• Thomas (1/5): Das gehr gar nicht. - Die Wohnung war eine Baustelle. Ich konnte dort nicht übernachten. Den Gastgeber hat es nicht intetessiert. Ohne Unterkunft musste ich früher zurückreisen.

• Julia (1/5): Es wurde am Montag, dem 23.6, versucht einzubrechen. Es wurde in den Hausflur gepinkelt, es gab kein Warmwasser, keine K - Alles, die Unterkunft ist nicht geeignet!

• Olena (1/5): - Наше проживание в этом апартаменте не состоялось, мы вынуждены были резервировать другое жилье. Нам долго не высылали информацию о заселении, потом выслали информацию о совершенно другом объекте за городом, мы не согласились на проживание там. Тогда нам скинули видео для поселения по адресу первоначальному, но и когда мы туда приехали оказалось, что видео не соответствует действительности, нам долго морочили голову, в итоге сказали, что апартаментов свободных нет и мы должны аннулировать резервацию. Рядом с нами стояли две девочки у которых была резервация на этот же апартамент.
• Marion (5/5): Okay für kurzen Aufenthalt. Wer Multikulti statt schicke Altstadt mag, wird sich wohlfühlen. - Lage in einem internationalen, normalen Wohnviertel. Einfach z.B. türkisch frühstücken zu gehen. Wohnung nach hinten raus und dadurch erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Mein Wunsch nach duftstofffreier Bettwäsche wurde erfüllt! Super. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und Hbf. Da ich kein Whatsapp nutze, war der Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe etwas komplizierter, konnte aber per Anruf und dann vor Ort durch eine Kontaktperson im Handyladen nebenan gelöst werden. Nach Ladenschluss klappt sowas nicht. Ich habe keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl ich das vor der Anreise und mehrfach anschließend schriftlich und telefonisch mit der Bitte um Sendung per E-Mail angefordert habe. Nicht gut für Geschäftsreisen. Die Kopfkissen sind zu dick und die Matratze recht weich (passt vielleicht für andere gut).

• Mourning (2/5): I became ill because the place was infested with heavy smoke. - There was no a/c as clearly stayed on the info. The place smelled of smoke for 48 hours I had to clean and spray all of the walls. The host refused to bring me cleaning supplies.
• Nikel (10/5): Went with my partner and we surprised how close to the actual city it is. 15. Minutes walk, you’re at the train station, - Comfortable bed, plenty of utensils in the kitchen + cups all in all, a well kept apartment Only a few ants/bugs in the kitchen but didn’t bother me much.

• Rostislav (1/5): there was no hot water - the water heater did not work, it was impossible to wash. it was also cold as the heating was not working. additionally , the hair dryer blew only cold. dirty in the bathroom, cobwebs fell on my head
• Sebastian (1/5): DO NOT STAY, Ugly, not working facilities - not so much, but location is good - when I arrived the apartment was not ready yet, OK as it was still before the offered time for Check-in but as I called twice in advance and it was said it is OK somehow annoying. - Calling was not really good to understand (German nor English). - when I arrived Internet was not working at all and a guy came to fix it within 10 minutes but came back after 1 hour. worked than. - during my stay the water was always cold and did not heated up. Taking a shower after and before 7 hours in train was not a good experience ... - many furnitures are broken or have visible marks. It does not look nice at all. I got 15% discount on my stay but for the rest 85% I would have preferred to stay somewhere else. In general, I would not recommand to stay!

• Imre (5/5): A well located apartment. - Location is great, there is a tram stop practically on the doorstep. View shows a cozy courtyard that looks stunning under snow. All necessary facilities are provided. A very modern looking apartment in Castle City Nuremburg. The insulation was lacking, both sound isolation and thermal insulation. The property seems to quickly lose heat and is frequently either too hot from heating or too cold when not heating. Maybe I just can't figure out the thermostat, though the boiler does feel quite out of date. Towels provided are quite small so I recommend bringing your own as well.
