• Khalid (10/5): - Der Empfang war hervorragend, und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum, und das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, und ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Besonderen Dank an Frau Nevin für ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit.

• Katja (10/5): - The location was perfect, just what I wanted, in the middle of the Downtown where you can experience real Egyptian rhythm of life and where you are at the same time close to the sights in Cairo. Staff was also wonderful and the place was clean. I will definitely return to the same hotel, if I visit Cairo again. All was ok.

• Paola (6/5): Soggiorno nel complesso positivo grazie alla posizione centralissima a Talaat Harb, circondata da negozi e servizi e com - • Posizione centrale, circondata da molti negozi e servizi. • Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile, come spesso accade in Egitto. • La stanza nel complesso era abbastanza pulita. • Dopo due giorni ci hanno cambiato materassi, lenzuola e asciugamani. • La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo (va però richiesta al mattino alla reception). • Distanza abbastanza comoda dagli aeroporti: circa 40 minuti dall’aeroporto di Sphinx e 20 minuti dall’aeroporto internazionale del Cairo. • L’hotel si trova al quinto piano e l’ascensore non sembra proprio a norma o molto moderno. • Ai piani inferiori ci sono altri negozi e attività che non hanno nulla a che fare con l’hotel, il che può creare un po’ di confusione. • Le lenzuola inizialmente non erano molto pulite. • La mia stanza aveva la finestra sulla strada e la sera, fino alle 3 circa, si sentono molti rumori e clacson tipici del traffico del Cairo. • Lo staff parla poco inglese: conviene avere un traduttore con la lingua araba sul telefono.

• ELEFTHERIA (5/5): Mismanagement and Lack of Transparency - We chose this property for its location and because it suited our group of eight staying in three rooms. The rooms were decent for a short stay. Communication was poor from the start. Messages were often ignored, and replies were incomplete. On arrival, none of the staff spoke English, which made everything more difficult. Before our trip, I confirmed that we could pay in euros. However, when we arrived at 4:00 a.m., we were asked to pay 20 EUR more than the confirmed Booking.com price. After almost one hour of phone negotiation with the owner, the extra charge was reduced to 10 EUR above the confirmed booking price. We paid at 5:30 a.m., under pressure and exhaustion. Eight people were left awake and stressed in the middle of the night, despite needing to wake up at 7:00 a.m. for a scheduled tour. We effectively lost one of our two booked nights. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. The area also did not feel safe, especially at night. We cannot recommend this property.

• Costas (9/5): Extra value for money for a short stay. - the breakfast is a typical Egyptian and it was tasty. The room was very clean but not comfortable. The bathroom was above my expectations. The staff was very friendly and was trying to do everything for what I asked for. They don't speak English just a few words.The hotel is very difficult to find it because it is on the fourth floor of an old building. They never answered my message but they where waiting for me because I arrived 0400 am.

• Sumi (5/5): Nice rooms but wouldn’t stay again as lacked some basic facilities - The fact that it was clean, tidy in a good location. The staff who cleaned, gave breakfast and provided the basic help were very nice and tried their best to help. Always smiling and doing their best. We appreciated there was a language barrier and felt they tried to be helpful in communicating with us. Wi-Fi was good Though the property looked nice and clean, it lacked basic amenities and facilities. We had to request hand towels and handwashing soap for the two rooms we booked. It wasn’t clear that the actual hotel is on the 4th floor, no signs or person to greet people. No drinking water was available. Breakfast was okay but very limited choice (same each day mostly). Noisy at night, could hear lots of voices. Shower doors hard to close/open due to being close to toilet seat. Locals told to s how it was overpriced and were surprised we paid what we did for the accommodation. Though the cleaning staff etc were lovely, the manager/senior staff were not very friendly.the pillows were very thick and not comfortable to sleep on but bed was fine. Just two small towels as main towels. Shower was weak. Surprised there was no safe in rooms so ended up having to carry passports and cash every time we went out.

• Su (4/5): Not for me! - The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was outdated, too much traffic noise, you had to get into a dodgy lift to get to reception, reception was a guy, who was also the concierge and his young son was helping him. You can smell smoking in the building.

I would not recommend this hotel. - The only positive is the location otherwise I would not recommend this hotel Majority of the staff that works in the desk does not speak English. The hallway is very noisy, so we did not get any sleep during our stay. The room was not clean, there was hair and dust in the bathroom when we arrived. Some towels had old stains.

I highly recommend the hotel for it placement and services The internet was a little bit slow, the breakfast was in a small quantity but clean and very tasty ( Egyptian food .
• Xuan (8/5): Excellent clean new comfortable hotel in the central business district - In the centre of Tahrir tourist business street, you have every kind of commodities/services within minutes' walk from hotel door; rooms were newly renovated, modern, spacious and very clean; Staffs are very helpful. You should tell them clearly what you need and they always fullfil the request with a smile. Breakfast is provided rather late, always after 8:00-8:30am, maybe because of Ramadan; and very basic, so you should not expect much about breakfast.

• Stupig (6/5): I tell what I have experienced - Great location at the center of Tahrir area, room looks modern. Room looks smaller than what they claim 35m², it's looks approximately 15m² only as just enough for a queen bed and some more space and a regular size bathroom. They just provided only one towel and we have to ask for the second one, towels looks dirty as shown in picture, the colour turned grey and yellow! No blanket provide when I check in and I have to ask for it at receptionist too, even it is winter! Very limited and basic Arabic breakfast and served after 8.30 am very morning even we ordered from 7.30am, poor internet. I made 2 booking for 3 nights, accordingly I have to pay USD 86.40+ USD 43.20, but once check in, they ask to pay USD 150 for 3 Nights as shown in receipt. After two days I am staying, I asked for a room cleaning and towels change, but the reception lady ask me to make a good rate and review for the completed of first booking as a deal to clean the room, Omg! May be this is why I came to this hotel!
