está muito bem decorada e é bastante confortável. O pátio é também muito agradável e ótimo para fazer uns grelhados. Senti falta de uma máquina de lavar loiça e de um congelador, que não tinha, o que implica fazer compras todos os dias! Nem sempre foi fácil estacionar perto porque a rua só tem um sentido e poucos lugares para estacionar. Não havia internet nos quartos.

• Margarida (9/5): Simpatia e conforto! - Casa muito acolhedora, bem decorada e com áreas bastante generosas. Tem um pátio grande, bom para famílias com crianças. Cozinha equipada com o essencial. Toalhas e roupa de cama de muita qualidade. Kit de boas vindas com pão alentejano e outros produtos! O Ricardo foi muito simpático e prestável. Check in demasiado tardio (17:00) para permitir limpeza entre hóspedes, pode ser um ponto a melhorar.

I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend staying in Vila Nova de Milfantes on anyone’s trip along the Costa Vicentina. It’s really stunning. And I especially recommend staying at Casa do Avos. The property was tastefully decorated, in a great location, clean, bright and spacious. The courtyard was perfect for relaxing and for barbecuing. Nothing

Great location close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. Everything we needed for a relaxing night after a long walk :) Easy to find, our host Ricardo was very helpful and communicative. • Jacky & Els (10/5): Gezellig huisje voor 6 volwassenen - Mooi en smaakvol ingericht huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitstekende communicatie. Goede bedden, prima douches. Leuk koertje. Goede tips voor restaurants. Één van ons was een bril vergeten in een restaurant in de buurt en Ricardo heeft echt moeite gedaan om die terug te vinden en aan ons terug te bezorgen. Helemaal niets.

It was easy to communicate with Ricardo and he was super friendly and helpful. We were 5 girls and the apartment and the location, right in the centre of Milfontes, were perfect for us!

• Maria Margarida (10/5): O sítio perfeito onde não falta nada! - É difícil de dizer o que gostei! Porque na verdade gostámos de tudo. Desde o facto do Ricardo nos ter recebido com toda a sua simpatia, ao facto de mal termos entrado na casa terem feito uma linda homenagem aos avós. A casa está toda remodelada, super bonita e bem decorada, com todas as comodidades para passar férias ou um fim de semana. Tem um páteo muito fixe com um duche, ótimo para o verão! Infelizmente não podemos usufruir porque estava a chover… Mas está muito bem localizada, com o supermercado na rua paralela, estacionamento fácil e gratuito na rua da casa.

• Eileen (10/5): - Met Ricardo and enjoyed a chat about the history of his beautiful & modern renovated space, once his grandparents' home. Not only were the rooms comfortable and tastefully decorated, showers were deluxe. The private outdoor patio space was a joy to spend time in. The stores & main street were a block away. Vila Nova de Milfontes is a historic Portuguese town to wander at leisure.
• pablo (9/5): Casa dos Avos is a tasteful 3 bedroom apartment with a lovely outside courtyard. Ideal! - Decor is tasteful and new. All bedrooms are a good size. Bathrooms are modern. Location is 10mins walk to beach and just a few minutes to shops and cafes. Ideal for friends and families.
• Conny (8/5): Sehr schönes Apartment - Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schöner Innenhof zum draußen sitzen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 2 der Schlafräume sind direkt an der Straße, so dass bei geöffnetem Fenster die Fußgänger quasi am Bett vorbeilaufen

• Alessa (10/5): - Wir waren noch nie so begeistert von einer Unterkunft, wie von dieser. Es war einfach nur perfekt! Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und unfassbar hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön eingerichtet und sehr modern, mit schönen persönlichen Akzenten. Man möchte gleich selbst einziehen.

Riccardo est très sympatique et merci pour le panier avec des produits de la région. Le bruit. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit provenant de l'apprtement du dessus et la cour qui n'est pas tout à fait privative (passage pour aller à l'appartement à l'étage).
• Amaya (9/5): Vila Nova de Milfontes - Ubicación perfecta, cerca de supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes. Y a pocos metros del centro del Vila Nova. y a menos de cinco minutos de las playas. El alojamiento es nuevo, con todas las comodidades y un pequeño patio para comer, cenar o simplemente estar. Aparcamiento en la calle cerca de la casa, suele haber sitio sin problema. El anfitrión muy bien. Nos recibió el primer día y siempre atento para cualquier duda o pregunta, tanto de la casa como del entorno. Un regalo de bienvenida nos esperaba también en la casa con productos de la zona. Por sacarle alguna pega, si vas con coche es una calle de un único sentido donde se puede aparcar. Puede que a veces cueste aparcar frente a la casa. Pero nosotros no hemos tenido ningún problema
