• Nico (9/5): Semaine agréable en plein centre de Madrid ! - Emplacement au top ! Près de tous les commerces et restaurants. On peut tout faire à pied. Appartement propre, spacieux et salle de bain très grande. Problème avec le lave-vaisselle en arrivant mais résolu rapidement. Le personnel est très réactif ! Literie du canapé à revoir ! La literie de la chambre est correcte. Toutefois, il faudrait prévoir un ou deux grands torchons !

• Blanca (5/5): No volvería a repetir. Me parece caro para lo que es - La ubicación es lo mejor Deberían avisar que no hay ascensor en todas las plantas. Alguien con movilidad reducida lo pasaría mal porque hay un tramo bastante largo de escaleras hasta poder llegar al ascensor. El sitio tenía el sofá cama roto y uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el suelo. Para lo caro que nos costó me sorprende que no revisen que todo está bien. Es un sitio muy oscuro sin apenas luz natural.

• Julio (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente!!! Frente a la puerta del metro (estación Sol). Si te gusta caminar estás cerca (menos de 3Km) de la puerta de Alcalá, parque del Retiro y Museo del Prado. A pocas cuadras de la gran vía. El apartamento es muy espacioso y cómodo. La cama muy cómoda. El baño es cómodo y espacioso. Un poco complicado el check-in, se abre el portón con una clave y también queda abierto el siguiente, pero si no te das cuenta y entras rápido, la segunda puerta se cierra y quedas atrapada entre los 2 portones (me pasó y tuve que pedir ayuda a un transeúnte para que marcara la clave porque desde donde quedé no podía). Al ser un apartamento interior le falta luz.

• Diana (9/5): Loved the location and able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see - The location is amazing right in the heart of Madrid Sol, once you have the access codes easy to come in and out, clean and spacious, sofa bed was ok to sleep on for one person. The stairs at the entrance with a large piece of luggage, but that is only once when you get there and once when you leave.

• Leanne (8/5): Fabulous location and quirky - Location was fantastic. Roomy even if a bit quirky layout. Good shower and washing machine was great to have. Great size fridge. Good towels. Three air conditioners. Had a lift from first floor up. Communication good Fact had to do large flight stairs at start and some at top. Entry system ok once you know how it works. Some oil tea sugar wouldn’t go astray. Could hear neighbours through walls

• Amanda (8/5): Great location, comfortable for extended stay. - Right in the thick of things at Sol. Entrance is from the square but we stayed at back so noise not a problem. Very comfortable with two recliners to sit on - couch uncomfortable - and well equipped kitchen for cooking, large fridge freezer and dining table. Good value for money and very clean and surrounded by bars, restaurants,shops and a metro right outside. Double bed and spacious bedroom. Windows open from the corridor so light but no view except of opposite apartments. We spent most of our time out. Good washing machine and drying rack. We were there eight nights and had no complaints at all. All good but a few things to note for some. Flight of steps from front door to elevator and if on fifth floor, either a flight up or down from elevator. No problem for us but might be an issue for some with mobility issues. Beware that once you press front door buzzer to get out you need to make sure outside gate also opens or you can get stuck between the two doors as we did. Someone came and it was Ok but something to note.
• Claudiumoldovan (8/5): Good quality for the price - Very clean, small apartment, right in the heart of Madrid. It is located within walking distance from most central spots. The bed is a bit small and kind of moving around 🤭
• Susanna (7/5): Good - The apartment and location was great Washing machine either didn't work or there was no instructions and we couldnt use it. Washing machine was one of the main requirements for our stay, so this was very disappointing
• Jan (8/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Madrid - The hosts were very reactive and helpful. Assisted very well with checking in and were flexible about the check in and out times. The location is superb, in the middle of everything, however, even though the apartment is directly on Sol, which is probably the busiest square in all of Spain, it's position within the building facing inwards, makes it 100% soundproof to the exterior noises. Which is something we had the opportunity to test when a 30-strong drummers squad played outdoors and we only found out when stepping out there. Also, when we happen to run out of some house supplies, the hosts immediately replenished these and the little touch of providing the kitchenette with a clean new sponge and towel upon check in, that was neat. The building is a historical one, so it has some limitations. The elevator is only accessible via two flights of stairs (wide enough to be comfy) and stops either above or below the floor with the apartment, so accessing it with a stroller has been a bit of an exercise. Also, we had several mishaps with the application that gives access to the front gate, but all it took was a few minutes phone call on the emergency number and all was rectified.
• Marija (9/5): We'll come back again! :) - The location was above our expectations, close to everything you could need. Very well equipped with all the necessities. The hosts were very responsive and professional. The link for Wi-Fi and code for the appartment expired during our stay and it was a bit uncomfortable siting in front of the apartment and calling for the support.
• Bibi (10/5): We enjoyed our stay there - I loved it but had a bit of a hassle getting into the property as we didn't have WI-fi. But it was all sorted out eventually.
• Henry (8/5): Very well worth it, even if I did end getting a bruise. :) - Property is very well located in Puerto del Sol, making it extremely convenient. Its very well lit and comes equipped with all amenities necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Round the block there are excellent restaurants selling delicious food and exactly in front of the main door there’s the metro station. You cant ask for anything more. The bed is on wheels which is excellent for doing the bed. However the bed backboard is not fixed to anything so when you do move the bed, it comes crashing down. Got hit in the head with it and left a nasty bruise.
• Filip (7/5): The apartment is spacious and extremely well located. The hosts were responsive and nice. - The hosts were very responsive and professional. The location is way above our expectations and close to everything you could need. The shower doors are old and not well connected to the ground so water floods the bathroom. Also the bed was of poor quality.
