- Dilks (5/5): Could be better - Clean and tidy with a good working fire. The area is very quiet considering it is on an estate. Parking on drive in front of the house was good. The radiators were not working on arrival and I had to put new batteries in the control unit for the system to work. The downstairs underfloor heating did not work at all. Some of the utensils were sub standard, the plates, bowls and glasses were a mishmash. The firewood was very wet and at one point smoke poured into the living room due to this. We ventilated the room and stopped using the fire.

One of the highlights was the cozy fire burner, which created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The property was well-equipped with all the facilities you could need, from the kitchen to the living spaces, making it feel like a home away from home. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and well-equipped place to stay! Nothing.

It was in a quiet residential area, a five minute drive from the centre of Hereford and the house was spotless. There really was nothing that we didn't like. If we have to comment on anything, it was being asked to remove footwear inside.
