Luc (10/5): Dream house and garden - Casa del Balo is at a nice location. From here you can easily go to nice hotspots in Western part of Crete. Close by we also found some really nice restaurants. The house itself is full of luxury. We felt immediately home inside and outside. The backgarden with its heated pool and jacuzzi is beautiful. The views to the green hills and orange trees were never boring. We had a great week with our family and wish we can come back again. Etouri team are very responsive and flexible. Nothing.
Samuel (10/5): If I could give a 6 star review I would, everything was amazing - The property was super impressive and beyond what we expected, we were greeted on arrival and shown around the villa as well as all the features of the villa and information to help us with are stay, first impressions we were overwhelmed by the place. We were told we could call or message the customer service team anytime and reminded that they would be on hand to answer any questions, fix any issues and even do things like book excursions or even boat or car rental, nothing was too much trouble and the team were amazing. Absolutely nothing, loved every bit
