• Aleksandr (8/5): Very good - Good location. 6 nights. Easy access with "keys in box", car garage on ground floor and public parking around building. Two balconies, separate bedroom big dining/kitchen. Lift to 3rd floor. Kitchen facilities good, wife used everything. Pizza opposite street, pharmacy 100m away. Bed comfortable, new sheets and soft towels. One negative : periodically strong smell from bathroom . It could be fixed by open windows in the bathroom (thanks to God and architect ) and pouring 2ltrs of water to floor drain to have a water lock in drain pipe.

• Muntean (10/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet. - I loved the apartment, it was well equipped with everything I needed: kitchen, stove, refrigerator and a washing machine, which was very useful to me, as I were on a Jiu Jitsu training camp and I had to wash my Gis. The two balconies gave us enough space to dry up the laundry. The bathroom was very clean and there were no leaks. It was the only bathroom from my trips, where the shower door closed perfectly and water did not leak out. The apartment and bloc were very quiet as well, as are the people from the other apartments and the bloc itself is newly built and very modern and well kept. Keys were unlocked by a cypher code which is sent by the owners via WhatsApp and the key box is at the entrance. I also found the bed and couch to be comfortable and there are enough places to store your goods if you stay longer. While I went there at the middle of August, we rarely had to use the AC because the apartment is cool enough but not cold. The owners were very helpful on the phone and through WhatsApp. I would say it was the best acommodation I've had, newer and cleaner than any hotels I stayed when I saw Sofia or even Bruxelles. If you have a car, it's very easy to reach the city center (use Waze or Google Maps), or otherwise, I found taxis to be quite cheap. The owners are very helpful with the Varna City parking app and how to use it to park on the blue zones from the city Center. While I gave it maximum ratings, there are two aspects that I am compelled to address. The free parking is not guaranteed. There's the free parking in the general area of the apartment, IF it doesn't get occupied before you get there. There are many cars everywhere and you cannot park at the building because the parking spaces belong to the people who live there. If the owners provided paid parking at the premise, I would have happily paid for it just to make sure I had a space to park my car. The street in front and around the building are completely horrible, with potholes and very bad quality, which is of course out of the control of the owners, however the street does become a problem if you drive around repeatedly to find a space to park. I would have loved it if there was a parking space IN the building which belonged to the apartment, as you might conclude if you watch the pictures. Either way, it's a great place to stay and it would have been complete if the parking was provided.
