The hosts were super nice and always helped out with any request we had right away, even brought us an air mattress since we were 2 people and had to book a 1 bed room for a night since the others were already booked

Super easy to get to and from NYC. The property manager Jimmy is an awesome guy with fantastic communication skills. If you get one of the rooms with a few, you’re in for a treat. The Manhattan skyline at night is gorgeous! N/A - I’ll be staying here again for sure. Very comfortable.

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard dans la journée , la chambre n’était pas propre, pas changée des gens avant . On a appelé le propriétaire qui a envoyé qqun assez rapidement mais qui n’a fait que changé les draps, même pas aspiré . Il y avait des crasses partout , la salle de bain était sale et on a dû aller dans une autre salle de bain à un moment donné car l’eau coulait du toit . Ils mettent qu’on peut dormir à 3 c’est faux . Il y a un canapé lit mais impossible pour un adulte de dormir dedans tellement il est petit et inconfortable. Les photos sont malheureusement trompeuses , on a l’impression que c’est propre et nouveau mais pas du tout . Aucun équipement , 2-3 fourchettes pour tout le palier (c’est à dire 5 personnes) , il est noté qu’il y a d’autres équipements mais il n’y a rien . L’emplacement de base pourrait être bien mais le bus est constamment plein ou en retard donc parfois compliqué .
Oui, le prix est très raisonnable mais à quel prix … Je n’ai jamais vu un truc aussi sale même à NY .
Mettez un peu plus et je vous conseille d’aller ailleurs

- Marina (1/5): Dirty unpleasant place - That I left after 1 night. This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Much of what is listed in the description is inaccurate. Most importantly, it is not clearly stated anywhere that the bathroom is shared — this only becomes apparent if you carefully read the reviews. In the property description itself, only the shared kitchen is mentioned. This is misleading.
There is no breakfast at all, despite what is suggested. There isn’t even a kettle or tea available.
My room was terrible. The bed linen was dirty, and I even found someone else’s hair on the pillow.
I arrived late at night, so I had no choice but to stay there for one night. However, the next day I moved to another place and asked the host for a partial refund. That would have been fair, since I stayed only one night and the room could easily have been rented out again afterward.
Of course, the host refused and kept all of my money.
I do not recommend this dirty and unpleasant place to anyone.
- Juan Alberto M (8/5): - Muy buen contacto con Jimmy. Constantemente se preocupó por mantenerse comunicado y fue muy amable. El lugar tiene muy buenos medios de transporte público muy cerca, aunque mas caros que en NYC y un supermercado muy cerca.
El alojamiento a nosotros nos resultó muy cómodo. Ocupamos la habitacion matrimonial con baño incluído. Pequeña pero con colchón muy cómodo y baño muy bien. Usamos la cocina y heladera. Preparamos nuestros desayunos y cenas. La cocina, electrodomesticos, vajilla y utencillos de cocina son adecuados. La limpieza al ingresar no fue adecuada.
Hay un sillon que debería cambiar o retapizar.
- Ivan (3/5): Nie wieder diese Unterkunft, lieber 200-300€ mehr ausgeben und was vernünftiges bekommen. - Die Aussicht war das einzig gute was die Unterkunft zu bieten hatte. Das ganze Haus hat einen hohen renovierungsbedarf. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig und wurden nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Betten vollkommen ausgelutscht. Die Couch im Zimmer versifft mit absoluten Herpes Faktor.
Die Küche um Himmelswillen, alles verklebt und dreckig, der Kühlschrank von innen, als ob er nie gereinigt wurde.
Das Badezimmer hätte auch einfach überall dreck rumliegen, für ein Badezimmer wo jeder duschen kann und da sein geschäft erledigen kann sollte es Regeln geben und das bedeutet Hygiene. Andere Urlauber haben deren Flüssigkeiten auch neben das Klo rausgelassen.
Ein dazubuchbares Frühstuck was insgesammt gute 70-80€ mehr gekostet hat war absolut vergebens zu finden. Warum wird es bei Booking so angeboten, wenn der Host ( Jimmy ) es nicht in der Realität umsetzen kann. Also weitere kosten. Anstatt morgens ein kleines Frühstück zu bekommen, haben wir unterwegs uns was geholt. Absolute Frechheit.
Wir waren zu zweit ( 2 Männer ) und wir waren ruhig, andere Urlauber haben sich wie das letzte Volk benommen und in jedem Hotel in Manhattan ist es leiser und sauberer.
Anfragen an den Host ( Jimmy ) waren vergebens und wurden ignoriert.

Il y a des épiceries à proximité et le propriétaire était très serviable et a répondu rapidement à nos questions et préoccupations. L'endroit est à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, mais le Uber était cher. Je recommande de prendre le bus ; c'est un peu compliqué à comprendre au début, alors renseignez-vous bien avant.

También conecté la secadora de cabello y en las dos ocasiones que lo hice se fue la luz, hubo apagón y esos pequeños incidentes los resolvió inmediatamente.
Agradezco por la confianza y por la estadía. Agregaría un bote pequeño para depositar basura dentro de la habitación, pero es todo, de ahí en fuera, volvería a hospedarme en este mismo sitio.
- Maja (2/5): Scam - definitiv kein Luxusapartment!!! - Das einzig Positive an der gesamten Unterkunft war die Lage, da es eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr regelmäßig fahrenden Bussen quasi direkt vor der Haustür hatte. Somit war der Transport nach NYC sehr einfach und günstig. Außerdem gab es ein Dach des Apartmentkomplexes, welches man betreten konnte mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Skyline von Manhattan. Wo soll ich anfangen….? Ich bin mehr als nur enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt und würde hier nie wieder buchen!
1. Wir haben ein anderes Apartment bekommen, als das eigentlich gebuchte, aufgrund nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage. Ich habe Fotos des neuen Apartments erhalten und mir wurde gesagt, dass wir dies OHNE Aufpreis bekommen werden (dies sollte selbstverständlich sein, da wir für die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage nichts können). 2. Keinerlei Informationen wie wir in die Unterkunft gelangen. Ich hatte vor über einer Stunde unserer Ankunft bereits geschrieben, dass wir bald ankommen. Keine Reaktion. Ich musste anrufen und den Pin des Eingangs erfragen. Dies sollte bereitgestellt sein! Koffer mussten wir in einer anderen Wohnung abstellen, da bei unserer der Schlüssel fehlte. Am Abend als wir zurückkamen waren unsere Koffer in der richtigen Wohnung und auch ein Schlüssel war vorhanden. In der Wohnung gab es plötzlich drei Zimmer: A,B und C. Wir waren verwundert, da wir eine Privatwohnung mit eigener Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer gebucht hatten. Herausgestellt hat sich, dass wir in einer geteilten Einheit wohnen. Nichts davon wussten wir. Höhepunkt: Für das Zimmer, welches wir per Fotos gesehen haben, hätten wir letztendlich doch 20 Dollar mehr pro Nacht zahlen müssen, OBWOHL gesagt wurde, dass wir es für denselben Preis bekommen. Ich habe Chats als Beweis. Komplett anderes Badezimmer als auf Fotos. Vermieter war unfreundlich und NICHT kooperativ. Wir mussten in ein anderes Zimmer, welches wir noch nie gesehen haben, mit einem viel zu kleinen Bett für zwei Personen und einem insgesamt kleineren Zimmer. 3. Das Allerschlimmste: die Sauberkeit. Das ekelhafteste Apartment, in welchem ich je unterkommen musste.(Bilder angehangen) Flecken auf den Bettlaken und Kissenbezügen, Haare im gesamten Badezimmer, auf dem Boden, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Müll im Badezimmer randvoll. Ekelhaft!!! Definitiv wurde hier nicht geputzt!!!
Nie wieder würde ich hier buchen!!!

- Nikithaa (1/5): Extremely dirty and wouldn't recommend again - Jimmy, unfortunately the room is not upto the standard. The windows don't open and it felt very stuffy due to no natural ventilation. The room is like a small box and it was very suffocating at night. Under the bed, there is also a lot dust which made out stay even more unpleasant. Everything was just so dusty and dirty. There were bugs in the room as well and it was a very uncomfortable experience. It was not cleaned properly and it is just very dirty. Moreover, the shared bathroom is also not maintained well and the floor is always wet because the water spills over from the shower. Due to the above mentioned reasons, we cannot stay another night here. We have already checked out and left the key on the desk. I request you to kindly issue a refund for the entire booking.

- Oliver (9/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit wunderschöner Aussicht - Wir fanden diese Unterkunft großartig, es gab klare Anweisungen wie wir hinein kommen, wir durften sogar schon sehr früh kommen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen nach New York City von dort aus Ich finde es lediglich teuer, aber das gilt mehr allgemein für die USA und New York + Umgebung, verglichen mit Unterkünften in New York City bekommt man hier aber deutlich mehr für weniger.

Confortable and easy to find. - Location is good, being in New Jersey is not Manhattan but there is an easy bus just outiside that takes you to time square and port authority in 20 minutes or less depending on the traffic. is pretty easy to go back and forth, You go via Lincoln tunnel back to Manhattan which is always congested at certain time. The room was good and had plenty of space with good wi-fi. Jimmy was helpful in letting us leave the bag before check in time in our room Not sure, maybe some modernization of the facilities but then again it adds to the character of the place that is typical jersey's home

We booked for two people, just one bed was done, one pillow, one towel that was also dirty. The kitchen is impossible to use unless you want to take some diseas.
The house smell terrible, the bus to arrive costs 5 dollars one way and takes 20 minutes to reach the center of New York. No way of walking because there are tolls on the way.
The owner should have provided the check-in informations by 3pm but we had to contact him in order to have any guide line. No availability from the beggining.
Toilet paper was missing and we had to search for it. We had to take it from other guests.
The fridge is not cleaned from one guest to the other and don't open it because it smells terribly.
We left the house because it was impossible to stay there and we had to book another property. The owner is still actively refusing to give us the money back for the nights we didn't stay and he ghosted us.

- Akshay (7/5): Good for short stays and on budget - The location and the view from the room was good The washroom is too cramped up and the room bunker bed was very difficult to get down. Also there was no heater in the room

El bus para ir a New York pasa al frente de este lugar. Lo que hace que ganes tiempo y optimices el viaje. Además el vecindario es tranquilo y seguro. También hay tiendas cercanas
La habitación cuenta con lo necesario, le colocaría un espejo dentro.
La cama es muy cómoda, las sábanas limpias, tiene un calentador así que es suficiente las mantas.
Tiene Wi-Fi y varios enchufes para los dispositivos
Tiene un armario para guardar tus cosas. La cama tiene una especie de nochero en la cabecera y además una gaveta secreta en la cabecera
Cuenta con un pequeño sistema de sonido lo cual hace agradable la estancia puedes escuchar música si lo conectas al bluetooth.
La cocina cuenta con todos los utensilios bien sea para cocinar algo o para calentar la comida o también una nevera grande para guardar y refrigerar. Tiene una mesa cómoda con sillas para compartir si vas en compañía.
El baño es limpios, agradable, privado con elementos de aseo siempre disponibles.
Las zonas comunes estaban limpias y de fácil acceso.
Además apenas sales de casa tienes una vista del skyline preciosa
La pasé genial fue un viaje inolvidable y por supuesto que cada vez que venga a New York

- Jana (2/5): Not worth it - Wasn’t too far from the city We got there and the apartment had not been cleaned. There were skid marks and a lot of hair in the toilet. The floors had not even been swept, there was no chance taking one’s shoes off. The couch also has all sorts of stains on it. After contacting the owner he promised to send a cleaning crew the following day. They did clean the bathroom somewhat but floors were still dirty and a general sense of uncleanliness lingered. We left that day and rebooked to another hotel and have not heard from the owner since even though we have tried to reach out multiple times.
- Marinna (7/5): Great experience! Price was good for Christmas time in the city. - Loved the location, very handy for heading to Times Square, it being the bus ride away. The bus station is across the street and the same bus drops you home not too far from the house. Bed was a little rickety. Depending on your room you may not have a private bathroom.

il servizio di autobus era buono per spostarsi nella città l'appartamento era molto sporco con capelli e polvere in tutta la camera, ciò mi fa pensare che non sia stato nemmeno pulito prima che arrivassimo.

- Weronika (1/5): Pluskwy i karaluchy! - Jedyny plus tego miejsca to lokalizacja i widok z okna, jednak nie jest to w stanie wynagrodzić całej reszty. Mieszkanie brudne, chyba nigdy nie sprzątane. Po korytarzu biegał karaluch, a w jednym z łóżek w naszym pokoju były pluskwy- jestem cała pogryziona. Właściciele muszą być tego świadomi, ponieważ w przedpokoju stoi trutka na pluskwy, ale albo nie używana albo nie skuteczna.
W kuchni obok przeterminowanego od 2 miesięcy całego spleśniałego ciasta porozstawiane pułapki na myszy. Nie polecam!

- deveugle (8/5): Pour le prix, c'est très bien si on ne veut que dormir et profiter de New York - L'emplacement est très bien, il y a un arrêt de bus en bas qui permet d'aller directement à Manhattan. La propreté était très juste, des poussières et des odeurs pas très agréables.
La literie était plutôt mauvaise.
- NAOYA (9/5): 私にとっては誇張なく充分すぎるホテルで、次回もまた利用したいです。 - 9泊しました。すぐ目の前のバス停（119,123）があり、マンハッタンまで楽に移動できます。119のほうが便利で、123はマンハッタンとの間の停留所が多く若干時間がかかります。
ホテル設備に問題がなく、結果スタッフと顔を合わせる機会がありませんでした。
キッチンで料理できますので時間のある方は良いかと◎
徒歩10分のところに大型スーパー、徒歩4分のところにグロサリーがあり便利です。 部屋の窓が東向きで、ブラインドを閉めても眩しいのでアイマスク必須！
シャワーの水圧が低いです。

Il n'y avait plus de quoi faire un petit déjeuner a notre arrive mais le propriétaire a réagit très rapidement et tout etait très bien le lendemain. Cuisine peu fourni en ustensile . Par exemple: 2 assiette et 3 verres pour une capacité de plus de 5 personnes c'est trop peu. Espace commun peu entretenu c'est dommage.
- Jemima (10/5): Very happy overall - I had a really comfortable stay here for 5 nights. I was is the economy room and it was perfect, I had a view of Manhattan and a desk to study. The bed was also very clean. The room itself could have had a deep clean, dust on skirting boards and things, but it was surface level clean. The kitchen also was great but lacked a few pots/pans/spatulas.

- Robert Paul (8/5): Wer hier bucht, kann nichts falsch machen. - Eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Der Muss zum Times Square hält direkt vor der Tür und wenn es ein Problem gibt, wird sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Der Check-In läuft problemlos und man der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Skyline von Manhattan war traumhaft. An sich war alles gut, das Bad hätte sauberer sein können.

Il est situé dans un endroit calme et juste à côté (30sec à 3min) de différents bus et trains. Pour son prix, et ce qui veulent voyager à moindre frais je recommande c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix à 30min de Manhattan. Attention le bus et autre transport au pied de la résidence ne fait pas partie de la Metrocard ! Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés de communications avec l'hôte, ce qui pourrez être améliorer.

- Liliana Gamboa (9/5): Excelente ubicación y relación precio - calidad - La ubicación del lugar es excelente, queda cerca del transporte (pasando la calle puedes tomar el bus y bajando las escaleras el tren), tiene una vista espectacular de todo Manhatan, la zona es muy segura, tiene alrededor diferentes lugares para visitar, para mercar y poder conocer. Es un espacio privado que cuenta con la habitación, el baño y la sala, todos muy espaciosos y cómodos.
La llegada y la salida fueron bastantes fáciles. Se puede mejorar el aseo.
