• Moniheidi (5/5): Huele fatal - El salón es cómodo y espacioso y como es pequeñito se calienta rápido Primer piso sin ascensor y escalera muy incomoda, el baño huele fatal a desagüe putrefacto y si dejas abierta la puerta huele toda la casa y si cocinan los vecinos huele a comida. La cama incomodísima.

El apartamento está situado justo sobre un bar que tiene mesas en el exterior, lo que origina mucho ruido y altera el descanso de los residentes, si buscas tranquilidad no la encontrarás. El portal deja mucho que desear y la escalera de subida al apartamento es muy estrecha. El apartamento no está mal en si. Al patio mejor ni asomarse.

• Rodrigo German (9/5): Muy a gusto - La ubicación , la comodidad , todo Costaba encontrar aparcamiento y la TV iba mal su antena
• Pilar (10/5): Estancia muy agradable, confortable con todas las comodidades y bien situado - Cuidado, limpio, amplio, equipado con todo detalle, muy confortable. La ubicación estupenda. Bien comunicado con tren y autobuses y paseando a unos diez minutos del centro. Supermercados cerca. Raquel, la anfitriona, muy amable. No pudimos ver bien la tele, se pixelaban las imágenes y en todos los canales. Si volvemos a Elche, repetiremos.

• Miriam (6/5): No repetiríamos - La propietaria fue muy atenta y respondía rápido a los mensajes. El apartamento es grande y la decoración está bien. Nos aparecieron dos cucarachas en el apartamento y entraba olor a comida de otros pisos por el baño. De vez en cuando, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, incluso estando apagado. La ducha no tenía soporte para la alcachofa. La cocina tenía poco menaje (utensilios, etc.). Aparcar por la zona no es fácil.

• Arianna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything super clean. Beds super comfortable, kitchen with coffee machine, boiler, microwave… very comfortable staying!
• Byron (5/5): Short stay. Found it hard to work here due to noise during the day. Good location for tourism. - The apartment was clean and had a basic kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk to the center of town. The shower and bathroom were good. There were no cups for making a coffee or tea. No recycling bins were available. very noisy - Very poor soundproofing (we could hear people walking above and talking in the stairwell. The noise from the cafe below was also very loud during the daytime). With such a noisy space, it was impossible to work from this location. The table in the living room was broken.
• David (8/5): Beautiful Spanish apartment - Very clean, very stylish and beautifully presented. We are a British couple with a slightly different style of living. For example for Spanish people drinking cafe solo is preferable, for the British it's tea. There was no cups or mugs big enough for tea or kettle to make it. Also there was no hairdryer. The location is good but directly above a cafe which was a little noisy at night if you wished to sleep at 22:30! ( British!)
