Noel (10/5): Comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable - The Mod Cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to Bearsville and Woodstock, NY towns. The facilities were in excellent shape, furnishings comfortable and decor artistic. The kitchen was well stocked and even included an espresso machine! Not crazy about the smell of the diffusers but that's just personal taste.

It was a short drive from the center of Woodstock so convenient for meals if you choose to eat out. Since pets are allowed, it was hard to control for cat and dog hair from previous guests, but we bought allergy medicine.

All on one floor, no steps! Property owners were nice to work with! We hope to visit again Would prefer windows to open in bedrooms
Margaret (9/5): Most of our time at the house was to sleep as the trip home was for my 50th high school reunion and was two very busy da - Recently remodeled, very clean, convenient location between Phoenicia, Boiceville, Woodstock, and Mt Tremper. I would recommend lights outside the front door and at the end of the sidewalk.
