But what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, whether at check-in, housekeeping, or the front desk. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended.

• Andrea (1/5): Pesima - Ni lo sé porque no llegué a pisar la habitación Llegamos y nos dijeron que las habitaciones estsban completas y tuvimos que buscarnos otro hotel a las 3 de la mañana, habiamos enviado un mensaje avisando que llegaríamos a esa hora y nos contestaron que sin problemas, al llegar había una persona durmiendo en un sofá de la recepción y sin saber hablar inglés, con el traductor del movil nos dijo que todo estaba completo, le enseñamos la reserva e incluso la vimos en su ordenador así que la tenían registrada

• Christelle (8/5): Un peu éloigné - Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Je leur ai confié une petite mission après mon départ , de remettre un coli a une amie qui passe a l hôtel. Ce qui a été fait avec succès !!! Pas de frigo dans la chambre, pour un séjour d une semaine c est appréciable... Pas de ménage de chambre non plus L emplacement n étais pas terribles pas grand chose autour. Il y avait une petite place avec des tables et chaises installés pour boire un verre et je ne sais pas pourquoi les locaux n ont pas voulu me servir alors qu il y avait plein de monde Installé du coup a chaque fois que je voulais un café le matin , j étais obligé de prendre un taxi pour me rapprocher du centre ville.
