• anne (2/5): Beaucoup trop cher pour cette chambre minuscule au confort insuffisant - Proximité du parking, grand lit très confortable, salle de bain grande, chiens acceptés, proche des commerces, gentillesse du personnel mais nous n’avons vu personne Prix beaucoup trop cher pour cette petite chambre, très bruyant, voisins irrespectueux, aucune patère dans la salle de bain ni dans la chambre, pas de thé, très peu de café, savon bas de gamme, sachet de shampooing minuscule, pas de Kleenex, pré enregistrement interminable avec demande de selfie pour chaque personne (je n’ai jamais vu ça en Italie !)

• Alikulova (7/5): Современные комфортные апартаменты - Локация, просторные апартаменты, все есть для комфортного пребывания , чисто. Запах сигарет. Апартаменты явно для курящих людей. Наша семья не курит и нам было тяжело находится в помещении где запах сигарет не выветривается даже когда открыл все окна.

• Didem (9/5): keyifli - şehrin kalbinde bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. ev gayet temiz ulaşım çok rahattı ev sahibimiz her konuda çok yardımcıydı.mutfak malzemeleri kahve kapsülleri dışında yeterliydi. tren istasyonuna kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. ev sahibimiz aynı zamanda şehir hakkında bilgilendirmede gönderdi. odaya sadece iki tane kahve kapsülü konulmasını anlamadım marketten uygun kapsülü bulamadık aldığımız da olmadı. ev sahibimiz yönlendirmişti oysa. bir de yorganlarda kılıf olmasını isterdim. çarşafla sarılmış olması çoklu kullanılan yerde bence tercih edilmemeli.

Anche se non abbiamo visto i gestori, siamo stati guidati passo passo per il recupero delle chiavi e per altre necessità. Molto apprezzata la mini guida in formato digitale. Molto rumorosa la stanza che manca completamente di insonorizzazione interna (si sentivano gli altri ospiti) che esterna. Mancavano coperte aggiuntive.

In casa si stava molto bene ed era presente l’aria condizionata. Check-in facile e comunicazione veloce e gentile con la proprietaria tramite WhatsApp. Grazie!

Tatiana s’est montrée très disponible. Double vitrage pas assez performant, nous avons été réveillés par le bruit de la circulation le matin.

• Jan (8/5): Nice stay in the center of Sanremo - Modern and clean apartment close to the center of Sanremo and parking lots. Remote but very friendly communication with owner. We expected that some cutlery would be available in the apartment even without kitchen faciltiies. The yellow apartment was a bit small for three adults. At next occasion, we will opt for the bigger orange one with little kitchen. Cups available need to be reviewed on cleanliness. Difficult to park near to premises.
• Lb (8/5): Well located comfortable apartment - The apartment is well located to the city centre and not too far from the beaches. It is a good-sized modern apartment with good air conditioning. Our host Giulia was very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no lift. The kitchen does not have sufficient crockery and cutlery. There is no drying rack for clothes but only a few strings on the balconies. Otherwise, all good.

• Natália (7/5): All in all we had a great time, the apartment is well equipped, pet friendly place. I found the price a bit high but the - Proprietor is really nice and kind. She explained us well how to enter to the building. Family and pet friendly place which we loved. !Don’t forget to check in before, otherwise you can’t enter. The couch and the bed wasn’t so much comfortable, but really nice, new and spacious apartment.

Only two thing that should be mentioned here: - no elevator. If you stay with a small children - could be a little bit hard to step up on the 3th floor - then we were in the apartment was renovation of apartment opposite rented. Quite noisy
• Annamaija (8/5): Warm, sunny days in San Remo. - The location was great, superior/orange apartment was spacious and really clean, a few minor flaws, no hooks were you can hang towels etc in a bathroom, the door lock was a bit challenging sometimes, tv channels did not work at first (we got help from host with a little delay). But generally very functional. The apartment is in a third floor, no elevator, the balcony was narrow and small not a place were you can sit etc., there were hospital near and emergency vehicles woke us up almost every night.

I was living in Green Appartement with my family (5 people: 2 adults and 3 children). Appartement was fully like on the photo. Great shower, 2 smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, includes diswashing machine, kaffeemaschine, and many other things 😀. The place is great too, it's in the center of Sanremo. Very polite, friendly and amazing owner and all staff! If You ask something, the will help You. We had a great vacation in this appartement. I really Recommend this appartement to everyone! We will return one more time 😉. Thanks for the best vacation 😀 No one dislike, just many likes!

• Oksana (9/5): You pay and f…ck off! - Didn’t like: Ignoring guest questions and indifference! welcoming- the bags with dirty laundry for few days at the entrance! Just paying and f… off! Be careful with the size of the rooms! It is impossible to move and after 10 minutes the supply of oxygen in the room is exhausted!!!
