• Douglas (7/5): Convenient but wait for summer - Location was excellent We were the first guests of the season and the house wasn’t entirely ready. Garage was dirty and we had to clean dirt & debris off of the washer. We hung clothes outside once the sun came out as the garage clothesline was too close to the wall and floor. The electricity in the garage went out overnight so no hot water. No problem in the house. Host was very quick to respond and solved the problem with the garage circuit board. There is no heating system and it was cool in the house. Won’t be a problem in the summer but it meant we wore an extra layer of clothes when we were inside.
• Dirk (9/5): super centrale ligging ; huis is perfect in orde; grootwarenhuis is recht tegenover de accommodatie - huis perfect in orde; super centrale ligging (weliswaar overdag gepaard met beperkte geluidshinder)
• Olivier (10/5): Parfait ! - Grande maison confortable, bien équipée,supermarché en face(pratique). Nous étions 6 , 3 chambres et 3 sdb , parfait !
• heike (8/5): Convenient location - Nice and spacious for a family of 4. Convenient that the supermarket is right across but luckily the view from the kitchen is towards the Pico. Dining/.Living is a little dark - we ate in the kitchen.

• VJ1492 (9/5): Good base in Pico - Being in the centre of Madalena the house is ideally situated for a visit to Pico. No kettle, and a dishwasher would have been convenient, but generally well equipped property.
• Annie (9/5): Très bien situé si vous êtes à pied et désirez profiter du cœur de Madalena. - La proximité de la ville (à pied), de l’épicerie (en face), de l’église et des petits magasins. 3 chambres. 3 salles de bain. Propreté des lieux. Propriétaire aidant et généreux. Vue sur le volcan par jour clair. Un peu chaud en fin de journée mais nous avons bien dormi avec un ventilateur dans chaque chambre :)

• Katrin (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Hafen von Madalena. Der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung selber ist total schön eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Im Garten ist ein Grill, den wir oft und gerne benutzt haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antworten sofort, wenn man eine Frage hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort und danken für den Aufenthalt!

• Jeannette (10/5): - Heerlijk huisje! Fijne locatie dicht bij centrum en haven. Heel makkelijk dat supermarkt tegenover is. Luís is een erg aardige gastheer. De communicatie verliep snel en digitaal maar op een persoonlijke manier. Heel fijn. De kamers zijn ruim en heel fijn dat iedere kamer een badkamer heeft met fijne douches. Je kunt heerlijk op het terras zitten. De weg is dichtbij maar niet storend. Had graag langer gebleven maar ons hart is vol fijne herinneringen aan Pico en Casa da Villa.
• roeland (8/5): Nice big house with everything nearby! - Good location very close to the supermarket. Also an entire driveway for yourself and bbq space and garden. Power went out allot, no fans in the house so we had to keep the windows open at night. Because of this allot of noise from the neighbouthood came in and we had bad sleep. The owner told us they wil purchase fans/cooling and increase the power limit. If they do this it would be a perfect house.
