1.) The Hotel does not permit loud music at any time. Cabinas Briza Del Mar reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel with no refund, who don't abide by the terms of agreements.
2.) Dogs that are aggressive or barking nonstop will not be permitted.
3.) Visitors are not permitted in the guest's room after 6 pm. Overnight guests will be charged.
4.) The Hotel offers complimentary towels in all rooms, new towels will be given if requested after a 3-day period.
5.) No gatherings or parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
6.) The Hotel is not held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the stay at Cabinas Briza Del Mar.
7.) Guests should ensure that their hotel room doors & windows are properly secure at all times. Cabinas Briza Del Mar cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left or stolen in guest rooms.
8.) The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The parking area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property held there.
9.) Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons with no refund. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other guests.

- CindyCS (4/5): Habitaciones deterioradas - La ubicacion Muy sucias las instalaciones comunes, la habitación en la que me quede tenía el inodoro sucio y por debajo con grieta, en donde salían cucarachas grandes, matamos 5 cucarachas. Constante olor a aguas negras. Las huéspedes de la habitación también sufrieron por las cucarachas y ante la situacion se retiraron.

- Liam (9/5): Lovely relaxed spot with friendly staff - It's a lovely little spot with a communal kitchen in the middle. Located seconds from the beach. For the price compared to other hotels in the area it was fantastic. Rooms had a smart TV so there was some entertainment for when you're hiding from the sun, it's a few minutes from Jaco. Some friendly cats relaxing around in the sun which was lovely. This isn't really a mark against the hotel, but if you're staying here and want to make use of the communal kitchen for some meals, the local shops don't have amazing options. So it would help if you had a car to visit a nearby supermarket. Room cleaning is upon request, which is common in Costa Rica, I just wasn't aware so it took a few days before I asked.

- Chantal (10/5): - Beautiful accommodation just outside Jacó. Our room was very spacious, though a bit simply furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and we had both air conditioning and a fridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are also three pools where you can cool off a bit. The owner is incredibly friendly — it was very quiet during our stay, so he even let us keep our luggage in the room well past checkout time. Thank you so much! We would definitely come back. We ended up with a slightly darker room, but we could have switched if we had wanted to. It really wasn’t a big deal at all — more of a tiny, high‑level remark than anything else.

- Tatjana (7/5): Ganz nett - Nette Pools, die Lage neben einem Supermarkt und ganz nah am Strand. Es sind immer viele Katzen und Hunde da was unserer Tochter sehr gefallen hat. Offene Küche mit allem was man braucht und Kaffee um sonst. Bei dem Einzelbett hat man leider die Federn gefühlt. Hellhörig. Da es scheinbar eins der wenigen Unterkünfte ist, wo Tiere erlaubt sind, waren dort viele Hunde die teilweise auch sehr früh viel gebellt haben. Es fehlten Gartenmöbel bzw. eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer. Fyi: Das Meer ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Cuisine partagée dehors fonctionnelle et agréable. Franchement un super spot. Une épicerie juste à côté, deux restos proches. Des détails de propreté ne méritent pas le prix. Mais l’atout est le confort du lieu et la beauté de l’espace extérieur. Le plus important au final. Le bruit de la route mais franchement j’ai bien dormi.

- Marta (8/5): Very close to the beach. Sunset was beautiful - Place is very close to the beach and we enjoyed sunset walk. There is a parking on site, lady at the front desk was nice. There was a couple screaming on each other next door and we have heard everything. It was not pleasant night.

- Christy (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and affordable spot in Playa Hermosa - This was a wonderful hotel that was comfortable, quiet, and pleasant - and a great price. Easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Clean and adequate room, not luxury but nicer than others I've stayed at in CR. Great pool. Shared kitchen space if you want to cook. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. 5 min ride to Jaco, but in a really nice little town that is the total opposite of everything Jaco is - perfect. Will stay again. Rooms were a little dated but really exactly what I expect in CR. Bathroom/shower was really nice. Great property.

Des petites tables également A deux pas de la plage, avec également des petits commerces a proximité pour faire les courses Personnel très sympathique Le logement était propre et spacieux, des petites maisons très individuelles, certains avec balcon. La douche était bien chaude et avec une bonne pression pour le costa rica ! Très joli lieux Des gentils chats Parking fermé la nuit On s'est senti comme a la maison ! Une literie un poil vieillotte mais rien de catastrophique. Sinon absolument rien a redire

- Pierre (5/5): - Bof... L'accueil sympa... Le park fermé pour mettre la voiture ... Ah oui, le lit était juste correct et il y a une piscine (que l'on a pas utilisée). La vétusté de la "cabina", le mobilier bas de gamme et usé, usé, usé. Le bruit de la route très proche (en plus en descente avec le système de frein moteur très bruyant des gros camions). Lorsqu'il n'y avait pas de bruit de la route, c'est la clim qui a pris le relais. On a du la couper.

- Globalhiker (10/5): Great location and nice grounds - Wonderful location, right by the beach. We loved the grounds- an oper air kitchen , a grill, swimming pool, recliners and pretty palm trees. Nice, relaxing vibe. The room itself was pretty basic and a chair or an extra shelf could be useful. The TV only seemed to offer paid programs, or we didn't discover how to access public programs. But these were minor things for us.

La habitación es sencilla pero suficientemente espaciosa. Buen aseo y espacio de parqueo. La playa del lugar (Playa Hermosa) no es conveniente para nadar, pero se puede disfrutar con la familia en la arena o la orilla. Es una playa ideal para surfistas

Wie haben uns mit den Gästen, Freunde des Gastgebers prima verstande und hatten zusammen paar Abenden gekocht, was getrunken und viel Spaß gehabt! Zu wenig Übernachtungen!
