Marjukka (8/5): We were happy. - Good location. We booked two rooms and the Larger room was very spacious. We booked two rooms. One of them was Large with balcony and the other one was a bit smaller, no balcony and the small room had quite hard bed. Larger room had nice and comfortable bed.

Yann (7/5): Bonne chambre à louer sans réception - - le quartier est un peu plus calme que le centre - la déco est assez joli - la petite dame qui nous accueille est mignonne - bonne communication avec la gerante (whatsapp) Attention, il ne s’agit pas d’un veritable hotel mais plutot d’une chambre à louer avec self check-in et clé dans une boite. Pas reception ni de personnel sur place Les photos sont plutot flatteuses par rapport à la réalité.

Paul (9/5): Charming tumbly honest home in a great location surrounded by great cafes and restaurants in walking distance to sights. - I don’t like modern high rise hotels much prefer properties with character and this place has it in spades. Charming a little tumble down place. Our room was large and spacious with a kitchen, big shower room all very clean. I thought it charming and full of character. Not luxurious but honest and good value.

Thảo (2/5): - Vị trí - Phải tự mình mang vali lên chứ không có ai hỗ trợ khách ngày đầu tiên. Số phòng cũng không được báo trước. - Toilet cực kỳ nhiều muỗi. Thuốc xịt muổi cũng không diệt hết được. Không có sẳn dầu gội và sữa tắm. - 2,3 ngày mới dọn rác 1 lần. Tùy thuộc vào người giúp việc có làm ngày đó hay không. Được hướng dẫn là nếu rác đầy thì bỏ ra ngoài hành lang và họ cho sẳn bọc rác để tự thay. - Phòng không có chốt bên trong. -Phòng bếp không có gia vị, thiết bị cần thiết phải hỏi xin ( nhưng cũng phải chờ người giúp việc tới mới có) hoặc được hướng dẫn tự sang phòng khác lấy. - Không gian vắng lặng, cảm thấy bất an. - Đang có thợ sửa chữa các phòng ở tầng một, bụi nhiều nhưng không được thông báo tiếng nào.

More attention to detail is required - we were checked in to the wrong room at first. A hanger was dangling from the hole in the ceiling of one room. Another room had only one clean towel, and a dirty towel was left hanging in the bedroom.

Peng Jhen (1/5): - No yet The fridge gave off a foul smell, there were some unknown person’s underwear in the bathroom, and ants 🐜 on the bed. The whole place was very dirty, which triggered my allergies. There were also some unidentified “exorcism” items placed in the bathroom and bedroom, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Although the landlord offered a 30% discount, I told him I would pay 50% and cover the cleaning fee. But honestly, the place was extremely filthy.

Andrew (9/5): Spacious local apartment - great value - A modern studio apartment in the middle of Saigon, nothing fancy but with everything needed for a short stay. An amazing value given the size and location, with trendy cafes and restaurants around, no tourists. The owner and cleaners are friendly and polite, but not present onsite. Better suited for Vietnamese speakers already familiar with the city than for first-time visitors. Arrival is a little confusing - better instructions could have been provided.

Ceren (8/5): Charming Local Spot with Room for Improvement - A great alternative to staying in District 1 — less touristy, calm, and located in a refined neighborhood. The hotel itself is centrally located, and just around the corner you’ll find Little Hanoi, where the egg coffee is truly worth trying. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the owner was especially kind and genuine. I really liked the energy and atmosphere of the room — it had everything I needed. However, there are a few areas that could be improved in terms of cleanliness. There were quite a few cobwebs and some stains on the walls. I was also a bit surprised by the toilet brush being left out in the open, and the kitchen trash bin looked quite old and dirty. That said, I didn’t experience any major hygiene issues during my stay. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I’d consider staying here again.

The furniture is lovely, matching with the whole vibes The bed is really comfortable - There are many clutters (empty/ half full bottles in the fridge or plastic bag under the sofa) and clothes that belong to someone else I dont know in the room. I think it’s crucial not to leave any personal belongings of any previous guests in the room, which questions the property’s cleanliness. - the communication with the host is extremely challenging (no clear instruction, inexact information or really slow response time). From getting information of the laundry to borrowing an iron, nothing worked smoothly. This had tremendously impacted our stay in general and made it really uncomfortable. - the toilet is giving out really bad odour, this probably comes from the drainage system

Truc (6/5): Pleasant - I sent them a message in advance informing them I would check in at 10pm. At 10pm I arrived there but couldn’t find the reception. I called the numbers provided more than 10 times but couldn’t get through. After 30mins of waiting in vain I finally gave up and found another place to stay. A3aaan (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the double room with balcony for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless and at a good location. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The apartment is located in a beautiful villa (with also some small businesses on another floor), is really spacious, and has high-quality finishings. (Including very nice wooden flooring!) The bed is quite hard, but comfy enough and a full king-size! AC does the job quietly, and an extra fan is available. The kitchen is small with some amenities, but enough for making a simple breakfast or lunch. Co.op mart within a 10 mins walk and some simple but also very good restaurants nearby. (Pizza 4P Hai Ba Trung is very recommendable). The apartment got an extra cleaning after 3 nights. But the best part of it was the excellent service provided by the staff. No question (through Whatsapp and/or google translate) seemed too much, and every effort was taken to make us feel at home. It's a lovely, spacious, spotless apartment with excellent service. So a very recommendable place to stay! It was not a problem for us so, but be advised that you'll have to walk some stairs. Staff were very helpful with our suitcases and brought them to our room 😀.
