• Marius (1/5): TERRIBLE!!! - Nothing I’m honestly not even sure where to begin, but I will try my best to explain our experience. Checking in was already frustrating from the start, as we could not get the door open to access the key. Once we eventually retrieved the key, the gate tag did not work, and we had to ask a security guard to assist us just to gain access. When we finally entered the property, someone was parked in the designated parking bay we had been instructed to use. We were then told to park elsewhere. The following morning, when we returned to check out, another vehicle had parked us in, despite that area apparently also not being intended for parking, leaving us unable to get out. Once inside the apartment, it looked nothing like the photos advertised. Various furniture pieces had clearly been changed, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The floors were filthy, there were scuff marks throughout the apartment, and the general condition of the unit was extremely disappointing. The kitchen was equally unacceptable. The sponges and dish scrapers provided were so dirty that I would not even consider touching them, let alone using them to wash dishes. The bathroom was no better, as the towels provided were visibly marked and dirty as well. As a result, we made the decision to check out on Friday morning because the condition of the apartment was simply unacceptable. I could also not allow my staff to stay in accommodation of that standard. I understand that we may not receive the deposit back, and I also understand the booking terms. However, I paid a substantial amount for accommodation that was ultimately not used due to the condition of the property upon arrival. I would be extremely hesitant to recommend this establishment to anyone. Unfortunately, this is now the third time I have had a negative experience when booking accommodation through Booking.com, and if something like this happens again, I will seriously reconsider using the platform in future.
• Carla (8/5): A wonderful stay during a wonderful week. - I liked my stay because it was 2 minutes from where I had to be this week, so the location was perfect. The bed, duvet and pillows was nice and I was extremely cozy. The kitchen was nice and all utensils are available. It is a neat little 2 bedroom flat, and a nice place to stay for 5 days. I would suggest that maybe provide a bit of coffee/tea/sugar and milk for the guests, at least for the first night. Also, the Yale lock can't lock the front door from the inside.

• Smit (10/5): Exceptional - Paul and Armand are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great, a little out of the hub but still walking distance and therefore a little more quiet The ladder stair might be problematic for older people, but luckily we are fit fifties so it was fine. The shower was either very hot or very cold, and it was a little difficult to find the right temperature
