• Noelia (7/5): Noche en North Ireland - Está bien ubicado, las camas son cómodas y hay wifi. El baño del alojamiento era un poco pequeño y estrecho, especialmente el lavabo. Solo tuvimos un rollo de papel higiénico para cuatro personas, los utensilios de la cocina estaban mal lavados y algunas ventanas y puertas no cerraban bien.

• Gaoyun (6/5): - All traffic noise (car, motorcycle, van, lorry etc) didn’t stop until 1am and started again around 5am. Me and my wife slept about 3 hours and my children (10 years old) woke up at 5am. The location is not Number 99. It is number 2A, which was told on the day if check in. The new location is at very busy and noisy spot. Wouldn’t book it if I knew the location earlier on.

• patrick (8/5): OK when we found it. - The property address given 99 Irish Green Street is wrong. This address exists but it is a private house a long way out from the centre. This property is on the corner of Irish Green Street and Catherine Street in the centre of town. It is next to a Turkish barbers which is number 3 Irish Green Street so this place might be Number 1 but there is no number on the door. I only found it because I know a property agent in the town who knew of this property and took me there on foot. That night the thought of me, my wife and our little boy having nowhere to sleep caused us great distress. The owner needs to rectify this situation immediately. Also I would like feedback which explains how such an error can occur. Patrick McCann

• Sophie (8/5): Perfect little apartment - Lovely little apartment in a great location right on the high street. The beds were very comfortable and facilities within the apartment were to a good standard. Check in was easy and it was nice to have some little treats left for us! We were there in the summer so slept with the windows open and because it’s on a road you could hear the traffic - which wasn’t that bad but just one to note!

• John (5/5): Passable - Very nice apartment Very noisy with traffic, and for some reason, they like to sound their horns? And to make it worse, it was very warm, so I had to have windows open

• Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fabulous , we were all well impressed with the apartment itself, the location and the price, everyone said they would book there again if/when we were up that way again. We had one slight issue in the bathroom and the agent came straight away to fix it as soon as contacted. I like that the agents are on the ball and easily contactable.
• Jane (9/5): A compact apartment but very comfortable - Location was excellent, quiet apartment, any street noise faded away after 12pm Shops all around d the apartment but no noise from them whatsoever. A pub just around the corner , the thatch, which if family run and really friendly. Takeaway food available near the apartment , restaurants nearby were closed when we were there Only the problem with cooker hob, we had no instructions and couldn’t work out how to use it.

• Heather (8/5): Convenient for town, clean and new. - Great location. It’s new, clean and well appointed. The bathroom sink is ridiculously and unnecessarily tiny. Difficult to park nearby to offload luggage as the apartment is on a busy corner but it’s OK if you can walk a little.

• Rachel (7/5): Great location for central Limavady - The location is super central if you want to stay in Limavady The apartment is clean and modern and nicely decorated The bedrooms need better curtains to block out the town lights - it’s too bright in the bedrooms all night and we couldn’t sleep Also the noise from the streets is too loud they need to offer double glazing on the windows
• Shazb (8/5): Very good - Very noisy with a band parade and lodge parade which lasted 45 mins at 9am on the Saturday. Aside of that a bit noisy both nights after pub kicked out. People seem to gather just outside waiting for taxis. That lasted 90 mins from 1am to 230am. Other than that, great location and handy parking. Shops all close by, and short drive to L'Derry etc
• Jenna (8/5): Very nicely appointment apartment in the heart of Limavady. - Clearly, the host put a lot of energy into making the apartment a very nice stay for us. It's nicely appointed, and was very clean and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. To get to the apartment, there's a locked door on the street, and an internal hallway and stairs, which were also very clean and nicely presented. and appeared to be available only to us, Once in the apartments there's a small main hallway with a small bathroom on one side and through an opposite door, the kitchen/dining/living room space, and two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed. I especially liked the TV in the two bedrooms, plus the living room. Not that we were watching TV all day long but it gave us the ability to separate from each other after having traveled for weeks together! The location is excellent since it's right in the center of town and just down the street from the bus stop. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants were no more than a block away. The windows work well and when closed block a lot of the street level noise. Wifi worked and the host was very responsive. We really liked the place and would stay there again. The downsides to this apartment is that it's right on a very busy street, as others have said, and the bedrooms face the street. Most nights it was fine but Saturday night was particularly loud late in the night as the bars closed. Shutting the windows does help but it was a bit hot and it would have been nice to be able to open the windows at night. The key situation is a little odd as well since there's only one set of keys, one for the street door and one for the apartment door. To lock the apartment door a key is required for both the inside and outside, which means if someone goes out and wants to take the key while others are in the apartment sleeping, the apartment door can't be locked or people would be locked inside without a way to open the door. It wasn't too inconvenient but it would have been nice to either have two sets of keys or a way to lock the door internally without the key. The rooms are small, but very comfortable, however the wardrobe to store clothes is not that great. It's hung from the wall above the radiator, and for two people with luggage, some of it ended up on the floor. It would have been nice to have luggage racks underneath the wardrobes so luggage wouldn't have to be stored on the floor. The bathroom also lacked places to put toiletries for a lot of people, so we ended up placing some of it on the floor and hanging some from whatever hook we could find around the shower. The only other issues we had were with the stovetop and washer/dryer combo. Both aren't super easy to figure out so some instructions would have been helpful. I'm sure if we reach out to the host they would have given us the instructions but we ended up just trying to figure it out on our own.

• R (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy, clean and everything you need for a stay away was provided. Photos on website give the impression the rooms are quite spacious whereas in reality they are quite compact. No parking available at property, you have to rely on finding a spot close by.
• Mary (6/5): Pleasant - It was very modern and clean. The location. It is right on a corner on the Main Street. There is no parking facilities. It is a pay and display area. The noise at night time as there were people shouting and roaring during the night. The photos of the apartment look much bigger than it is. I do think it is overpriced for 1 night.

• Ann (9/5): A Little Gem in Limavady. - The apartment is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. There were some treats left for guests. Free WiFi was available. The apartment was just across the street from some beautiful shops and a bakery. We stayed at the apartment to attend a family Wedding in a nearby hotel, which was a cheaper option and only a 4 min drive. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. It was quite noisy outside on the weekend night. The windows do block out a lot of traffic noise but not the noisy cars and young people. There is unrestricted street parking a 5 min walk from the apartment. You can park closer but this is restricted to an hour during the day.

My bedroom was overlooking a very very busy road and the traffic noise for me was simply too much. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Maybe heavy curtains would lessen the road noise? Just a suggestion.

Blackout blinds in bedrooms would be better as current blinds don’t block out street lights.

• Lois (9/5): Superb - The flat is cosy in the central part of Limavady, opposite Hunters with great views.. It is very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable ( 2 doubles) and you have all you need for a great stay - cooking facilities, kitchen ware, drinks and even butter! . Highly recommended. All perfect

Further there was no number on the door of the property. This delayed us finding the property after a long days cycling.
