• Kera (6/5): For one night, okay - Great location, easily accessible to the pickup spot for Inca Rail and the town square. Easy drive in from the airport. The shower was tiny and water doesn’t get very hot. The doors aren’t sealed well so it got really cold at night since there isn’t heat. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom either so it gets smelly in the whole room after your business is done.

• Maria (9/5): Nice stay - The hostel is close to the center ( 10 min walk), the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, with a window, white clean towels, hot shower. It was a good stay for a night. We paid 25 dollars. Which is a good deal.

• antonio (3/5): - La ubicación cercana a plaza de armas. No es un hotel de 3 estrellas ni siquiera un hotel, es un hostal como de carretera con lo justo para pasar una noche, más ni se os ocurra. Habitación pequeña con ventanas sin cerramiento que hace que la temperatura en la noche sea igual que la de la calle. Muebles espartanos, insonorización respecto del exterior bien porque está en un callejón sin salida que en la noche da un poquito de yuyo pero con respecto al resto de habitaciones o pasillo inexistente. No sirven desayuno.
• Anna (10/5): Close to center and good room - The hotel is well located in a safe area and close to the main attractions. The bed is comfortable and many blankets ensure you don’t get cold. Hot water in the shower working well. The person at the reception is very kind and helpful. I could leave a bag for a few days while hiking and come back late at night. It can be a bit cold in the room, especially the floor so make sure to bring something for that.

• Diego (10/5): Comodidad - La habitación era super grande , hasta con una mesita y 2 sillas para servirse algo , el baño super grande agua caliente y la cama maravillosa muy cómoda con sábanas de polar , Internet bien , smart tv super , armario , caminando tranquilamente esta a 10 min de la plaza y esta a 2 minutos del mercado san blass donde se desayuna muy rico , los tours nos recogieron en la puerta del hostal asi que recomiendo 100% bueno bonito y barato

• Natacha (9/5): Super séjour - Accueil super sympathique, le monsieur qui s’est occupé de notre arrivée était très prévenant et gentil. Les chambres sont très grandes et les lits grands et confortables. Il y a de l’eau chaude, un sèche cheveux et c’est très bien placé au centre pourtant c’est très calme. On a adoré ! Il fait juste un peu froid en saison des pluies car il n’y a pas de chauffage.

• Willem (10/5): Staying here again. - They were very friendly and accommodating. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pillows were amazing. TV that you can log into your streaming services. Fresh Towles and warm water. The streets in Cusco are super narrow, with even narrower sidewalks. Make sure to take a taxi here if you have a lot of luggage. But this is at no fault of the hotel.

He helped us as well with the luggage while we were on the tour! Central and spacious rooms even with tv and a blowdryer. Free tea at the reception Missing a kitchen to cook but has a microwave guests can use.

No primeiro dia não havia água quente, informei ao funcionário e o mesmo foi no quarto revisar, estava com vazamento no chuveiro e toda vez que fosse usar a água quente era necessário abrir o registro. O funcionário informou que iria arrumar no outro dia mas até o final da minha estadia (5 dias) não foi consertado. O chuveiro não era tão quente, informei e o mesmo falou que estava tudo certo com o aquecimento da água. Em um dos dias da estadia a água da torneira do banheiro também acabou, tive que novamente entrar em contato com o funcionário, que informou que havia acabado a água do reservatório e teria que esperar encher para utilizar. Não recomendo essa estadia pois o valor não é barato e não oferece conforto necessário.
• Grace (5/5): Shoddy hot water, not worth the price - The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big, the laundry was pretty affordable (6 soles per kilo) The hot water did not work well at all. It either wouldn’t turn on after running the water for ten seconds, or you’d get about 3 or 4 minutes and then it would run cold. I spoke to the receptionist several times and she said it required going to the terrace and fiddling with the hot water heater, which she did, and then sometimes it would work longer. However, I had to go down and speak with her (in my bathrobe) pretty much every time I wanted to shower or my partner wanted to shower. This was incredibly annoying and the room was not worth not having hot water (it wasn’t cheap, and I paid the extra for being able to take a hot shower). My only other complaint is that you got a decent amount of hallway/courtyard noise, but not that much from the other rooms themselves so that wasn’t that big of a deal. The location is okay but not close to a ton of restaurants and the city center compared to other places to stay.
• Lottie (10/5): Great Stay & Great Value for money - I loved staying here! The guy at the desk was very helpful and friendly.He helped us extend our stay which we were very grateful for. The room was clean,the bed was really comfy,hot shower and there was a big TV.The wifi was also excellent. Close by to restaurants and the main square is a 12m walk away. I highly recommend staying here,its great value for money and really comfortable. The only minor thing is that I recommend wearing an eyemask to bed as the curtains do not block out the light very well.Other than that,perfect.

El hospedaje es de fácil acceso, cerca a la plaza mayor y de otras vías que te permitirán movilizarte por la ciudad sin contratiempos.

Clean sheets and extra warm blankets, because rooms are very cold (as everywhere in Cusco). In this hostel/ hotel you can book rooms for 2 or 3 beds. This place is closed from street by gates with door and you are receiving a key or you can use door bell. What we didn’t like that it was very loud because sound proof in rooms wasn’t grate !
• Paz Venegas (10/5): Muy buena opción para alojar - La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, personas que nos recibió muy amable de principio a fin. Todo bien, incluso un día por las lluvias tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y lo resolvieron de inmediato.

• Natalie (8/5): Super staff in convenient location - The hotel is within 10 minute walking distance from the historic centre of Cusco, and Inca rail is always walkable. A lovely cafe is at the top of the hill, and some lovely Italian restaurants are on the same street. The hotel is one of several in the same location. It is basic, but clean and represents good value for money. The beds are super comfy. The manager is the real highlight - the most lovely gentleman, who is super adept at Google Translate and a genuine highlight of my time in Cusco.
