• Monika (9/5): Guter Platz für Alleinreisende, um sich nach anstrengendem Sightseeing zu erholen. - Tolle Lage und schöne Aussicht, Aufzug vorhanden, hübsche Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, man ist nicht von Frühstückszeiten und Housekeeping abhängig. Die Wohnung ist nur über eine ansteigende Straße oder Treppen erreichbar. Das ist mit Gepäck nicht für jeden machbar.

• ahmad (1/5): Scam! - The location was good They didn't give us the suite we booked, they gave a room on the 5th floor WITHOUT any lift. Then they moved us to another location and the room was extremely small, it barely fit a double bed, the bathroom was outside the room and shared kitchen. They are a scam

The fascilities in the accommodation were great, every thing was clean, the bed was very confortable and the toilet was great. Over all the place was impecable and the facilities in the kitchen area were a welcome bonos to us.

Had a really poor experience with this facility unfortunately as the owner cancelled on us at 17 of the day of arrival (check in was supposed to be at 15) after we reached out to get the information to check in. It put us in the very very uncomfortable situation of having to find a new accommodation last minute and the communication was really poor with the owner refusing to pick up the phone and with messages that were rude and unhelpful.
• Isabel (1/5): NO COGER ESTE ALOJAMIENTO - Nada, NO LO RECOMIENDO Llegamos y nos asignaron un alojamiento completamente distinto al que habíamos reservado: ubicación diferente, habitación en piso compartido y baño no privado. Además, estaba en una de las peores zonas de Lisboa, muy insegura y nada recomendable. El responsable no nos dio ninguna respuesta ni solución, y las fotos enviadas por WhatsApp no correspondían a la realidad. Muy mala gestión y experiencia.

• Pepa (3/5): Decepcionante sorpresa - La ubicación. El propietario no me ha registrado, no me pidió documentación. Simplemente me dijo donde podía conseguir las llaves. Al no ser legal, obviamente genera mucha desconfianza. La habitación que reservé no fue la que me dieron, tampoco estaba en la ubicación que decía la página de Booking. Esperaba que al reservar por esta plataforma tenía unas garantías y no ha sido así.
• Goel (10/5): Great apartment in the centre of Lisbon! - The location is very nice- right next to Rossio Square and easily accessible by the Metro. The views from the balcony are also stunning! The property is on the 5th floor and there is no lift- it wasn’t an issue for me, but I would have liked to know in advance as this is key information.
• Sol (5/5): No recomendable - Había reservado este hospedaje y me lo cambiaron a último momento sin avisarme. Cuando me enviaron los datos de check in, la dirección no coincidía con aquella que yo había reservado. Cómo fue a último momento no me dieron la posibilidad de cancelar y elegir otro hospedaje. Tuve que quedarme en el nuevo alojamiento que me dieron que estaba en una zona horrible de la ciudad y no era lo que yo había reservado en lo absoluto. Además, elegir personal no tuvo la decencia de atenderme el teléfono y explicarme por qué me cambiaron de ubicación. Pésima atención. No recomiendo para nada.

A soli trenta minuti dalla partenza del mio volo aereo ho ricevuto un nuovo indirizzo, diverso da quello indicato in fase di prenotazione, senza alcun preavviso. Solo dopo mia richiesta sono state fornite spiegazioni, circostanza che avrebbe dovuto essere gestita con maggiore tempestività. L’appartamento era in posizione centrale, a circa 200 metri dal Teatro Nacional D Maria II .Gli interni risultavano puliti, ordinati e recentemente ristrutturati, elementi che ho valutato positivamente. La zona, tuttavia, presenta un forte contrasto tra edifici moderni e strutture degradate, con evidenti situazioni di disagio sociale. Pur senza esprimere giudizi sulle persone, questo contesto può generare una percezione di insicurezza per chi non conosce l’area. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato positivo, ma con riserva, soprattutto per la gestione della comunicazione e per il contesto urbano circostante.

• daniel (9/5): beautiful building with balcony right in the heart of Lisboa. - great location & very safe area. close to entire city center with amazing view options and a nice bathtub. room was nice and had good closet space. just be ready to climb over 100 stairs to get there! wish i knew there was a washing machine sooner because the pillows and blanket did not smell so fresh at all. gets a little stuffy up there.

• Regueira (1/5): - En realidad nada fue todo muy sospechoso.En Booking no tienen la dirección cuán logre contactar con alguien me da una dirección que no era la real pues el taxi que me llevaba tenía otra.No solo eso si no que la comunicación era lenta tardaban en contestar.Aun más mi soorpresa el día que viajó a las 6am tengo un mensaje de que no podían alojarme por que tenía filtraciones de agua.A saber cómo era el lugar.Me dijeron que me devuelven por supuesto el pago que demora entre 7 y 12 días.Todo un fraude no reserven ahí .De camino al aeropuerto tuve que reservar otro lugar. Por suerte conseguí pero un trastorno muy fuerte.Mi peor experiencia Nada ya desde el principio
• Aleksandr (8/5): Хорошая квартира, но не в том месте где указано на ксрте - Удобное расположение. Есть оборудованная кухня. Был лифт на 4 этаж, где и была квартира Большая слышимость соседей. Была заявлена кофемашина, но её не было. В первый день не было Wi-Fi. Изначальное местоположение на карте букинга не соответствовало той квартире которую нам дал в худшую сторону.

• Paolo (6/5): Adresse qui change sans en avoir été informé !! - J'ai découvert le jour même, sans qu'aucune explication soit donnée, que l’appartement n’était pas situé à l’adresse indiquée, mais dans un quartier plus éloigné du centre et plutôt mal fréquenté. La rue était sombre, avec des personnes peu rassurantes, surtout le soir. De plus, il se trouve à un étage élevé sans ascenseur, sans que cela ait été clairement précisé à l’avance. Par ailleurs, il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement entier mais d’une chambre avec salle de bain dans un appartement partagé avec d’autres chambres, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué. Les occupants des autres chambres étaient peu respectueux et faisaient beaucoup de bruit le soir, ce qui rendait difficile de dormir. Je n’ai trouvé personne sur place et les informations avant l’arrivée ont été extrêmement succinctes, malgré la complexité liée aux codes d’accès et aux autres indications ; je suis donc très déçu par ce manque total de clarté et de communication. À Lisbonne, désormais, on a de plus en plus l’impression d’être pris pour des pompes à fric !

• Lidia (6/5): Regular - La localización es buena pero el barrio por la noche para dos mujeres no muy confortable. La decoración de la casa. El barrio de noche. Que la habitación estuviese separada del baño cuando no lo ponía en el anuncio de booking. No había espejos de cuerpo entero. El pomo de la puerta de baño se rompió y tuvimos que ducharnos con la puerta abierta por miedo a quedarnos encerradas.

• Natalia (4/5): Błędny adres, inne pokoje na zdjęciach - … Podane zły adres na booking, po przyjeździe na ten adres nikt nie odbiera, a jak się dodzwoniliśmy za którymś razem to kazano nam dzwonić na inny numer, pod kolejnym numerem tez nikt nie odbierał, godzinę staliśmy pod błędnym adresem zanim się dobiliśmy do kogoś. Później podano nam nowy adres i zupełne inne miejcie, więc spaliśmy w innym pokoju a nie w tym co sobie wybraliśmy ze zdjęć. To jakiś żart, takiego adresu nie istniało!!
• Claudia (2/5): - Posizione della casa eccezionale tuttavia la zona non mi è sembrata sicura: in più occasioni ho trovato persone senza fissa dimora all’ingresso del palazzo e una sera le ho viste fumare all’interno dell’androne. Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva e non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato. Solo dopo essere arrivata in camera ho realizzato che l’indirizzo ricevuto via WhatsApp con le indicazioni per il check in non corrispondeva a quello indicato nella prenotazione. La struttura si trova sì non molto distante, ma non è l’indirizzo prenotato, e questo cambio non mi è mai stato comunicato. Me ne sono resa conto da sola, anche perché un’ulteriore sorpresa è stata scoprire che l’appartamento si trova al quinto piano senza ascensore, informazione che avrebbe dovuto essere chiaramente segnalata in anticipo e che ritengo fondamentale, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bagagli.di grandi dimensioni. la camera carina, con finestra. Dal bagno minuscolo, senza nemmeno il gancio dove appendere un asciugamano proveniva un odore sgradevole, che ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole. Segnalo infine che mi è stato chiesto esplicitamente di lasciare una recensione positiva in cambio di un check-in anticipato alle 13 anziché alle 15, come inizialmente comunicato, cosa che considero poco professionale. Nel complesso, l’alloggio non rispecchia la descrizione presente su Booking né le mie aspettative. Mi aspettavo maggiore serietà, trasparenza e un controllo più accurato da parte della piattaforma.

• Monique (10/5): Friendly and helpful host, very clean, very pretty and cosy! - A central, cosy, clean space! The property was very responsive, we needed to do a check in at a very strange hour and Matheus sent me very clear and easy details! There is a very steep staircase but there’s also an elevator to bring heavy bags up, which we really appreciated! Although it’s a shared apartment, the space was clean and room mates were also very considerate with cleaning up after themselves. Our room didn’t have a en suite bathroom, but we had a private bathroom across the hallway designated to us! The location is very central, it’s easy to access by car and for a place as central as this, it was very quiet at night. We will definitely be back, with friends! There’s nothing to dislike personally , but obviously we looked at reviews before booking. I’d say, as a guest house manager myself, some reviews are very inaccurate and unfair. If you don’t want to share a place, book a hotel room or PRIVATE APARTMENT. Otherwise, this is a great stay!

• Carlota (5/5): El precio y el apartamento bien pero la ubicación no, fraudulento - Piso reformado la ubicación que me propone booking y la q me manda el propietario para hacer el check in no es la misma, la calle daba miedo por el tipo de gente que transitaba. el apartamento no coincide con el de las fotos, no tenia un sofá donde sentarse. Tampoco nos dejaron adelantar un poco el check in ni dejar las maletas allí

Felajánlottak egy másikat, ahol már mint kiderült voltak mások, ágynemű, törölköző használt volt, az ajtó nem zárható. Végül mivel csak a második opció maradt, ott szálltunk meg, ami közel sem volt a kifizetett szállás árában 😞

• Caraballo (10/5): Ideal para descansar bien y muy buena ubicación - El apartamento se ve que está reformado de hace poco porque se ve todo muy nuevo, muy limpio y con mucho gusto, no le falta de nada, y la ubicación es perfecta, se descansa de maravilla ya que no llega ruido ni de la calle ni de nada, y en 3 minutos tienes metro, taxi, tren y llegas a una de las plazas principales de Lisboa para moverte a partir de ahí a cualquier sitio interesante fácilmente.

Hable con la persona que escribió y me dijo que el viernes me cambiaba, cosa que no ocurrió. El baño privado estaba fuera de la habitación cosa que no se detalla en el anuncio. La calle era super insegura.

But my bedroom was separate from my bathroom 🚻 😒 They booked me into a different location from what I had paid for and then they made excuses about the location. I wasted 3 hours of my time because of all the messing around 😒 Im not happy with all these challenges they cause me.

Após uma breve conversa com o locatário, fomos realocados para outro quarto no 5º andar, sem elevador não havia água quente e o aquecedor não funcionava. Tive que novamente conversar com o locatário novamente que arranjou um quarto localizado em um morro, em um bairro perigoso, o que nos deixou inseguros. O quarto era muito pequeno para duas pessoas. Apesar de ter cozinha completa e máquina de lavar, o espaço era dividido com outro quarto, sem privacidade: os quartos são colados e dava para escutar tudo o que o vizinho conversava.O atendimento foi ruim, com funcionários pouco prestativos.Pelo preço cobrado, a experiência foi péssima. Não recomendo.

• Nadia (1/5): Nie polecam. - Nic. Cieszę się że zarezerwowałam tutaj tylko jedną noc a nie dłuższy pobyt. Totalna porażka. Zarezerwowałam apartment który jest przedstawiony na zdjęciach. Po przyjeździe do Lisbony skierowane mnie do innego apartamentu na niebezpiecznej uluczce z wspólną jadalnią, miałam się zamykać na klucz, bo w apartamencie znajdował się jeszcze jeden pokój na klucz ( wspomnę że rezerwowałam prywatny apartament z prywatną łazienką i kuchnią jak w ogłoszeniu). Apartament znajdował się w innej lokalizacji nie pod tym adresem co wskazane w ogłoszeniu. Mało tego - pełny kosz śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach, brak kubków (1 kubek do kawy i 1 szklany do napoju) brak wszystkiego! Nawet herbaty się nie napiłam, po nocowaniu uciekłam jak najszybciej stamtąd.
• Paulina (1/5): Es un fraude - Absolutamente nada, este alojamiento es un fraude, 1,30 ahora antes del check in me dicen que la dirección era distinta a la que reservé, me alojaron en un edificio horrible, en construcción, una calle muy insegura, la limpieza horrible, se supone arrendé una habitación privada y mi baño estaba usado, con materia fecal y cabello. El aire acondicionado pitaba toda la noche y estaba roto, la humedad era insufrible. Los encargados ignoraron todos mis mensajes y nunca respondieron por el fraude que hicieron. Por favor no reserven este alojamiento, te pondrán en dónde ellos quieran y después no responden los mensajes. Fue una pesadilla de principio a fin. Todo el alojamiento es horrible. La ubicación asquerosa, el edoficio horrible, la limpieza horrible, no cumplen con las condiciones que la plataforma ofrece, en vuanto al personal son unos descarados y estafadores. Todavía estoy disputando la devolución de mi dinero, porque este alojamiento no merece ni 10 pesos. Por favor no see alojen aquí!!! Fue una pesadilla de principio a fin.

My reservation was at Rua dos Sapateiros, Santa Maria Maior, 1100-578 Lisbon, Portugal. The persons in charge informed me this the night before: "...due to an issue at the property at the last minute, a bunch of reservations had to be canceled and some had to be relocated. They kept the ones that were the longest period. Including yours." The new location was in an uphill location not easy to reach and far from my original reservation. It was quite smaller, it did not have a living room, it did not have the home appliances shown in the other apartment, and most importantly the assigned room did not have a bathroom as my reservation says and what I paid for. I would have to pass through the kitchen and the small dining area to access the shower and bathroom that is in the corridor. When I asked for a place similar to my reservation, they said: "It is not my responsibility. I’m only in charge to guide guests through the check in process. From now on, you should reach out to Booking." Unveliebable...
