• Fany (7/5): Buena ubicación pero sin lujo. - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de muchos puntos turísticos y muy próximo de supermercados y tiendas. Uno de los dormitorios es muy pequeño (el de las cuchetas). Algunos enchufes como los de un baño no funcionan. Falta una mesa o escritorio en uno de los dormitorios grandes.
• Esther (6/5): Ruim, centraal gelegen appartement, helaas gebrekkige uitrusting. - Het appartement is ruim en licht. Tegenover stopping mall Aqua en El Corte Ingles. Daarbij zijn ook supermarkten en koffie zaakjes / restaurants. Bus is ook vlakbij en parkeergarage onder het gebouw, de plek zit bij het appartement inbegrepen. Goede bedden. Er is een enorme bouwplaats voor een woontoren direct naast het appartement waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast is. Dit was nergens vermeld. Onvoldoende keuken uitrusting bv heel beperkt aantal glazen, 1 wijnglas, 3 yoghurt schaaltjes terwijl we met 5 waren etc. diverse zaken defect: afstand bediening TV, afzuigkap in badkamer, douche ophangsysteem defect, diverse rolluiken functioneerden niet en konden niet dicht. Het was matig schoon gemaakt.
• José (5/5): - Ausencia o escacez productos limpieza e higiene, como gel de baño, lavavajillas, jabón lavadora, bolsas de basura . Bañera y ducha superincomoda y de difícil acceso y salida .
• CRISTINA MARTON (7/5): - Punctele forte ale acestei caazari sunt: - amplasarea foarte buna fara de mijloacele de transport și față de mallurile din zona - are 2 bai și camerele sunt destul de potrivite că dimensiune, inclusiv livingul e spatios -dulapul generos din una dintre camere - deși apartamentul e dotat cu mașina de spălat vase, nu a fost lăsată nicio pastila pentru aceasta; - pentru 6 persoane cazate 5 nopți a fost lăsată doar o sticluța de 20 ml detergent pentru vase -pentru 3 persoane s-au lăsat doar 2 sticle de 20 de ml de gel de dus/șampon, iar pentru celelalte 3 -3 sticlute -nu s-a lăsat nicio punga de gunoi; - am găsit sare pentru mâncare, dar nimic altceva. Toate cele de mai sus, sunt lucruri mici și ieftine, dar când lipsesc fac diferența, mai ales la o cazare pentru mai multe nopti -mobilierul e vechi și cu urma de uzură -intr-una din camere, cada este inclusa in camera, pentru cei cu mobilitate mai precară este greu de ieșit și de intrat în cadă - sistemul de jacuzzi pare extrem de deteriorat și nici nu cred că ar fi igienic de folosit -cand faci duș, apa iese pe la îmbinările pereților din sticla și se uda pe jos, nu exista mop cu care sa stergi - toaleta (wc) este inclus in camera și este separat cu două uși de parcă ar fi o cămară -sistemul de intrare în bloc cu cheia digitala nu a funcționat, deși am luat legătură cu proprietarul. Pentru noi, fiind doua familii, asta a însemnat că trebuia să ne sincronizam la revenirea în locație - priveliștea e spre un mare șantier în constructie -televizor e doar in living
• Mohammad Hamid (8/5): - Everything was fine. Nice location and apartment by itself is great. Only thing we were bit irritated about was the construction in front of one side of the building which would wake us up at 7am. the two rooms on the other side of the apartment, there no noise.

• Pawel Jedlinski (5/5): Fast perfekt, Wohnung mit einigen Problemzonen - - gut gelegen - alles fußläufig erreichbar - Wasser in Spülbecken, Spülmaschine, Badewanne fließt nicht ab, sammelt sich beim (Ab)Waschen - trotz Kontaktaufnahme keine Reaktion seitens des Vermieters - Bauarbeiten vor dem Haus, Bagger etc. ab ca. 7 Uhr morgens

• Olivier (8/5): Bel appartement bien situé mais trop de bruit de chantier. Dès le matin - L’appartement est confortable et bien situé J’aurais aimé savoir avant de louerqu’il y a un chantier d’ampleur juste en face , nous avons été réveillé tous les matin par les bois de recul et les tractopelles à 6h30! L’interphone qui ne fonctionne pas, nous avons peiné à entrer le premier jour.

• Irma (9/5): - L'emplacement du logement est génial, il y a des supermarchés tout près et des endroits pour manger et boire un verre très proches aussi. Il est bien connecté avec les transports en commun et la cité des Sciences et des Arts est à moins de 10 min à pied.

• Nk (10/5): Gem of an apartment in a great location in Valencia - Great location, within an easy walk of the attraction "City of Arts and Sciences". Old Town is a 15min taxi ride. Lots of good restaurants in the area, including a fabulous Lebanese "La Taula Libanesa". The apartment is lovely, spacious, light-filled and was perfect for our group of 6. NA
