MARIA (8/5): - Good location, big and clean appartment. The check-in process was complicated, the link to open both the building entrance door and the appartment's door was not working upon arrival. We arrived at 9pm and their customer service agents only work until 10pm, what if we had arrived later? I had to call and the agent reactivated the link but then it stopped working again on the next day. We were 3 people with only one key to the flat, which was a bit of a hassle.
