• Kenisha (8/5): Conveniently located close to downtown, comfortable with plenty of room! Will definitely be a returning guest. - Location, very comfortable. With such a high cleaning fee as a guest they expected a lot of cleaning from me before I left. And also things such as coffee and ice maker should be cleaned and free of mold. Tub had hair and dirt in it. Wash machine should have been cleaned as well
• Richard (8/5): Our needs were met. - It was quiet in the evenings, air.conditioned rooms. Location was ideal for what we needed and used ubers. Perhaps a bit more about distances to places in the information pack would have been useful, I.e to armature works, raymond James stadium and how to use the coffee machine. As we were overseas visitors these small things would have been useful

• Robin (10/5): Great location and quiet neighborhood - I loved the location. It was not in the busiest area however it was easy to get to the downtown area. The house was perfect and had everything we needed There wasn’t anything I didn’t like it was perfect
• Sandy (9/5): Superb - It was a very nice stay. Parking was not great. Water takes a long time to get hot. And you should empty a cupboard for your guests to store food.

• Ying (9/5): Nicely renovated old house in a quiet neighborhood - Very modern deco, nicely renovated old house. Location was excellent, very quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped with necessary utensils, all kinds of pans and pots. The kid's room was fun with stuffed animals and board games. Very thoughtful landlords, very easy to reach too! The beds were way too soft and creaky. Most of major appliances such as the washer, dryer and dishwasher made huge noises--kept us awake at night. Although there are two bathrooms, there's only one shower place--not very convenient for two families. Remember to pack some laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry!
• Cheryl (9/5): For a cozy, comfortable stay while in Tampa, I recommend the property at 414 E. Lambright! - Breakfast: N/A. Good location of the property, which was 414 E. Lambright. There was driveway parking (off the street), so that was great. The house was clean except for one of the beds. Very smartly decorated and fun! This is a very old house, so there were some problems with uneven floors, tall porch steps with no railing, small kitchen with limited storage, master bedroom mattress was pretty worn out. But it was quite comfortable overall and the a/c worked well (VERY IMPORTANT!). We really enjoyed our stay. The mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced. It has a large "wallered out" area on one side and little support.
• Sundra (9/5): Superb - As pictured. This property was in a good location. It was close to everything we planned on doing. Loved the outside. The beds are comfortable. Also everything was available for us during our stay. Including beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag,(which came in handy). They had games, even some strollers (we didn't need or use) but its available. Just about anything you needed that you may have forgot to pack was there. I really enjoyed our stay. The stairs to the front entrance was a bit of an obstacle. But easy to manage after a few times of using them. The floors throughout the home was unleveled (not a real issue, we just all noticed). Overall was a great stay. I would definitely book again
