- Shraddha (1/5): Horrible hygiene - We arrived at the accommodation on 24th Dec around 5pm. After the arrival, we found the toilet clogged and disgusting. We contacted the owner, shared the video, and she said that the cleaning agency had already left for the day. Then for the next two hours we contacted each other several times and she told us it is difficult to fix it as it is Christmas Eve. Also, the next day is Christmas and despite our request for a confirmation that she can fix it today or tomorrow she said declined. We wanted to use the toilet after we arrived from Athens by a flight. So, we went to the pizzeria in the neighborhood. We requested to cancel our booking as we cannot use the toilets. But the owner declined. After two hours we decided to anyway go for another hotel room. We cannot go to restaurants for two days to use the toilets. The owner didn't cancel our booking, and left us with a disgusting toilet.
