Neil (10/5): Great apartment for exploring the city! - The apartment is situated in a really good area. Only a quick walk into the centre, really close to nightlife like NQ64, Howl, Santiago (all great bars) and close to transport links. The apartment itself has everything you would need for a stay; spacious with a good bathroom, kitchen and a single, double and sofa bed. Would definitely stay again.

Emma (1/5): Horrible - How close it was located to the town and amenities. The property is nothing like it’s advertised. It’s like dingy a university hall with semi-decent interior in the rooms to make up for the fact that it’s actually horrible. The property was freezing and we had no running water for most of the stay and the team didn’t bother to send out an engineer to rectify the issue. The water went freezing cold right in the middle of me bathing my very young child. To make matters worse they tried to charge me £90 for a strawberry stain in their white tablecloth which is ridiculous. I had to request a chargeback for the entire stay as not only was the property horrific the customer service was just as bad. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!
Susan (8/5): Central location, easy access to City Center, but somewhat difficult to navigate. - The flat was very nice, kitchen had working appliances and bathroom was spacious. I really appreciated the help on the phone by Orchid personnel. It was almost impossible to get into the building, which on first impression looked abandoned with a lot of trash lying around. Perhaps I am coming at this with US standards, for which I apologize. It would also have been nice to have someone available on the premises to help orient us in a very confusing building, with multiple staircases, difficult to maneuver for those with mobility issues and multiple big suitcases.
