• Joachim (10/5): - Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Javier und Mercedes haben sich immer Zeit genommen, waren sehr unterstützend und wirklich so lieb und herzlich. Sie waren immer zu erreichen und haben sich täglich gemeldet. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr geräumig mit allem was es so braucht und sie war wirklich sehr sehr sauber. Alle drei Tage werden die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt und der Boden wurde gewischt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch zur Lage können wir nur positives berichten. Campanar ist ein sehr ruhiges Viertel, dies empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, aufgrund dessen, dass die Stadt durchaus etwas lauter ist:) Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkte, Lokale und Fitnessstudios sind alle in Fußnähe erreichbar. Am Ankunftstag hat sich Javier sogar 2 Stunden Zeit genommen, um uns die Gegend und verschiedene andere Orte zu zeigen. Zusammengefasst große Empfehlung. Wir würden sofort wieder in eine Unterkunft von Javier und Mercedes:)
• Dick (9/5): Ideale locatie in prima appartement - Schoon, mooi ingericht, goed bed, badkamer, prima keuken. Wij waren met z’n tweeën maar ook zeer geschikt voot 4 personen. Handig dat je geen sleutels nodig hebt, maar alles via de code kan doen. Prima locatie, ca. 10 minuten lopen naar de parkeergarage Nuovo Centro Parkia, die je vooraf kunt boeken voor een laag tarief (32 euro voor drie dagen, anders 3,50 per uur). Voor uitladen bij het appartement kun je de auto vlakbij op straat even parkeren. Een bakkertje om de hoek, een authentiek paella-restaurant (El Raco de Paella), een supermarkt, een winkelcentrum 2 minuten verder. Voor openbaar vervoer is de sumokaart voor 10 keer handig om met de metro of bus naar de Ciutat des Artes te gaan. Wifi prima voor surfen op het net, laadt erg traag voor film. De eigenaar gaat dat verbeteren.

Supongo que era demasiada molestia para ella así que canceló la reserva sin previo aviso y dejándonos tirados la noche anterior. Finalmente nos hizo un favor puesto que encontramos un piso mucho mejor ubicado y mejor de precio.

• Heidi (10/5): Dejlig lejlighed, gode senge, fint kvarter - Alt var super i lejligheden , men lejligheden nedenunder var vist med en del børn og der var blandede støj, ellers et roligt kvarter, med fine bygninger og bageren om hjørnet, og mercadona 200 m derfra.

• Jadwiga (10/5): - The apartment was just perfect, really comfortable and cosy, perfectly clean, it felt like home. The contact with the owners was perfect. The neighbourhood is very nice, it feels like a small town within a big city, it's really quiet and peaceful yet very close to the public transport, shops and not far from the historical centre. I truly recommend and would come back Nothing to complain about
• DarylUpton (10/5): Amazing place and host - We had a wonderful stay at Cosy Ups in Valencia. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Mercedes, our host, has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived she was welcoming, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us throughout our stay, shared great local recommendations and was always on hand if we needed anything. Her kindness and attention really made the experience special. We purchased a tourist card during our stay and used the metro to get around which made everything very easy. The Campanar metro link is close by with supermarkets nearby and plenty of places to eat within walking distance, which was ideal. We could not have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommended and we would happily return.
• jenzelle (9/5): Large apartment in a quiet location with an excellent host - The apartment is huge (I was a solo traveller) with everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. Mercedes is a wonderful host, she was so so helpful and kind throughout my stay. Full air-conditioning, Netflix (smart TV), extremely quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The location is about 45 minutes walk from the centre, but I walk everywhere. The metro is less than 10 minutes walk away

Warto wiedzieć, że obiekt w celu dokonania opłaty przesyła linka, który prowadzi do płatności. Nie ma możliwości realizacji płatności przez booking. Poza tą niespodzianką polecam :)

• Intars (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds, interesting location. Metro 5-6 min away if you find the shortcut routes. Bedrooms are small, so there is not much space for a closet and you kind of live partly "from your bag". Note that hot water is from a local electrical boiler, so keep in mind if 4 people want to use the shower and wash dishes.

• Storms (10/5): Love - So special, so unique ... Valencia was a hit because this flat is run with love. Unfortunately, we did not meet the owners. Communication was clear and respectful. Every question was answered quickly. The flat is half an hour's walk from the heart of Valencia. The metro is in the immediate vicinity. The nights are absolutely quiet in this peaceful neighbourhood. Our 1-week stay was undoubtedly a success because of the flat. Very practically furnished, with attention to detail. In short: do not hesitate, it is a gem.
• Lilyana (10/5): Cosy and lovely apartment - We had a lovely stay at Cozy Up Spain. The apartment was clean and cosy, with modern furniture. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Spacious living room. It's on the second floor, so it's not directly on the street, which is a plus. The location is good, not much to do in this area, but that's better because it was quiet. The metro station is just 5 min away and you can easily go to the city center. The Bioparc is very close - 15 min by walk. And lastly - the host Mercedes was great. She gave us tips and information about Valencia before we arrived, where to eat, what to do, the whole communication was very easy. We were also offered a late check out free of charge, because of our evening flight.
• Matthew (10/5): Superb apartment with great hosts - Mercedes and Javier were excellent hosts and made our trip very enjoyable. They were very attentive and provided tips and recommendations, as well as booking taxis for us. They're very friendly and take pride in their property. The apartment was perfect for our group of three, and was well designed with everything you'd need for a short (or long) stay. The location is a very quiet and quaint area, with a Mercadona and cafés nearby. A great apartment for a unique stay in Valencia - would definitely recommend to anyone.

It seems that if you were in a small village. But the bus and metro station is close to you as well as the markets. The flat is beautiful, equipped with air conditioner in each room. It is easy to get in- there is a code. The beds are confortable. none

• Christopher (10/5): The perfect base to explore the city - We loved the location of the property in the Campanar area. It is welcoming for dogs which was perfect for our needs. It is well furnished and secure with a keyless entry. The hosts Javier and Mercedes were attentive, communicative and friendly before, during and after the booking process. We will be delighted to return again soon! We were really happy with everything.
