khawla (4/5): Expérience décevante - L’emplacement était bien, mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très déçus de cette expérience. 1- Le calme : L’hôtel était trop bruyant. On entendait les gens parler dans le couloir toute la nuit, ce qui nous empêchait de dormir. 2- La propreté : La chambre manquait de propreté et les serviettes étaient sales. De plus, nous n’avons pas eu de service de nettoyage pendant notre séjour. La piscine privée était également sale. 3- Le Wi-Fi : Nous n’avions pas accès au Wi-Fi dans la chambre, car il ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas. Malgré plusieurs réclamations, le problème n’a pas été résolu. De plus, il n’y avait aucun réseau dans la chambre, ce qui nous obligeait à sortir pour avoir accès au réseau et au Wi-Fi de l’établissement.
