• Urður (8/5): - The location is amazing! It was only a few minutes walk to practically everything that we wanted to do and see. The entrance is not very welcoming. It was not very comfortable having to squeeze past the trash bins with our stuff, and the stairwell was poorly lit and felt a little suspect.
• Antony (5/5): Miss sold as cosy - Kitchen was ok Front door and entrance not very safe. Out of the five nights booked in only stayed for 2 nights, you can't survive on 3 to 4 hours sleep a night. I had to find and pay other accommodation for the rest of my time in liverpool.

• Sara (6/5): Great host and good location (albeit noisy but we knew this on booking) - Host was exceptionally helpful and emailed instructions for getting into the property were very easy to follow. Property was clean and homely looking. Property was lovely and spacious. Good central location and priced well. Door lock fell off as soon as we opened the front door. Never really felt that the apartment was secure. Limited hand soap on arrival and limited supply of toilet paper. Contacted the host who was exceptionally helpful. One of the chairs to the table was also wobbly. No display of fire safety or fire exits and no fire extinguishers or fire blanket. Courtyard was ugly and dirty looking. Not great for first impressions. Once in the apartment, it was very pleasant.

• Elissa (10/5): Great location, parking spot super convenient, apartment clean and well stocked with everything you need - The property for our needs perfectly. It was centrally located to shops, restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The provided parking space was a huge benefit and just a short, easy walk to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We cooked some nights in the kitchen and found that it was well stocked with everything necessary. Being located on a street of bars and restaurants there was obviously some noise late at night, it didn’t really bother us, but if you are sensitive to noise it may. The host kindly provided ear plugs (though we didn’t use/need them).

• Oonagh (9/5): Great central location for a short trip ! - Great central location for visiting the city. Lots of places to eat and drink close by and a short walk to the centre of town . Nothing, fan had been provided as whether was hot which was appreciated !
• Nick (9/5): - The apartment was really clean inside, the beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely. Tastefully furnished. Location was great, a vibrant street in Liverpool. Noisy at night but earplugs were available. Great to be able to just walk downstairs to the Greek Taverna which was exceptional. The outside courtyard was a little scruffy and walking through the back door of a restaurant wasn't the greatest firt impression but this is city living!
• Kay (10/5): Brilliant weekend - It was in an ideal area in the centre of all the bars we like to go in The shower had not much water pressure but everything else was fantastic would definitely stay again
• June (3/5): This was a eye opener into accommodation in this busy area - This was a very basic apartment The entrance is through a door that is also the back of a Greek restaurant,the stairs were very grubby and apparently was getting a makeover there were cigarette ends stubbed out on the stairs which were covered in dry plaster, this proved difficult to manovere as the stairs are narrow also when entering the building there was two big bins full of stinking rubbish and a bike chained up as well the whole situation was dangerous. The flat was basic with bed duvet covers that had never seen an iron.In my option it was dirty and in need of a good clean, the shower was full of mould,if you require a decent standard of accommodation I would not recommend this !
• Nabeel (10/5): Great stay, will be back! - Great property and free parking in the city centre is always a massive bonus. The host was great and location is perfect we had very straight forward check-in and check-out instructions. Also the earplugs for sleeping was definitely an added bonus and helped us have an interrupted sleep.

• Kathryn (1/5): Dire - Nothing No instructions were sent before arrival. Once phoned through we got them sent but difficult to follow. Location and way into the apartment wasn’t a safe environment for lone females opposite a strip club with young males hanging around and the back door to stairwell was unlocked and full of bins with rubbish bags everywhere it stunk of chip fat and rancid food. It was so dire we had no choice but not stay the night and had to find last min accommodation elsewhere. On complaint we were told well what did you expect in central Liverpool. This was not what anyone would pay for nor be expected to accept if felt unsafe and unclean.

• Karen (4/5): Sleepless in Liverpool - It was clean, and when we had a problem it was soon dealt with. The ear buds were a nice touch. Entrance was through the back of a restaurant, past 2 large bins at the bottom of the stairs, through a courtyard was unkempt and dirty. Needs black out curtains over blinds especially in the bedrooms, might help to drown out the noise from the street below….
• Laura (7/5): Good - Location was great. Although the location is great, it is in a busy area so expect lots of noise at all times of the day and night. The floors are extremely loud. Description says 5 beds with 2 double beds in 1 room, this is incorrect There are only 4 beds with 1 double bed. No bedding provided for the sofa bed.
