Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Marilyn (1/5): Dont book Guest Ready - Little Johnny - Nothing to like at this property in Porto. We couldnt stay at this property because it had no running water. We contacted Guest Ready to ask if they could send someone around someone to fix the problem Guests Readys attitude was terrible. They didnt send anyone to fix the problem. I dont think they believed us. We needed somewhere else to go as we couldnt stay at the property as we couldnt use the toilet, had no running water at all. Eventually Guest Ready contacted us saying they had cancelled the booking and would reimburse the money we had paid .We ( 2 couples from NZ) were left with no accommidation in Porto at 6pm. It was a terrible situation to be in. Booking.com was not helpful either. Three calls to an international number - two of their staff said they would ring back within 30 minutes with a solution. Neither bothered to ring back. We had to find accommodation for 3 nights after 7pm. It cost us $2000 for the new hotel.. Such a nightmare.
