Sendo um lugar de praia, seria ideal ter um espaço pra isso. Não tem limpeza e não deixam nem uma vassoura no quarto. No terceiro dia já estava insustentável ficar no quarto sem limpeza. A cama faz muito barulho com qualquer movimento.

A pessoa não foi no dia combinado, somente no outro dia e SEM AVISAR, 9 da manhã (sorte que eu já estava de saída). E sorte também que o vaso voltou a funcionar normalmente mesmo sem terem ido consertar. Tive sorte, mas se não tivesse, poderia ter sido um grande transtorno. Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom.

Najla (10/5): Foi muito bom, o hotel é maravilhoso, só precisa melhorar o conforto da cama, que pra mim é essencial. - O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à praia, mercados, farmácia, padaria e os principais pontos turísticos de Tambaú. O acesso é com identificação facial, o que torna o prédio bem seguro. Tem várias amenidades que facilitam a estadia, como espaço pra lavar roupas em máquina, mercadinho, coworking para reuniões de trabalho, e a área de lazer é espetacular, inclusive com uma boa academia. A cama do quarto estava em péssimo estado de conservação, com pés moles. A roupa de cama no primeiro dia que chegamos estava com um odor estranho, como se fosse uma roupa sem secar guardada há muito tempo, porém, assim que falamos sobre isso na administração, eles prontamente trocaram todo o enxoval.

A localização é perfeita, bem perto da praia e do centro de Tambaú, onde tem muito comércio e feiras de rua, a noite é muito iluminado e vivo. O AP não oferece edredom, apenas lençol. As molas da cama devem estar muito gastas porque ela afunda muito, não é adequada para 2 pessoas. Fica parecendo uma canoa quando deitados. Porém, o pior de tudo é o exaustor no banheiro. É horrível o barulho, toda vez que precisamos acender a lâmpada do banheiro, o exaustor é ligado e permanece durante todo o tempo que a lâmpada está acesa, ou você leva uma vela para acender, ou usa o banheiro no escuro, ou vai ter que suportar o barulho irritante do exaustor. Pessoas que sensibilidade auditiva sofre. Outro ponto negativo foi o excesso de cloro na piscina. O olho chega ardia, o biquíni ficou com um cheiro muito forte de cloro, falei na recepção mas não sei se fizeram algo. Ficamos no 111.

Wellington (6/5): - Tudo bem organizado Tive alguns problemas: 1 no primeiro Studio que cheguei não tinha microondas, air fryer e fogão conforme anunciado no booking. 2 me enviaram para outro Studio com todos utensílios anunciados, fora o transtorno de ter que fazer a mudança, tudo bem. Esse Studio iniciou um vazamento no banheiro e tive que mudar novamente. Gerando muito transtorno e perca de tempo de minhas férias. Fora isso foi bom

Daiane Silva (10/5): Excelente custo benefício - Instalações novas e muito bem cuidadas, quarto equipado com ar condicionado, ferro de passar, cafeteira, sanduicheira, microondas e até cuscuzeira, algumas panelas, pratos e copos. Armário com cabides, mesa para refeições, ou até mesmo para um home office. Lavanderia no prédio o que facilita demais! Tv com internet, área de piscina muito boa. Localização excelente! Próximo ao letreiro, e próximo a farmácia, mercado e bons restaurantes em volta! Volto com toda certeza! Café da manhã servido a parte no mesmo prédio facilita demais! A única ressalva que faço e que senti falta de um rodo e vassoura, para mantermos a limpeza do quarto. Mas isso não atrapalhou nossa experiência!

confeccoes (9/5): Foi maravilhosa. - A localização é perfeita, a piscina maravilhosa, a limpesa e organização do flat tb, os funcionarios sao atenciosos, A burocracia do chekin, vc nao poder receber um visitante, não ter direito a uma limpeza, no periodo de tres diarias, não tinha nenhum fogao no ap.
Degiorgi (7/5): - El edificio esta muy bien ubicado. La terraza con la pileta es lo mas lindo. Relacion precio calidad para una estancia corta esta muy bien El estudio era muy pequeño, si bien esta equipado con todo lo necesario, el que yo reserve decia con ventana. Lo que no aclara la publicacion es que la ventana da a un hueco interno en donde estan todos los compresores de los aires acondicionados. Es imposible abrir la ventana y por ende tiene pesima ventilacion. Sino se prende el aire acondicionado no se puede estar. Otro detalle no menor es que todos los baños si bien cuentan con un estractor, las ventanas de vetilacion (que todo el mundo abre por cierto) dan a los pasillos de ingreso... falla total del proyecto de arquitectura!!!!

Bastida (10/5): Conforto e lazer - Gostamos muito do hotel, fomos muito bem recepcionado por todos os funcionários. A piscina é maravilhosa 😁 e o estúdio 711 onde ficamos , muito bem equipado. Ficamos bem confortável como se estivessemos em nossa própria casa. Gostamos de todos ambientes

Wilton (10/5): Hospedagem com qualidade e conforto - Flat estava impecável, limpo e organizado. O flat fica um pouco longe da orla. Mas nada que possa avaliar como impeditivo para quem quer ficar na orla de Tambaú.

HELOISA (9/5): - A estrutura do edifício, atendimento dos profissionais, limpeza do apartamento e localização. A ventilação é muito ruim, apenas uma janela onde ficam todos os aparelhos de ar condicionado, então não tem condições de mantê-la aberta.
SEVERINO ROBERTO (9/5): Razoável. - Da localização das praias. Não gostei de ter deixado uma bermuda jeans e meus remédio no apartamento e a camareira não ter localizado.Razoável.
Claudia (4/5): Quarto minúsculo - boa localização - A piscina Reservei para meu irmão e eles não puderam ficar aqui. A administração o relocou com a família para outra propriedade e eles reservaram um quarto extra pois um quarto sendo tão minúsculo não poderia acomodar a família de 3 adultos. 15 m quadrados. Um caixotinho! Sendo gordinho nem no chuveiro cabe
