• Sheldon (3/5): Worthwhile and lovely place to stay! You should be sure to rent a car and enjoy the luxury that Luquillo has to offer wi - Spacious, great value, two full bathrooms, and a lovely view! The pool table is unfortunately impossible to use but the view from that area more than made up for that!
• Priti (5/5): - Host communication was good. Place was not clean. There was dirt on the floor. The outdoor pool table is worn out, not like in pics. No dish soap, any other basic nessecities. It ok to spend a night.
• Tamas (9/5): Superb - I liked the location, the house was spacious, washing machine and dryer was a very nice plus as well as the backyard patio.

• Susan (5/5): Nice accommodations except for the noisy neighbors. - The property itself was nice. The neighbors. They kept us up half the night playing loud music and singing. It was a Friday night so maybe this a typical party night??
• Jenn (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here with my kids for our family vacation! It was a perfect spot for us. We felt safe and enjoyed having our own quiet refuge. The home was great - very clean, spacious, and lots of attention to every detail! The hosts had put out helpful signs making it super easy to feel comfortable using things like the stove and appliances. The hosts were very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The shower was especially nice and relaxing, and we loved the enclosed back patio with hammock and the pool table.
• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Great to have a whole apartment and your own cooking facilities. Supermarket is walking distance. Well decorated comfortable place. I wasn't on roaming and the manager wouldn't give me the lockbox combination before check-in. I showed up early and luckily someone was there. There were no tea towels, could use more glasses.

They only beds are to low.

• Nina (4/5): Would NOT return or recommend - The initial text we got from the host was a bit weird. It wasn't welcoming us to the home, but instead warning us that if we used the 3rd room in the villa we would be charged more money. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was hair everywhere, shower glass clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, visible mold and grossness in the toilet, floor was stained and looked dirty. I communicated this to the host while we were on the property and they just made excuses. The correct wifi username and password was not provided in the unit we texted asking for the wifi details, but they didn't get back to use until we checked out. Beds felt like a trampoline. Would definitely not stay again nor recommend to anyone.
• Kayla (7/5): Clean enough and looks nice/spacious place with great location! - Great location and decorated nicely. Easy access and great communication with owner. Nice that they have beach chairs and cooler to borrow and kitchen. Also laundry facilities were great! Not very comfortable beds, chairs or couch. Looks nice tho. Need to bring your own toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and kitchen trash bags.

• Kaweah (9/5): Very nice stay in a cute beach town! - This property is very nice with lots of amenities! It was a short drive to the beach and a lot cheaper than any other places in the area. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the house as well as the amenities it offered and it’s location!

• Juan (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE, COCKROACHES AND AWFUL HOSTS - DO NOT STAY HERE. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This place is infested with cockroaches. We paid for our stay through Booking and the day of arrival the host reached out to us asking for our credit card info to pay through a strange app. We reluctantly gave it to him as it was too late to find another place. He then tells us the app isn’t working and to send the money through PayPal in order to give us the entry code. We complied. As soon as he gave us the code and we went inside, it smelled like chemicals. We quickly found out it was because they were trying to get rid of all of the ROACHES that roam through the home. The were in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathroom, even in our BED. One of them even landed in my wife’s hair. We contacted the host and asked to cancel. They host immediately replied that unfortunately a cancellation and refund will not be possible. We explained the roach situation and sent photos. He replied by saying that every home in Puerto Rico has roaches and it’s our fault for arriving at night time which is when roaches are active (what???) We left the home and went to a nearby Marriot where we had to pay double since it was such short notice. We spent the next two days asking for a refund that never came. The host said that unless we provided sufficient photos of all of the roaches, they would not consider any sort of refund. They insisted that the island is simply infested with roaches and that we were in the wrong for expecting to find a home that didn’t have them crawling around everywhere. To little surprise, we spent the rest of our trip in two other rental properties that had no roaches or any other sort of bugs. I have never in my life gone out of my way to leave a negative review for a rental property but this was one of the most absurd situations I’ve ever been in. I can’t recommend not staying here enough. Do not trust the hosts, they will make you feel like you’re in the wrong for not being okay with sleeping with bugs

• Heidi (10/5): Wonderful stay and the place was very cute! - This was a beautiful property at a great location, grocery store is around the corner and the beach is a short drive. We really loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer. Nothing! It was great!
