• Vanessa (9/5): Perfect stay in Cinque Terre - Very central to Riomaggiore, only about a 10 minute walk from the station and right in the middle of the main strip. The place had all the amenities needed for a 4 day stay and clean. Great location to be able to visit the other towns in Cinque Terre. Highly recommend. Note there are a few flights of stairs to reach the accomodation.

No decía que había que subir 3 plantas con maleta, en escalera muy angosta y empinada. Fue difícil. Al momento del chekout estaba el responsable y me ayudó a bajar la maleta y eso fue bueno. La luz de la escalera andaba a destiempo del pasaje de las personas lo que complicó más

Sistemazione spaziosa e pulita, raggiungibile con ripide scale che però sono state un buon allenamento! Mattia, il gestore davvero gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Ci è mancato un piccolo terrazzino per godere del bel panorama ma non si può avere tutto! Sistemazione comunque luminosa e ariosa.

• Simon (9/5): Great place - clean, good location, responsive owner - The location of this village generally and of this accommodation specifically really is good (yes the typical steep stairs inside the building - so just be aware and ready for that). The room I booked was super clean, and comfortable. The owner is not physically present but is super responsive, helpful and kind - exemplary! No concerns - but the curtains are quite light in one of the rooms (an eye mask does the trick if you’re sensitive to that, or indeed up and at em early for an espresso 😊)

The church bells ring all night and 20 times at 07:00. Noise would be hard.everywhere in town, not specifically in this apt.the May weather was beautiful but had to close windows.

• Rose-allie (9/5): Amazing stay, great host, would book again. - AMAZING location, close to the beach, train station, and is located on the main street. The host is very kind and very responsive. Would 100% book here again! Only thing we could say is that the bed was a little hard. But honestly, we would still book at this location again.

He also gave some tips of parking locations in riomagorre. . The appartment has all the needs, the bathroom w great shower, a kitchen, and balcony. Also the AC was really needed during the hot summer days. It is in the main street w all shops/restaurants. Riomagorre is a small picturesque town along the coast. It is very touristy and congested. Easily to navigate w the train/boat to the other towns. I would recommend to park in La Spezia and take the train. Parking is a nightmare. We parked our car at the bus stop as the parking in the town was full. We ended up walking down w the suitcases as the bus didn't arrive at the indicated time. On our departure we had to leave early and the bus was not driving nor was there a taxi available. Because travelling w suitcases and the many stairs, we had to take the car down to the boom to load our luggage
• Antuané (7/5): Nice property, bad management - The apartment is beautiful and in a good location The kitchen had many empty products just lying there and some expired coffee. It seemed as if the landlord approach is to get money from guests without investing in essentials. The property is managed as an Airbnb, asking a lot from guests not minding we're on vacation and seek to relax. We're asked to take the garbage out despite a 60€ cleaning fee being charged and no plastic bags were provided. Too much contact felt like micromanaging

• Linnea (9/5): Well-equipped apartment at great location! - You get an apartment of ample size on the main street of Riomaggiore, with your own balcony! :D I could even see a little bit ocean from the balcony. :) The kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning very quiet. Communication with the host was also good. ;) Others have commented on the stairs to reach the apartment - but whole Cinque Terre is full of stairs! Maybe don’t travel to Cinque Terre if stairs/steps are a problem for you. <3

• Brian (8/5): Well located clean apartment near the centre. Access is a bit of a climb though! - Located up the hill a little. Don't have too many heavy bags it's a bit of a climb up to the apartment. There was no couch to sit on. Location is good.

Not a place I’d return to - Property was centrally located in the village Host was not pleasant had two exchanges via social media where they were less than pleasant. Asked for extra towel and was told we got one. You only got more if you stayed five days We stayed 3. She said you’re at an apt not a hotel!!!There was .no soap in bathroom to wash your hands. No blankets or pillows or sheets for pull out couch and the bed was hard as rock. Sooooo uncomfortable. We arrived in the pouring rain and host said captain was 5 min away. It would have been nice to be met with an umbrella. I would not recommend this place and I would not go back

He went out of his way to help me surprise my husband with pastries for his birthday! That made our experience even more special. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of town. The stairs! At least we got our exercise in! Could be difficult for some.
• Briana (10/5): 10/10 stay, would stay again anytime - This was the cutest place we have stayed in Italy so far! The room itself is very modern/updated and has all necessary amenities (we were able to cook breakfast here, there is hair dryer, soap, etc). The balcony was 100% worth it! Mattia was the best host, very detailed and helpful with check-in, as well as recommendations. We would have stayed here additional nights if it wasn't booked. Nothing bad to say!

• Allan (8/5): Good unit with patio - It was in the centre of town close to all the restaurants. It had a nice balcony but no shade. Great for an evening drink. It needed somewhere comfortable to sit other than the bed and kitchen table. The stairs up were very steep and narrow. We did have the unit on the top floor, so more stairs than the lower unit.

• Margaret (9/5): Lovely remodel in a wonderful town on the Cinque Terra! - All the communication with Matthias was great! The apartment had been recently remodeled with new tile everywhere! The only down side was that the stairs were a lot of stairs to get to the floor we were on. Travel light and you’ll love everything about it!

• Michelle (10/5): Nicely done apartment! - The apartment is recently renovated and is very nicely done. We stayed in the top floor apartment which is up some steep stairs which was difficult with luggage because we are in our 70's. But the air conditioning worked very well, the unit is very clean, and the owner provides many amenities like coffee, bath products, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the ferries between the village. The owner has excellent communication and is very pleasant and helpful. The steep stairs but we managed:)

The apartment was well equipped and five minutes from the train station. It was really wonderful to be able to enjoy a romantic dinner with my partner on the spacious terrace. Thanks to the owner for the detail he left us, it was something really special for my partner. And I can say that I have fulfilled my dream of waking up and seeing that beautiful sunrise that I had been told about before.
• Fiona (9/5): Superb - Great location in Riomaggiore! We were staying in the smaller of the two rooms without a balcony. It looked freshly renovated and was clean. Plenty or warm water in the bathroom. There's a little kitchen area which could be useful (we ate out most of the time). The wifi worked great and the communication with the host was easy.
