Upon arri - • The hosts kindly allowed an early check-in. • The house looks visually nice at first glance. • The photos are attractive and initially create a good impression. • Cold drafts coming from the windows; it was impossible to sit near them. • The first floor was cold, while increasing the temperature made the second floor uncomfortably hot. • The floors were dirty — white socks turned black within an hour, even though the dirt was not visually noticeable. • The garage was very cold, making it impossible to use the games located there. • The heater in the garage was very small and barely provided any warmth. • A baby crib was listed as available during booking, but there was none in the house. • There were too many house rules, some of which felt unnecessary and unreasonable. • The house looked larger and better in the photos than in reality. • The fireplace was not working and was not allowed to be used; we were informed about this shortly before check-in.
