- Paolo (8/5): - Nice room, the breakfast was ok but miss some "continental" things, staff was kind and gentle. Location ok but need car or taxi to move, not far from train station to reach Jakarta city center. The lift of the hotel during rush hours were a nightmare. In 2 situations we had to wait almost 15/20 mins at 18 floor to get it. Service in room and at the restaurant may really improve !! We had to call (with google technology not really simple and working) many times the reception to receive assistance or the delivery of what we asked. Sometimes no answers at all from reception staff.
- Hardady (9/5): Pesan 5 kamar merayakan pergantian tahun 2025 ke 2026 bersama keluarga tercinta - Fasilitasnya bersih,lengkap,nyaman, saya sewa 5 kamar, bersih semua, tersedia dispenser air, suka dengan kolam renang krn ada 3 kolam buat anak anak, dewasa , buat orang tua , sarapannya sangat amat lengkap dan enak enak , pokoknya sangat puas Ada 29 lantai tapi liftnya cuma 2 dan sempit, kecewa dengan cs yang jaga saat saya datang, saya kira ada acara di lobbi yg free untuk yg nginep di hitel saat malam tahun baru misalnya musik, kembang api ternyata tidak ada , setiap kamar ada balkon tapi ga boleh dibuka pintunya ,

- Vivi (8/5): wonderful stay. thank you. - 1. rooms were very clean. 2. wifi worked very well. 3. smart tv was easy, even for me who’s very a-technical. 4. ac worked very well. 5. friendly staffs, especially staffs at restaurant, housekeeping and the staffs who took all our belongings to our rooms after we checked in n who helped to carry our belongings from our rooms to our car. the security guards also helped. 6. foods at buffet breakfast were delicious. there were even fresh healthy juices and jamu’s. staffs at restaurant were very helpfull and kind to bring my foods and drinks to my table. although it was always crowded at breakfast time, but staffs quickly found me a table.miss istifa (i’m sorry if the name is incorrect) even gave me a table at private djning room. thank you very much for the great service. 1. we had to wait very long as i checked in. not because of the staffs, but because there are not enough check in counters. 2. also did we have to wait too long each time we want to use a lift. not enough lifts. not enough lifts.

One of the staff named Fitri if I am not mistaken was helpful during our checking and help us with some necessary stuff for work as well. I really love the breakfast as well, they have broad menus and the pisang goreng is exceptional
- Richard (7/5): Modern, clean hotel not a bad option if you need to stay in the neighborhood - Large modern room located close to friends we were visiting… friendly staff at the front desk….easy to grab a taxi from in front…our room was well cleaned everyday Breakfast wasn’t very interesting…hotel was new but lacked any real atmosphere…would be quite isolated for most people…nearby eating options were not great…heavy traffic, even to the mall a kilometre away, could be quite daunting…no sidewalks in the neighborhood to walk on
