• MARCIO (8/5): MUITO BOM - Hotel super bem localizado no centro de Cusco e próximo à Plaza de Armas; e a proprietária Carmen é muito atenciosa e gentil com os hóspedes. Fez tudo que podia para dar conforto para nossa família.

• David (6/5): - It’s a 2-star hotel so expect that. Very loud. Bring ear plugs. I have no idea what goes on at 4:30am. Wedging some cardboard in the door helps with the constant rattling. Staff are nice and helpful. Would be nice to have extra towels because floor is slippery and there’s no carpet. Convenient location. Lots of city hustle. Could do without the shower mildew.
• TELMA REGINA (8/5): Vale pelo custo-benefício, mas não pelo conforto - A localização do hotel é muito boa, com fácil acesso à Praça das Armas, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. Porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: os lençóis e fronhas estavam sujos (precisei usar uma camiseta para cobrir o travesseiro), a cama e os travesseiros eram muito duros e desconfortáveis, o banheiro tinha um cheiro bastante desagradável e apresentava paredes com mofo. Além disso, o chuveiro só oferecia água quente à noite — pela manhã, era apenas gelada. Se você busca conforto, não recomendo. Mas, se a ideia é apenas ter um local bem localizado para dormir e aproveitar Cusco durante o dia, pode ser uma opção pelo custo-benefício.
• MAURO. CESAR (10/5): Hotel no centro, fora da area turística - Excelente localização, ótimo custo benefício, no centro a 700 metros do centro histórico. Tudo perto e mais barato que a área turística. Sugestão um pano de pés e porta shampoo no banheiro.

• Hanitriniaina (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ At the heart of Cusco, Hotel del Sur is a gem. The staff was friendly, attentive and makes you feel like family. The rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast fresh and healthy. The location was perfect — close to the San Pedro market and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Loved the indoor terrace for relaxing after a day of exploring. Thank you Almicar and Carmen to make my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

• Joyce (8/5): Quarto mais frio que na rua. - O quarto é muito úmido e frio chegava a escorrer água das paredes do banheiro. Estava fazendo frio na cidade mas na rua era menos frio que no quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco, embora seja continental, tem que pedir pra repor tudo. Pedi um ovo e teria que pagar por fora. Fica bemmperto da plza das armas, mas em uma rua comercial.

Não sei se é algo da cidade mas em alguns momentos tínhamos problema com a água quente, apesar de todos os funcionários sempre se mostrarem solícitos a ajudar. Carmem foi maravilhosa conosco, sempre gentil e atenciosa.
• CARLOMAGNO (6/5): - Beds were uncomfortable. Small room for a quadruple beds. Also guy charged my twice when I check out. I only signed once but I got double charged on my credit card statement. I’m disputing xtra charge with my bank. No heater or elevator. Staff was really nice and warm and welcoming and attentive

• Sarah (2/5): - I left a note when I booked that it would be a late check-in because we were coming from aguas calientes by train and taxi. When we got there the guy at the desk said he doesn’t see our booking. He finally found it and checked us in. The rooms were freezing, we booked 3 rooms and he gave us one heater & said other guests are using the others. When I booked, the checkout said 10:30am and when we got there he said we needed to be out by 9am. Extremely inconvenient and rude.

• Karoline Tatjana (2/5): Velg et annet hotell! - Bodde der to netter, to reisende på hvert sitt rom. Vi fikk ett håndkle - skulle gjerne hatt ett til dusj og ett til tørking av hender. Kanskje til og med et til å stå på etter dusjen. Første dag var det ikke varmtvann. Andre dag var det ikke vann i det hele tatt. Frokosten var ok, men tok en evighet å få servert. (25 min for å få tevann.) Det er fryktelig lytt der. Det er det på alle hoteller, virker det som, men syns det var ekstra mye støy der. Men det aller verste var all muggen. Endte med å bytte et rom fordi det var så sinnsykt mye mugg. Var også mugg på det andre rommet. Etter dusj, stinka badet. Klarte å prute bittelitt på prisen ved utsjekk, men det var vel det eneste som var positivt.

Hand towels and bath floor mats available on request, really should just be in the rooms without asking. Laundry service available and did a good job. The inner courtyard makes this hotel a noisy place between kitchen dishes, tv in the courtyard, doorbell, and general noise of other customers. The hotel would benefit from any noise reduction in the courtyard, on the room doors. There is a lot to like about this place, but the noise was terrible.

It was easy to walk to everything in the historic center. The hotel was as expected for the price and rating. The best part was the helpfulness of staff with things like storing luggage, getting a car, leaving early at 4am for Machu Picchu etc.

• Daniela (10/5): - La atención que recibimos por Carmen y el resto del personal fue excelente, todos muy serviciales y siempre están al pendiente de lo que necesitas, si no tienes planeado tus tours ellos te ayudan a hacer un itinerario así como te dan mejor precios comparados con diferentes agencias en Cusco, Las habitaciones son muy básicas pero limpias, y siempre tienen agua caliente, el lugar está muy cerca del mercado San Pedro por lo que es una zona muy transitada y se encuentra a unos minutos de la plaza de Armas, recomiendo mucho este lugar por el personal, la atención y la relación calidad-precio, considerando que las habitación solo se ocuparás para dormir y bañarte ya que la mayor parte del día te encontrarás afuera haciendo tours y recorriendo la ciudad y sus alrededores.
• SARA (2/5): - La posizione è buona poiché molto vicina alla piazza principale. È ubicata in una zona che non ti fa sentire troppo al sicuro. La pulizia è pessima. I piumoncini che erano sopra il letto avevano delle macchie. Le lenzuola erano finissime e la federa non dava la sensazione di pulizia e freschezza. In bagno mancava spesso l’acqua calda. L’hotel può essere buono per chi non ha grandi esigenze e vuol spendere poco, ma non ci tornerei. L’avevo scelto per l’ubicazione e le recensioni positive, ma di positivo ho trovato ben poco. Non lo consiglio
• Matheus (8/5): Bom custo beneficio - Bom atendimento, recepção bem prestativa, localização perto da praça central, rua movimentada de comercio local mas Nao achei inseguro. Quarto bom sem ar condicionado nem aquecedor o que nao foi ponto negativo porem em dias muito quentes ou muito frios pode fazer a diferença. Roupa de cama boa e boa limpeza. Cafe da manha muito simples sem variedades porem bom, unico problema foi a agua que uma vez nao aqueceu pela manha, mas em outros horarios aqueceu normalmente.
• Scott (8/5): Hotel Del Sur in Cusco Peru Review - The cleanliness of the room was good. Although the shower and bathroom could use a good cleaning as they were traces of mold on the ceiling. The toilet was faced directly in front of the wall, so you were basically kissing the wall while sitting down. The pressure from the shower was OUTSTANDING and the water was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable, and the people were very nice. There was a step going into the bathroom that I trip over the first time entering the bathroom and that was a bit annoying but got used to it after time. The location of the hotel was great as it was only a 15-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. I would stay there again as it was affordable, welcoming and warm. I would give this place 3.75 stars.

• Line (10/5): - On a eu un accueil tres chaleureux et la dame a pris le temps de.repondre à toutes nos questions. C etait propre,it ferme pour ceux qui aiment ça. Par contre, dans la salle de bain de notre chambre la fenêtre ne fermait pas au complet. J ai rrmarquer à la toute fin du séjour qu il etait possible d avoir une chauffrette. Je recommande cet etablissement pour qualitè-prix et son emplacement.
