• Irigoyen Ciriza (10/5): Un barco encantador - Un alojamiento cuanto menos curioso, pero mucho más que agradable. La ubicación es idílica, cuanta con un parking muy cercano en caso de haber alquilado coche, el ámbiente en el puerto (y la zona de la ciudad) es una maravilla, muy vivo, bares restaurantes e incluso una zona de libre acceso donde bañarse en el atlántico, una pasada. La verdad que aterrice en el alojamiento junto a mi pareja un de una manera un poco escéptica, principalmente elegimos este por el precio y ubicación. Pero nada, salí hasta encariñado con el barco. (cabe recordar que al ser un barco no es tan cómodo como un apartamento, peeo para lo que se está en el dado a la cantidad de cosas que hacer en la isla, no llega a importar) Muy recomendado por todo lo que dije anteriormente y quizá sobre todo por ser un tipo de alojamiento que en mi opinión aporta muchísima magia a un viaje en el que ya abunda dado al paraíso que son las Azores. • Matthias (9/5): Eine tolle Erfahrung, würden wir immer wieder buchen! - Ein tolles Erlebnis mal auf einem Boot zu wohnen. Alles da, was man braucht! Hat man einen schlechten Schlaf, dann könnten die Geräusche von der Vertäuung (Spannfedern erzeugen geräusche)als störend empfunden werden.

• Anna (10/5): A special experience - Special experience staying on a boat in the heart of Ponta delagada. Secure Marina with showers and laundry. Boat was well equipped with excellent WiFi, fridge, hob and cooking equipment. Two sleeping areas. Lovely area to sit outside and enjoy the view. Joao was excellent at communicating and was very helpful, especially explaining how everything worked at the start. I'd recommend it if you'd like a unique, fun memory. Even though it's in the harbour, it's a boat so it rocks a bit. I recommend bringing tablets if you get seasick just in case.

We’ve never stayed on a boat before so we weren’t sure what to expect, but it was super comfortable to hang out in during the day or at night, and there was lots of space for the two of us and our suitcases. Sleeping was fantastic - you are basically being gently rocked to sleep in a big and comfortable bed. The location is prime - we walked everywhere, and the marina facilities are very close and clean! The host was great and even took us out on a boat ride!! Highly recommend and will stay here again if we are in Ponta Delgada!
• Michaela (10/5): FULLY RECOMMEND - Exceptional stay on the boat. If you seek an unusual accommodation for your vacation, I can only recommend staying in the marina at Joao’s place! The place is equipped with everything you need, including a very comfortable bed. Place is super clean and the bathroom facilities in the marina (to which you have an access too) are very convenient and so is the parking space included in the stay price. The host was always available for us and added great recommendations for local food & drinks. And since all the sailors in the marina are so friendly, you also might get a freshly caught fish you can grill at the boat directly. We enjoyed fully! In case of a storm, be ready that the boat might be a bit unstable. But that’s nature and nothing the host can influence :) just be a bit cautious of sea sickness

• S (8/5): Fun and different experience - Great and really fun experience to stay on a boat, there is everything you need for a short stay, well maintained, clean and perfectly located. The bed is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the time, and it's awesome to feel the waves while relaxing on the boat. Also, there is a radio and cozy lighting. Obviously, as we are taking about a boat, if you want a proper restroom you'll have to use the shared facilities of the harbour. They are clean and in good conditions, but not luxurious.
