- Hung (1/5): Không nên ở khách sạn này . Xung quanh có nhiều khách sạn có chất lượng phục vụ tốt hơn để lựa chọn - Khách sạn ở vị trí đẹp , tiện đi lại . Bữa sáng tệ hại . 8h15 đã hết nhiều đồ ăn . Khách sạn 4* nhưng không hỗ trợ khách đưa hành lý từ sảnh lên phòng lễ tân . Chìa khóa từ nhưng rất khó mở cửa . Trong phòng không có hộp giấy ăn . Tủ lạnh quầy bar trống trơn , ko cắm điện . Chỉ có 3 chai nước khoáng để trên bàn bán với giá 15000đ/chai . Cả phòng chỉ có 2 chiếc gối . Khăn tắm cũ , xỉn màu , mùi hôi . Điều hòa rất khó chỉnh nhiệt độ . Trải nghiệm rất thất vọng cho 1 Khách sạn được định vị 4 * . Sẽ ko bao giờ quay trở lại và giới thiệu cho bất cứ ai .

- HITOSHI (3/5): 色々残念。 - 部屋は広い。 Booking.comで予約時に宿泊料金が設定されているのに、チェックインの際割高な料金を支払わせようとした。フロントが悪質。部屋はバスタブがついているのに、排水栓が壊れていて閉まらないため、湯船につかれない。ただのシャワーブース。
