Guest Reviews
- Lilly (1/5): Would never stay again - Property was a good layout and aesthetic inside Power was out the whole time , every single night was very hot and uncomfortable couldn’t use any facilities at all
- Annika (10/5): -
- Dylan (10/5): -
- Kristian (10/5): - Mark and Chan are amazing hosts!
- Elodie (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay here & Mark was incredibly kind and helfpul throughout our stay. Great communication with - Lovely stay, tucked away from the hustle & bustle! This wasn‘t the property‘s fault but there were people cutting down and burning trees right outside our accommodation, so we had to wear face masks inside because it was so smoky and our clothes smelled smoky too!
- Robert (9/5): Happy Loft stay! - The area was very quiet and comfortable. The hill to get there.

- Charles (10/5): I like it here!! Thanks for the hospitality! - Had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!
- Pawel (10/5): -
- Ștefan (9/5): - Very well equipped kitchen. The the little stove was quite useful.
The host let us check out later (12:30 instead of 11). The host forgot to send a message with the self check in details for both me and another client on Agoda.
- Maria Esperanza (4/5): The only redeeming part of the 4 night stay was how comfortable the bed was and the AC & fan, aside from that, musty - The place was decent for the price, the bed and sheets were soooo comfortable, AC and ceiling fan were working great and was a useful escape from El Nido’s heat and humidity, and the kitchen has all the basic necessities you’ll need for eating, cooking, and storing food. The sofa had a musty smell that lingers and clings to your skin and clothes that I had to use their towel as a sofa cover just so I could use it, their doorknob is tricky since you really have to jam the keys and use force when turning risking breaking the thin key and doorknob, bathroom walls wasn’t properly cleaned and you can see yellow stains, their water heater kept malfunctioning and beeping one whole night that it eventually gave out and stopped heating the water until the water ran out and I had to use drinking water just so I could wash off, and lastly and probably the worst part is their kitchen outlet was faulty so when I plugged the electric kettle it sparked twice and smoked. I almost got hit in the face with the sparks good thing I was quick to shield and avoid it. I could’ve been seriously injured.
- Sahagun (6/5): It was reasonable for its price. The stay was also nice since its walking distance from town and there are establishment - Complete kitchenware and utensils for two pax. There were clean towels and heater available. The mattress was also comfy! There was a broom and trash bag available too. There was a smell when we arrived- some sort of wet clothes that didnt dry well. I was more disappointed that there was not a stovetop, when they said there was. Instead it was 3 in 1 bfast machine which was hard to use to do at least light cooking. We were also surprised there was a monkey trying to get in through the window at the bedside. It could’ve been mentioned prior to our arrival. The ac is also a little bit hot. Best if it also has a place where you can hang wet clothes.
- Mathéo (9/5): Parfait - Tout Rien

- Alysha (10/5): Great Stay - Comfortable bed in loft, kitchen to prepare simple meals, reliable WiFi and hot water in the shower - everything I needed for my stay! Liked the location as it was close to town and hosts were helpful during my stay.
- Alysha (10/5): Great comfortable loft - I came back for a second stay after my visit to Port Barton. The loft was comfortable and had everything I needed, located near the van terminal and a short walk into town. I work online and the WiFi was great which is a must for me. Will stay here again next time I'm back in El Nido.
- Charlotte (10/5): Cute well located spot perfect for digi nomads! - Super cute accommodation with amazing views from the property of the mountain! I was working while staying and was so grateful for the fast internet. We loved the location as it was super close to the beach, market for snacks and a cute cafe Masa! This is such a nice spot which is just outside of town but super close to the beach, located in a local neighbourhood :) My globe sim didn’t work but smart works perfectly!
- Szymon (10/5): Great gateway in central El Nido - Beautiful cozy loft space in proximity to public market with easy access to terminal and Corong Corong beach. Strongly recommended!
- Verra (8/5): Very good -
- Devin (6/5): Although the host was unresponsive when we showed up to check in but once we were able to, the place was alright. A nice - We appreciated the usable kitchen and a nice seating area The water was brown and felt unsafe to shower with.
- Suzanne (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to El Nido and the lofts. Thanks for taking such good care of us!😀 - We stayed here two weeks and it was very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and there’s an active Tuk Tuk pick up location just down the hill. The rides into town were consistently 100 pesos and just 5-10 minutes away. The apartment was set up against a cliff and the steps were a little steep for our senior bodies. But we adapted. The views from the elevation were lovely!
- Shiela (8/5): Nice, Quiet and overall good host - The place is near in everything. Ate Lyann the staff is very accomodating. Place itself is clean and have the basic needs that we need.
- Olivia (7/5): Nice stay - Really spacious and good value compared to other places in El nido. Staff helpful over WhatsApp and check in is easy, helpful directions on how to get there. Very strong smell in the bathroom and it is a bit of a walk but that wasn’t too much of an issue for us. One problem was that we suspected there may have been bed bugs. We both woke up with many bites on our legs and ankles
- Winnie (5/5): Passable - Bed Room Bath room and kitchen area
- Ovidiu (7/5): Good - good place for stay close to beaches ,bus station end restaurants Owner ok .helpfoul
- Erika (2/5): Missing information and not an pleasurable experience as expected - It was a nice decent size space I was not informed that there would not be running water or electricity until 3 am, before payment. I was denied access to room at check in due to delays in cleaning and was also provided the wrong code for the door.
- Marie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sartaj (10/5): Exceptional - Great spot!
- Gilbert (5/5): Passable - nothing very small condo, have kitchen but only the name , cant cook , only very small oven, no table for eat, problems with bed cover too small, no one protection on bed , bad location, kitchen sink leaking
- Jessica (7/5): Good stay, great value for money. - - Clean and spacious
- Powerful shower pressure
- Quiet
- Storage spaces - The aircon isn’t strong/ good enough, we frequently were hot in the room during our stay. Even when the room was permanently on 16 degrees. It was especially hard when we walked up the steep hill to get to the room as you get quite hot.. which we wouldn’t mind if we came back to a cool room.
- The blanket is too small
- During our second separate stay here (as we stayed here during two seperate occasions) the bed sheets were stained and just about looked like they had been cleaned.
- Atilla (10/5): Very nice place - Exceptional experience; very good located and contrary to other reviews it was not noisy at all- but even in case the roosters are annoying you have earplugs for free at the facility.
We also had severe food poisoning from the Tour A and the owners went out of their way to help us - got us medicine and electrolyte water and cared really well for us. Highly recommend this place !
- Neil (7/5): Don't turn the tap on - Cheap and cheerful for El Nido Water is filthy dirty. Make sure to brush your teeth with drinking water and be extra careful in the shower. Me and my partner both got bad sickness. El Nido water is bad but the water around Corong Corong is especially dangerous and full of sewage.
- James (7/5): Great value for money, and the landlord was very helpful and responsive - The property, was clean, the bedroom being on the upper level The road leading to the complex
- Jessica (7/5): Good - Clean, very comfortable bed , very good AC and fan. WiFi worked well. Friendly , Hot shower, staff fixed issue with toilet when messaged. It is up a very steep hill , slight smell to toilet
- Balu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Chris (7/5): Good - Place was clean. Good value for the money. Not so easy to get to. You need to walk up the hill to get to the loft then walk 2 flights of stairs to get the room.
- Damian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (10/5): Great! - The hosts were amazing from when i first made the booking. They helped me arrange an earlier check in, and also a taxi for my earlt flight when checking out. Would stay again when in El Nido. Many thanks
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Desiree (1/5): Not a 5 star resort (quote from owner) - The price was okay The staff was exceptionally unfriendly and not accomodating
- Marta (8/5): Very good - Good communication and Paul is helpful. The loft has a good size and has everything you might need. Located just 5 Min walk from el Nido bus station and 15min walk from downtown Nido in a local area, so good to rest at night and see the life of the locals ;)
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely spacious property with a lovely dog to welcome you. Clean and very comfortable. Good value for money.
- Tiegan (6/5): Overall it was an okay stay. - The property is a 15 minute walk from the main areas. There is a lot of ants, on the bed and on the walls and window ledges and surfaces. There’s a strong odour from the bathroom which was not pleasant. And no cooking appliances.
- Samuel (9/5): A Temporary Home To Slow Down and Enjoy. - This place was a lovely space for my girlfriend and I to relax, make our own coffee and enjoy some downtime. We have stayed in lots of different places whilst traveling and this was one of our favourites. It's a refreshing change to have a space that made it feel like we had a temporary base for a few days.
The shower (hot) and the AC were both working well! The bed wasn't too firm but it wasn't that soft, pillows were nice. We slept well.
They left Coffee and Tea and had some cutlery and mugs :) We really loved having a working fridge and freezer to keep some food and drink, and make ice for ice coffee in the mornings!
The location was good, only a 15 min walk to the center past some stalls etc, well situated for the bus to Port Barton or Puerto Princessa. There was always tricycles waiting at the end of the road by the petrol station which was handy if we didn't fancy walking somewhere.
During our stay the electricity and water only went out briefly to which the owner was on the case straight away to try to get it sorted for the guests. This isn't uncommon in Palawan.
The hosts were amazing at replying to all our questions/messages and arranging drinking water and motorbike hire was quick and easy!
We would definitely come back here to stay again. The space is clean and well kept. You will find some ants here and there which isn't that bad, and much more welcomed than mosquitos and other bugs that you can find in your room in these regions. Honestly it didn't really bother us as they were mostly downstairs by the door and the place was so nice to stay in we didn't really care. It's just ants they don't bite haha.
- Charlotte (10/5): Welcoming and very comfortable - I loved that the location was halfway between the beach and the town in a nestled away neighbourhood! Paul was a fantastic host and the room was very comfortable The roosters were a bit loud (like everywhere in SE Asia I’ve travelled so it is to be expected) but I appreciated the earplugs provided in the room. I had a great sleep with them.
- Max (8/5): Great and comfortable 6 night stay at El Nido Lofts - This place had most things you would need for a comfortable stay, the place is new and modern with very good wifi and good air conditioning. The staff present were great in helping us out with anything we needed.
We were a little worried when booking after seeing a few bad reviews but I can’t understand why, for the price you pay this was one of the better accommodations we stayed at in SE Asia and to make it even better the owner has a big pup ( Chase )who lives at the accom and he was amazing always putting a smile on our face and wanting some loving. Only slight moan would be on first arrival the location was a little hard to spot so maybe a couple more signs on the walk in to help guests when arriving.
