• Silvia (10/5): Uma estadia que levarei na memória! - O apartamento era um encanto. Tudo muito limpo e funcional. Uma pequena cozinha com tudo que precisava. A vista para a torre da Igreja era linda. Com certeza fizeram meus dias em Riga confortáveis e muito agradáveis. Nada.
• Lian (9/5): Excellent value for money, even better location and comfortable apartment with everything you need. - The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the Old Town, so close to everywhere you want to be. Room was also spacious and exceptionally quiet given the location. Excellent value for money! This is not a criticism to the apartment, but the stairs to get to the apartment were very steep and one has to be very careful not to miss a step going down.

Propriétaire absent - Emplacement Il a fait très très froid et nous n avions pas de chauffage Les propriétaires n’ont jamais répondu à nos demandes concernant le chauffage pendant 2j mais nous ont envoyé un message pour la tax de séjour : après ils ont juste dit «  il y a un chauffage d appoint « mais plus aucune réponse malgré nos nombreux messages ! C est vraiment malhonnête de leur part. Le lit est à côté du frigo …sympa pour dormir Attention l appartement est au 5eme étage et l’escalier est très raide. Aussi : douche = inondation Il n y a meme pas de thé ou café à disposition. Le gel douche est douteux, semble être un savon pour les mains

• Dániel (7/5): Ár-értékben nem rossz, ha nem zavar az éjszakai zaj. - Szó szerint az óváros szívében van. Kényelmes ágy. Elég meleg volt a szobában, az ablaknyitással pedig behallatszott a bulizós utszákról a zaj, ugyanis pont a helyi éjszakai élettel teli utcák között van. Aki érzékeny a zajra az elalváshoz, annak javasolom, hogy másik szállást foglaljon, Riga óvárosában sok a bár és pezsgő éjszakai élet van hajnalba nyúlóan. A vasalódeszkát hiányoltam, de vasaló volt.

• Daniel (9/5): Gorgeous flat in the middle of Riga - Beautiful attic studio flat in the centre of Riga, amazing location and lots of natural light It was up 5 floors of steep stairs with no lift. It was fine for us because we’re young but it could be difficult for older people. The shower water drainage was a bit poorly designed, as you had to pay attention to the water all the time to make sure it wasn’t flooding the bathroom
• Jana (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert, wirklich traumhaft! Wenn Riga - dann diese Unterkunft! - Die Lage ist zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt. Der Blick auf dem Fester ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, die Unterkunft selber wird sauber gehalten. Der Vermieter hat alles durchdacht: extra Decken, Rollos auf den Fenstern, Flachbild-TV, schöne Küchenzeile mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, ein großes Bett, die Ausstattung im Bad auch perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf einem hohen Niveau - sehr lieb und freundlich. Uns hat alles gefallen, aber die Unterkunft ist nicht für die älteren Leute oder Kinder, da sie sich im obersten Stock befindet und kann nur über die Treppe erreicht werden. Für und war es kein Problem.

• Umberto Vis (8/5): Atmosfera autentica a basso costo - Posizione fantastica in un piccolo vicolo nel cuore della città vecchia. Monolocale mansardato accogliente e funzionale; impagabile la vista sulla guglia della chiesa di san Pietro direttamente dal letto attraverso il velux. Per me non è stato un problema, però segnalo che ci sono da fare quattro piani con scale decisamente ripide. Io ci sono stato d'inverno ed era tranquillo ma nelle notti primaverili ed estive potrebbe essere rumoroso dato che si trova in una zona ad alta densità di locali.

• Susie-Ann (9/5): - Everything was as described. It's a small studio in the old town. The previous reviews about steep stairs are correct. We didn't have problems climbing them, but we wouldn't recommend for people traveling with huge suitcases or knee/hip issues. The apartment is clean and has the necessary kitchen equipment. Perfect for a short stay.

• Mickael (8/5): Parfait pour visiter Rīga, même si nous n’avons pas eu de chance nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cet établissement. - L’emplacement était parfait, c’est calme et super pour visiter à pied. Un bar à vin juste en dessous où les gens sortent complètement alcoolisé et parle fort surtout le samedi soir. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance, nos voisins étaient Très bruyant et faisaient la fêtes jusqu’à 3h du matin en semaine.

• Ieva (9/5): Perfect location, cute and cozy - The location at the heart of Old Riga was convenient and surprisingly quiet, given how it's the middle of everything. The room was very cute. Maybe the table could be a little less wobbly :)

Есть всё необходимое для не длительного проживания. Удобная система self check-in и check-out. Очень крутая лестница в подъезде. Не хватало Smart TV.

• Natālija (6/5): - Месторасположение- центр Риги, есть кухня. Главный минус - нет парковки. За парковку заплатили 34 евро, это место, для путешествия без машины. Не работал телевизор, требуется ремонт. Отодвинули кровать, так как мешала полка, под кроватью лежал старый журнал, видно не убиралась давно. Не рекомендую.
• Fatih (10/5): Excellent choice right in the middle of the old town - Location is exceptional. Comfortable and wide enough studio flat for 2. Comfortable bed. Stairs to the top floor are challenging but fun. If you are someone who is programmed to complain about it, just don't go for that option. It is an old building after all. I would rate this flat 9.5/10. I think there could be some more stuff in the kitchen, like complimentary coffee, tea, etc. There was some stuff, but a tea for a teapot but there was no teapot. second pillow can be kept in a wardrobe for people who have back/neck problems.
• Alena (4/5): - Sauber und gute Lage Eigentlich keine schlechte Wohnung, leider zu kalt und verraucht. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert (ok, zentrale Heizung, aber mit 3 Grad draußen, eine zusatz Heizung wäre schon angebracht). Im Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht, keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung richtig zu lüften wenn die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Also hat für mich eine schlaflose Nacht bedeutet

Talossa ei ole hissiä!Emme käyttäneet keittiötä ruoanlaittoon. Vedenkeitin ja leivänpaahdin riittivät meille. Astioita oli sopivasti kahdelle. Pyykinpesukone ja hiustenkuivaaja olivat hyvä juttu.

• Jelena (9/5): - Отличное месторасположение, минимальный необходимый набор посуды, деревянный пол, интерьер. Но нужно быть готовыми к тому,что слышна музыка из уличных кафе и разговоры посетителей баров внизу. Нам это не мешало. Очень крутые лестницы и узкие ступени, а апартаменты на 5-ом этаже. Не рекомендую для сеньоров и сеньор серебряного возраста. Моей маме было сложно подниматься и спускаться. И чемоданы неудобно заносить, лифта нет.

• Deborah (8/5): Fijn appartement zeer centraal gelegen. - De lokatie was top, midden in het centrum van Old Town. Prettig appartement met alles voorhanden. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die zo aardig was nog een ventilator neer te zetten vanwege het uitzonderlijk warme weer. Het is op de bovenste verdieping dus een flink aantal trappen. Verder zeer aan te bevelen.

• Riikka (9/5): Good location, comfortable bed but difficult stairs and no free parking. - Very good location in old town Riga. Comfortable bed. We knew that apartment will be in top floor but the stairs were still quite difficult. There was mentioned that parking is available but it was quite far and costed a lot. Tv did not work as it was too old for new channels, there was an old AppleTV working as a ”digibox” but we were not able to find a remote control for it so no tv at all.
• Irene (8/5): Good value for money - Location was excellent and the attic apartment very cosy. It had everything you might need for a short stay. The stairs to the property are VERY steep and short, if you have heavy or bulky luggage, it might not be suitable for you. There is a bit of noise from the surroundings cafes and bars, but very tolerable levels.

• Deborah (10/5): A perfect place to stay for us. - What a fantastic little apartment! It was very warm and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was a breeze. The host sent clear and concise instructions. Even including a video clip showing the entrance.which was really helpful.especially as we checked in late in the evening when it was dark.Also loved that we could hear the church bells at 8am. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Riga again. Nothing not to like.

• Tânia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice, it is actually specious and comfortable. Yes, you do need to walk several stairs but it is completely worth it. Easy check-in and check-out, the bathroom floor is heated which was a great surprise. There is a washing machine if you need one, and the location is just perfect. I recommend this place! I think that a few more utensils for the kitchen to be able to cook more things at the same time would be a good addition.

We were not expecting to be on the top floor and have to do those steep stairs. I don't remember reading that when l booked. Maybe they should make sure that people know about it, not for everyone.

Kitchen equipped with all the basics. We knew the flat was on the top flor but the stairs very CRAZY- very steep and quite narrow, not easy to walk up and down especially with luggage.

Good size room with all comforts and very nice decor. Nice view from the large windows on the rooftop. Quick and easy self check-in with no problems. Beware of the many stairs that are not very easy for those with mobility difficulties to climb!

• Elio (1/5): NO HEATING and noisy location - It was very cold in Riga during our trip and there was NO HEATING in the apartment despite being marked as one of the facilities on their page. It was way too cold so we decided to look for another place to stay and the guests refused us a refund on the basis they offered us a heater at 11pm. There was not enough bedding nor blankets. The apartment is on the top floor of the building so lots of short footed stairs to climb up with your luggage. Also, it's in a busy bar area so it gets very noisy at night, specially during weekends. The bathroom had a funny smell.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Location and communication are perfect. Definitely a good place to stay. The apartment is on the top floor, a bit hard to get there if you have a big heavy luggage.

Equipped kitchen for basic cooking. 5th floor that you need to use stairs. I did not have a problem, but someone with many luggage would maybe mind. Tv cannot be used, channels need to be set (tried but I could not make it). There was a smell coming from the shower pipes sometimes during the day.
