• Anna (7/5): Pretty good location if you don't come by car - The room was ok, pretty good amenities (kitchen, mini fridge), bed was comfortable, windows had blinds (really appreciated that). The location is amazing, really central. The wifi was decent. We had a pretty good 5 days stay, with the exception of the bathroom situation and parking. The bathroom need more shelves, or a drawer and a door that closes completely. The shower needs something where you can put your soap and shampoo on. The parking situation was really misconstrued - the cheapest public parking is not nearby and it does not cost 12EUR per day, as stated in the description - it is 18 min away and it costs 24 EUR per day. The accommodation is in the Limited Traffic Area, so you might get fined if you stop in front for 5 minutes to drop off the luggage. This was not clearly communicated, despite multiple questions on my side.
• FERDINANDO (8/5): - Posizione dell'appartamento e qualità dei locali. Ventola del frigorifero dell'appartamento . Quando parte è molto rumorosa, sopratutto di notte.
• Miles (4/5): It’s a good location - It was well situated The car park information was 6 months out of date and closed which caused huge stress when trying to park. There was no information in the property as to how things worked luckily we found the switch to close the blinds. The fridge was very noisy as was the air conditioning the toilet door also wouldn’t close. I fed this back to the team who completely ignored me from that point and didn’t communicate again for the rest of the stay which seemed petty to say the least.
• ramon (5/5): - La ubicación y que pudimos dejar las maletas en otro apartamento a 700 metros. La puerta del baño(corrediza) se quedaba abierta. Contratamos y pagamos la habitación para 3 personas y teníamos una cama doble ( pero la cama era tan corta que aunque mido 1,66 dormi con los pies afuera) y luego al sofá abierto le pusieron un edredón doblado para hacer la función de colchón, resultando incomodísimo. Las luces de todo el apartamento eran muy tenues.
• Gaetan (6/5): bel appartement pour séjourner un weekend en couple sans parking - L’emplacement, le confort et la propreté Les indications du parking qui était fermé pour travaux qu’on a découvert sur place. Aucune personne pour nous recevoir, et les nouvelles références de parkings données suite à un message de notre part n’étaient pas à des prix comparables a celui indiqué initialement. Ceci nous a généré du stress et de devoir chercher par nous même. Pas d’indication pour faire marcher la Clim que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire démarrer
• Laura (9/5): Schoon en goed verzorgd appartement - Goede locatie, schoon en goed verzorgd appartement. Er is geen parkeerplek bij het appartement. De dichtstbijzijnde garage is 3 min lopen, maar wel heel duur. €37,- per dag.

• Jayne (7/5): A great apartment right on the edge of the main attractions in the old city. - Location was excellent. Also felt very safe. Nothing really. Air con could have been a bit quieter, but a niggle only.
• Alessio (10/5): This is the place you want to stay at when you visit bologna. I don’t say this lightly it’s pretty much perfekt - This place is amazing. The bed is incredible, the kitchen is fully equipped, the location could honestly not have been better either. The customer service/owners are very responsive.

• Ana (10/5): Beautiful apartment on best location - Location is the best, in one of the most beautiful streets in Bologna. Apartment is in a well maintained building, spotlessly clean, completely equipped for short and longer stay. There are kind details that are making difference, like coffee, tea, cold water. Staff is young, very kind and helpful, respond with no delay, gave very good recommendations for restaurants, you can also leave your bags at nearby reception. Linen could be better, not in a sense of cleanliness and age, but type of linen for frequent use.
