- Dominique (1/5): Inacceptable pour le prix payé et la prestation annoncée - La situation géographique et la réactivité de l’équipe villa plus sur place. Unacceptable for the price paid. The house is dilapidated and poorly maintained. When we arrived, the pool was dirty with algae. The Villa Plus team on site was very responsive in treating the water, but we had to wait 3 days to swim. There is no air conditioning in the living room, just a rusty ceiling fan. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are full of dust and mold. The appliances are rusty (rusty water is leaking from under the refrigerator onto the kitchen floor). The house is not secure. It is closed with simple metal shutters, most of whose latches are broken. The bathroom doors and wooden shelves are splintered. The washing machine is outside and not connected to a drain. The laundry water is pouring into the grass in the garden... It is unacceptable to rent a villa in this state
