• magda (3/5): Disorganizzazione e scarsa pulizia - Fra le poche cose positive: la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici e la superficie dell’appartamento discretamente ampia e confortevole per un soggiorno di tre giorni per due persone Le informazioni per accedere all’appartamento non ci sono state inviate prima dell’arrivo come ci avevano detto ma le abbiamo ottenute solo dopo aver telefonato mentre eravamo all’esterno del palazzo sotto la pioggia. Appena entrati nell'appartemento, la temperatura era molto bassa e abbiamo perso molto tempo prima di riuscire ad accendere i caloriferi per i quali non ci era stata fornita alcuna indicazione né ne abbiamo trovate all’interno dell’appartamento; in particolare, abbiamo scoperto che il calorifero del bagno si accendeva spingendo un interruttore (non chiaramente segnalato) posto non nel bagno stesso ma nell’ingresso! Mancava l’asciugacapelli che invece risulta incluso nelle dotazioni dell’appartamento. Lo staff ci ha detto di comprarlo autonomamente e che saremmo stati rimborsati. L’abbiamo comprato ma dubito che riceveremo il rimborso Sebbene prima dell’arrivo avessimo chiesto di prepararci anche il divano letto (eravamo in due ma volevamo dormire separatamente) non ci è stato reso disponibile. Alle nostre rimostranze, ci è stato risposto che loro attrezzano il divano letto solo quando si prenota per tre o più persone. Ma nella descrizione dell’appartamento questo non c’è scritto, anzi c’è scritto che si ha a disposizione l’intero appartamento. Forse meglio così, considerato che non c'è un sistema (tende o altro) che consenta di oscurare le ampie vetrate del locale dove c’è il divano letto, quindi si rischia di non riuscire a dormire per la troppa luce che proviene dall’esterno. L’appartamento non brilla per pulizia: polvere sugli zoccolini, manate di grasso sui mobili della cucina, un piumone sporco con evidenti segni di urina e sangue, un tappeto e una moquette sporchi.

• Latasha (9/5): Great stay, clean comfortable grocery stores and restaurants in the area. - We had a hard time with punching in the code for access to the building. A Forb ke device would have been better.

• Manuel Ernesto (2/5): Modern apartment, but poorly managed and lacking essentials - The apartment is modern and quite new, located in a quiet area about 10–15 minutes from central Manchester by tram (the stop is very close). The location is convenient and well connected to the city centre. The accommodation was very limited in basic supplies and equipment. There was only one roll of toilet paper (we were told to buy the rest ourselves), no shampoo, no shower gel, and no detergent for the washing machine. The kitchen was minimally equipped — just two plates, two glasses and a couple of mugs — with no salt, no coffee and no coffee maker. Most of the kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) was quite worn out, and the oven gloves were torn, which actually caused me to burn myself. The mattress was very soft and the bed extremely low, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The Wi-Fi was very slow; I tried to make a work video call and couldn’t keep the connection stable. We booked this place thinking we could save some money, but it ended up costing more than several hotels in the area since we had to buy very basic things like toilet paper and kitchen supplies. Finally, the check-in and check-out times are excessively strict: check-in is from 4:00 p.m., but check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and literally at 11:02 the cleaner was already waiting at the door. The timing feels far too tight, especially given how late you’re allowed to check in.
• David (4/5): This place was below the advertised standard and they have not reimbursed us for cleaning item expenditures not present - Close to frequent transit connecting to city center and the airport. - the apartment was not clean, particularly the large windows. - there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no cleaning towels in the kitchen and no dish cleaning sponges or brushes to wash dishes with. When we contacted the hosts about this they asked us to buy these items, which they would reimburse us for. We did what they asked but have yet to be reimbursed. - the bed is very small and uncomfortable. - they advertised a hair dryer but we couldn’t find it.
• Nour (8/5): Good value for money! - Great amenities, close to shops, and tram/bus stop. Smart TV, washer, pots and pans. Bath is slippy, maybe consider getting nonslip bath mat. Greasy finger print marks on cabinets from previous guests.

• Ray (8/5): Nice, clean apartment in Old Trafford area - Great apartment 1b1b in a nice neighborhood. The value of your money is quite good, as the entire apartment is yours, spacious, and clean. There's a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. It seems that the Old Trafford Stadium of Man United is nearby, so football fans might find it even more attractive. It took quite a while in front of the door before the host sent the information for entrance. A promised hairdryer was missing in my unit. Although a washing machine is available, no detergent was found.

• Tristan (10/5): Clean and sleek new build apartment close to city centre - The flat is perfect location, about 10 min Uber to city centre (which only cost about £7). The flat was spotless - so happy with how clean it was, the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The self check in was so easy and the flat is so spacious, way bigger than it looks in the pictures. More than a studio as the bedroom has sliding doors. Washing machine too use as well, was perfect for my month long stay.
