• Laura (9/5): Really enjoyed my stay, would stay again! - Very convincing location for staying after a concert at The O2. The room was very clean and I liked the modern facilities. The room was a bit small and the I didn’t enjoy how open the bathroom was too the room. You can also hear the staff and neighbours very early in the morning.
• Paul (8/5): A little gem perfect for overnight stay for O2 - Location for the O2 was perfect. Lovely setting with green areas even if amongst apartment blocks. Staff very helpful, and the food was excellent. Bed not overly comfortable, coffee pod machine didn’t work.

• Joan (8/5): Very convenient for O2 and tube - Very convenient for O2, lots of very nice areas to sit out in - garden, upstairs terrace plus all the indoors areas. Very clean room, nicely decorated with decent shower and quality towels. Excellent breakfast, also very nice evening meal ahead of going out to show. Very pleasant staff. Rather expensive for one night (inc breakfast) but worth it to us for the convenience. One downside was outside tables and chairs meant people returning from O2 took the opportunity to have a sit down, smoke and chat. Woken up by loud voices at 1.30am and 4.30am!! Would ask for a room at rear in future.

• Viktor (10/5): Great stay at The Pilot Inn - The room and the bathroom were large, which I'm not used to see in London. The parking was free, which is great and the metro is on just 5-10 min walking distance. For breakfast you have multiple choices and it was definitely tasty. N/A

Liked the fact that we had a small bottle of milk for coffee in the morning. Room layout and des were great, loved all the albums art, superb. Nothing, it was brilliant.

• Jo (9/5): Fantastic comfy location for the O2 - Our room was fantastic, very much like a home from home with a very comfy bed, peaceful surroundings and interesting decor. The venue itself was so close to the O2 we were able to just walk across to the event we were attending. The highlight for us was the peace and also the breakfast which was completely brilliant. Loads of choice, all freshly cooked. Overall it was a much more characterful stay than one of the faceless chain hotels nearby. The pub downstairs had a very powerful smell of cooking oil, we couldn't' smell it in our room as the rooms are upstairs and away from the pub, but it was very strong the minute you walk in the door on both days so it wasn't a one-off.

• Nichola (8/5): Great location for the 02 and a lovely pub/property but a lot of money for one night. - Well maintained, great location No hot water in the bathroom and the room was very warm even with the heating off and you couldn’t open the window. We put the air con on but it had not been cleaned for a while so was a bit musty. That did however help. Breakfast was ok, but both of us had poached eggs which were over cooked and hard which was a shame.

And parking is an advantage will always stay here when visiting o2. This is my 2nd visit. There was nothing i didnt like about this hotel. Apart from leaving.

• clare (6/5): Overall good stay in a traditional pub, with pub grub. - Great location and easy to access by car. Nice traditional pub with a good mix of spirits, though I imagine where it is, is why it becomes very busy throughout the evening. Rooms were very small, though for London this seems to be a common theme. The corridor to the bedrooms are very narrow, which we didn't find a problem with, however as the rooms are so close together the noise in the mornings was not acceptable as you could hear constant banging doors from guests coming and going and we could hear the noise from cleaners and hoovers!
