• Rodolphe (8/5): Super emplacement pour rayonner facilement dans Venise! - L’emplacement à 50m du pont des soupirs! La communication avec l’hôte, l’arrivée possible avant l’heure prévue. Le studio est simple, propre et fonctionnel. La rue est en effet assez animée mais c’est ok
• Iván (10/5): Ubicación maravillosa - Su ubicación al lado de la plaza de san Marco. Relación calidad-precio muy muy buena, y el apartamento estaba limpio y listo para cuando llegamos. Una mención especial a la chica de la limpieza que nos abrió la puerta y nos explicó todo. La noche de antes y por la mañana cuando llegamos a Venecia contacté para saber si podíamos seguir entrando al estudio o al menos dejar las cosas allí a la hora que le habíamos pedido (11 del mediodía), pero no obtuve respuesta a los mensajes ni a las llamadas. De todos modos, fuimos al estudio a esa hora y estaba la chica que lo limpia que nos abrió la puerta y nos explicó el funcionamiento de todo.

The apartment had everything we needed, and overall we had a great stay. The only minor downside for us was that the pillows were a bit too firm, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. There was also some noise from the street during the night and early morning, although it was still manageable and didn’t affect our stay too much.
• Aleksandra (7/5): - Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja – apartament znajdował się blisko głównych atrakcji, takich jak Most Westchnień i Pałac Dożów, oraz przystanku wodnego z połączeniami na Murano i Burano. Wenecję można było odkrywać na nowo o każdej porze dnia – rano przy otwierających się kawiarniach, po południu wśród tłumów turystów, a wieczorem w romantycznej atmosferze. Dużym plusem była możliwość szybkiego powrotu do apartamentu na odpoczynek. W apartamencie znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne na krótki wyjazd. Najbardziej nie podobał mi się kontakt z personelem obiektu. Po rezerwacji otrzymałam wiadomość od Leonardo z podstawowymi informacjami i regulaminem. Wiedziałam, że check-in jest do północy, dlatego lot był zaplanowany tak, aby dotrzeć do Wenecji około 17:00. Niestety linia lotnicza zmieniła godziny lotu i ostatecznie lądowaliśmy dopiero o 00:05. Skontaktowałam się przed przyjazdem z Leonardo z prośbą o późniejszy check-in, jednak odpisał, że nie ma takiej możliwości i możemy zostać przyjęci dopiero następnego dnia o 11:00. Po przylocie próbowałam się z nim kontaktować, prosząc chociaż o wcześniejsz check-in ale nie odpowiadał na wiadomości ani telefony. Dopiero przed 9:00 napisał z zapytaniem gdzie jesteśmy, a następnie poinformował, że kolezanka może przyjść nam otworzyć dopiero o 11:30, mimo że czekaliśmy od 2:00 w nocy. Później skontaktowała się ze mną inna osoba z obiektu - Cristina, która była zaskoczona całą sytuacją. Inna kobieta, która finalnie nas wpuściła, powiedziała, że gdyby wiedziała o naszym późnym przyjeździe, mogłaby otworzyć nam drzwi już w nocy. Cała sytuacja była bardzo stresująca i rozczarowująca. Na podstawie pani słów, złożyłam wniosek o częściowy zwrot kosztów noclegu, jednak został on odrzucony.

• KAREN (8/5): I don’t mean to be negative , I just found those things a bit of a bother but for location & cleanliness it was grea - Great location. , handy little kitchenette, loved the big windows opening up I struggled with the bathtub , it was not so easy to shower as it came off the side & was hand held , the bed wasn’t really comfortable , the mattress kept moving off one side
• Carmen (10/5): Estudio supercéntrico y funcional - La ubicación al lado del Puente de los Suspiros, el ambiente de la callejuela, que desemboca en una plaza fantastica. Cama muy grande y colchón muy cómodo. La persona que me recibió muy amable y servicial. Eché a faltar un microhondas . . .

• Denis (8/5): Agréable dans un petit cocon pour les amoureux - Nous avons aimé le positionnement de l'appartement, vraiment prés de tout le point important, La place Saint marc, les restaurants et le Vaporetto pour le déplacement. Bien que cela ne soit pas indiqué sur l'annonce il y a le wifi qui est plus que nécessaire dans l'appartement car pas de réseau 4G et 5G. L'appartement est propre et le nécessaire de cuisine est la... Il y a la possibilité de chauffé l'appartement via un chaudière a Gaz, si besoin pour les mois plus froid. Le seul point faible et l'inssonorisation de cette appartement, bien que ce soit du double vitrage le bruit de la rue et vraiment présent. Heureusement que Venise s'endort tôt et que c'est relativement calme la nuit. Si il y a un seul point faible a régler c'est bien celui ci. Autre point a prendre en compte également la luminosité de l'appartement ne correspond pas du tout au photos, bien plus sombre en réalité car la lumière ne rentre pas du tout dans l'appartement et est dans une petite ruelle, le soleil n'est donc jamais présent

• Timi (9/5): - The location id excellent, only a few steps from the main sights. The apartment is cozy we found everything we needed. The street was a bit noisy. The communication before the trip was a bit problematic. Our plane landed in the late afternoon, so we could arrive to the apartment a little after 8 PM. I wrote a message about that to be sure that the staff would be there, but I haven't got an answer, so I tried to contact thr owner via Whatsapp. I got really weird answers. But finally, a few ours before we departed, the questions have been settled and we had a great time in Venice. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

• olga (10/5): Recommend - Accommodation has a great localization. We had everything that we needed for a long weekend. Very friendly host, she explained to us how everything works, checked with us if anything is damaged, gave us tips for the stay in Venice. Place was easy to find with google maps. Apartament was very clean, warm and quiet at night. Looks exactly like on the photos. For the price that we payed is 10/10.

• Achim (4/5): Sollte mal etwas renoviert werden. - Gute Lage, unmittelbar an Markusplatz & Seufzerbrücke. Das Studio ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Schlechte Matratze, Küchenzeile ok, leider keine Geschirrtücher. Keine Gardine im Bad, sodass man immer mit geschlossenen Klappläden duschen musste. Alles funktionierte irgendwie. Das Studio war sehr klein & ausreichend sauber. Internet funktionierte gut. Die Lage ist für die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut.
