- Deanne (7/5): The experience could be greatly improved by fixing the toilet, and the key collection point. - The property is located in a great position, close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and tidy, and sparsely decorated. It had a lovely outlook over the garden, with glimpses of the pool. The unit block was quiet, with the residents being courteous and respectful. 1. The toilet leaked all night....and kept filling up during the night. It was so loud and annoying that you just couldn't sleep.
2. The unit is managed by a Real Estate in Burleigh Heads, so you need to pick up the keys from there, not the residence. This proves to be annoying if you are flying in late at night or during bad weather, where you just want to get to holiday unit and settle in.
3. You get bombarded with emails from booking.com, Burleigh Letting, no reply, customer service @ Miami units...often with conflicting instructions.
4. I booked and paid online, only to receive an email several days later saying you now have to provide another $200 bond. This fee should be clearly identified during the initial booking process.

No explanation of how to get into the parking or which parking space had to call .
