Quizás están haciendo reparaciones en algún departamento así que se escuchaban risas y golpes . No vi a ninguna persona es todo por aplicación y celular . El problema es si se queda sin batería el teléfono no hay forma de entrar. El portón de ingreso estuvo los tres días abierto no funcionaba . Se ha despersonalizado el servicio Todo

• Jean (8/5): Un endroit bien. Système pour accès compliqué et attention disponibilité eau chaude limitée. - Extrêmement propre. N'ayant pas de service de réception, on doit installer une application pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes. Celle-ci s'étant installée automatiquement dans ma langue maternelle (français). Elle n'avait pas intégré les informations spécifiques pour l'appartement en question. Après plusieurs échanges WhatsApp (réponse rapide) pas de solution. Finalement réglé lorsque par hasard j'ai changé la langue (en espagnol) dans l'appli. Alors les informations spécifiques sont apparues! Finalement difficile et stressant pour rien. Lors de la réservation (sur Booking), on ne mentionne pas que la disponibilité de l'eau chaude est très limitée. Une seule courte douche par personne par jour. Honnêtement, je n'ai jamais réservé un endroit de ce niveau avec des limitations d'eau chaude!

• Maria Isabel (10/5): - Lo central, lo limpio. Chiquito pero muy lindo depto !!!! Bien completo y las fotos tal cual aparecen, muy agradable, nuevo impecable. Y muy importante exelente ropa de cama y toallas. Tiene estacionamiento. Lo recomiendo y volveré!!!! Que no haya donde recurrir después del horario de atención telefónica 17hrs, ya que no hay conserjería en el lugar, nadie dice cual es el estacionamiento, es todo auto gestion desde el teléfono, en caso de quedar sin, por falta de batería o robo etc.... simplemente quedaste afuera!!!!! eso me hizo ruido. Por ejemplo, el portón de fierro de acceso al estacionamiento, después de volver de la cena estaba cerrado y control no funcionaba y no había a quién consultar nada!!!!! Todo es solucionable si existiera un canal de comunicación o conserjería.

• Stephen (7/5): This was a great place to stay, but a few simple changes would make it even better. - Great location, close to markets, restaurants, and the waterfront. Modern and spotlessly clean. Daily room service was a nice surprise. Highly secure, and once set up, the app was very easy to use to unlock doors. Making the arrangements was not as easy as it should be. As a foreigner, I could only pay using PayPal, not a credit card. Could not pay when making the reservation, only during a 24 hour window a week before I arrived, or the reservation would be cancelled. Had difficulties getting the app registered and linked, but once done, it worked well. Not enough dishes for 5 or 6 people, and no cooking basics like seasoning, cooking oil, etc. Remote control for parking access barely works.

• Bernarditaleria (5/5): Apartment itself was ok, clean & good location but the whole rest of process took many points away - Location is great, place itself is ok. Room, bathroom and small kitchen with basics. Everything was clean and the location and building were safe. The booking, paying and check-in process leaves lots of room for improvement. In the description of their place on Booking they say the whole process of booking and check-in is online and they don't have anyone on-site. What they don't say is that they are gonna ask for your private information (and a copy of your ID) through WHATSAPP. I don't have a problem with things done online, but minimum they can do is offer a professional, data secure software for booking, payment and data storage, ensuring your private data won't be leaked or used for any other purposes. What I didn't like particularly is that when they first contacted me and started asking me for the information (which looked a bit scamy at first tbh) I raised my worries about sending all that info through whatsapp and unfortunately, the only answer I got what of the style "well, that's how we do it" (the booking didn't have a cancellation option). Once everything is already paid, you have to download an APP to be able to enter the building and apartment. Once we got there, there actually was someone on the front desk which left us (?), why going through all that then? Again, the apartment itself was totally ok but the customer service has lots of room for improvement.

The location is good as it's next to the city center, bridge, botanical garden on walk distance, etc. Having a parking was very practical as there's nowhere to park the car in the city center. Best feature: it was spotless clean. Our congrats to the cleaning team. The check in was a bit tricky as we received the information on last notice and you are not able to get in, even 20 minutes before schedule. This is very unpractical if you are arriving early as getting in and out is controlled by an App, which is practical but after you are already in. Specially for foreigners it is tricky to get in if you don't have internet connection (there's wifi on site but of course you get the information after you are in).

The kitchen was equipped with basic appliances and utensils for short stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It will be good to provide some basic ingredients like oil, salt and pepper for making simple meals like cooking eggs for breakfast. I could use more hangers for clothes and jackets. An umbrella in the suite for guests on rainy days.

Other than that quite decent. - Ultra modern building Tasteful decor and well furnished apartment well located close to supermarket and town center and excellent WiFi The app based key less entry with a predominantly rated 1 star diabolical app reduced the review score to a 7 from a 10. As a software engineer I found the install and use counterintuitive. For an elderly non technical person this would be a nightmare. Other than that the apartment was a bit cramped and the seating for meals uncomfortable.

• Norma (10/5): Clean and comfortable hotel with a kitchenette and ample room throughout. I would recommend it. - We liked this comfortable, roomy, and clean hotel. The kitchenette was a plus and I was glad that I had made reservations that included the kitchenette. Again, this is another hotel where check-in is done via the Internet and/or App. This app was easy to download and it worked well. We had a problem with the WiFi in our room that couldn't be fixed quickly so they moved us into a different one down the hall. I enjoy chatting with the local staff at hotels. They usually give and provide you with some useful local recommendations for dinner and what to see in the area. Because we had downloaded the app, the entire stay we connected via my WhatsApp number. Other information was available on the App.
